Please open your bag to observe your order before leaving the Katy location on Fry Rd. I placed an order and opened both bags when I arrived home and was clearly only given about a half ounce of crab legs, no corn and very little shrimp on both orders. I called this business repeatedly for 30 minutes to let them know the error with my order and was told that the order was perfect and the most they could do was give me "more" corn. Mind you the corn was really the least of my concerns and I only brought the missing corn to their attention because they screwed up the rest of my order. The final decision from the supposed manager was there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue sense I left and they are 100% sure their order was correct. BEWARE, this place provides poor customer service and they do not accept responsibility for their errors. I took pictures of my food after I opened the bag, pictures indicating the error on my receipt and I have screenshots of the five calls made before someone finally answered to partially listen to my concern. read more

Poor customer service at the front counter by female employees at the Fuqua location! Have patronized this business for several years but service has diminished over time based on my recent visit! Food is decent but bad location! read more

Amazingly delicious And fast!!! I get the boiled shrimp the shrimp or amazingly huge I get the easy peel always amazing. I like the garlic butter because I don't like it it takes spicy and to me the seven spices a bit spicy in the back of the throat read more

Amazing everything you order here will be finger licking smacking good and don't you dare for get that butter man

So my first impression of this place by the name I didn't think it would be like this. I walk in the place is very clean very neat the people that take your order very nice. Now the food I got some fried fish and sides. The creamed corn is not sweet at all the Cajun rice does not taste good. The fried catfish very bland. I am a connoisseur of all things fried and occasion. I was told to give it another chance with the fried tenders I'll do so. And I was so to give their crawfish and crab's I'll try I'll come back and do that as well. Overall the place is very neat very clean looking just needs more flavor on the food read more

Fried Shrimps Fried catfish Somebody forgot my shrimps...I called to let them know came back a month later and they took care of it with no problem really respect them for that. read more

Very poor customer service. After 40 minutes of waiting, they Literally had my order ready. Took a container out of my bag they prepared for me to give to another customer then told me I have to wait for them to remake it. read more

Husband and I just ordered from here and when I say this the best seafood we've had since moving from our hometown Beaumont Texas omg flavors are still bursting in our mouths. I have been looking for a seafood place out here for 3 years now that match our hometown and I must say this is the closest there is. This place will definitely be in rotation every week lol. We ordered through DoorDash and it came really fast. We can't even got to bed cause we want more lol. I had the pound of boiled shrimp and my husband had the boil seafood combo. read more

I thought I'll try something different other than the usual fast food. This restaurant is offers great fast food, its quick, good and fairly clean place to eat the prices are reasonable any of the combos will fill up the average man with leftovers the only problem is the food so good that you'll eat it all. read more

Ordered a boil and was accidentally given sausage in it in which I don't eat. It was no problem until Andie (that's what I was told her name was) began to pick out the sausage and re-bag the items. When I told her that I didn't eat meat, and asked her to please re cook the items she began to get upset and talk about me in Spanish to her coworkers. She must of thought that because I was black that I didn't speak or understand it.... false. She was totally disrespectful. I didn't let her know I understood her, I just continued to let her do her thing. Normally I don't let one bad thing stop me from patronizing a restaurant however I felt totally disrespected by her and will make sure not to spend another dime there. read more

This was my first time visiting and probably my last! The food was decent (even though it wasn't hot) but the customer service was terrible! They only wanted to take credit cards (they should've told me this information over the phone) and secondly they were out of condiments (ketchup, tartar sauce, etc). The experience overall was just disappointing read more

The price is good and the food is great !!! If you want to order for takeout I would suggest to call in because you might wait a long time !!! MEGA Zajebiste zarcie read more

I only order the 2 fish and 6 shrimps. Yummmm their the best.!!! I live down the street from there. So I go about once a month lol.. Sadly, I'm moving in 3 weeks, but I will still drive to this place and order my shrimp and fish :) Love, love, love!!! read more

Food was pretty good, platters are large portions. Fried tilapia is delicious and the shrimp gumbo was decent. Definitely a great place to eat! read more

Legit Cajun food for a good price. Gumbo, etouffee, dirty rice, and blackened catfish were all excellent. Dirty rice was chicken liver, the way it's supposed to be, and not just ground beef. Was really happy to randomly stumble upon this place, and I'll be back. read more

The best place my girlfriend and I have been to as far as crawfish goes. Everything else is also very good. Definitely my go-to spot right now! read more

7 Spice is one of the best Seafoods spots in town. The food is always fresh and hot. The staff is kind every time I go there. One time the manager even gave me free food! Love this place and can't wait to go back! read more

I love this place. Any time I'm in the mood for cajun style seafood I'll always make the trip to 7 spice. Their fried fish is always perfectly cooked, well seasoned, and delicious. I've tried many establishment's boiled seafood and nobody holds a candle to 7 spice. Point blank, if you want good seafood, come here. read more

Place is amazing! Huge portions, food is fresh and made to order. The garlic butter crawfish is definitely one of the bests in Houston!

The flavoring of the crawfish is okay. I have had better Cajun crawfish, however, even though it was lacking in flavor the crawfish was cooked to perfection. Even the little ones! I give it a two stars because I prefer a lot of flavor in crawfish. read more

Ordered take out last night and Chicken Tenders and Shrimp had a great taste. Great service and nice staff. Place has only been opened a couple months, but is known for their Missouri City location. read more

Hmmm....where do I start??? The ordering process is complicated and the seafood platter was struggling. They were also out of creamed corn. The positives....plenty of food for two, humongous side salad which was nicely prepared, and the fries were pretty good. I wasn't crazy about the fried catfish, but my chicken tenders were pretty good. read more

Went here today and had the blackened catfish with dirty rice (outstanding) and my wife had the medium gumbo. The gumbo only had to pieces of shrimp (tail shell still on) and two pieces of sausage, but considering that it was only $3.39 for the bowl, you get what you pay for and it was still pretty tasty. We also had 3 lbs of craw-fish with 3 potatoes (red) and 2 sausage links ordered extra spicy. The craw-fish was delicious!! I would only suggest that the owners provide a bucket for the empty tails and also provide a roll on paper towel for each table. This place is a winner!! read more

Tried this place for the first time today. I ordered crawfish and shrimp to go, I was surprised the sauce wasn't on the crawfish already and that I had to do it myself however, no complaints on that I was just a little surprised. Overall the food was delicious I will be back for sure to try more of the menu and also some more crawfish and shrimp, great customer service from the gentleman who took my order on the phone and when I arrived to pick up my food. read more

I love the food here! The staff is friendly and great. They constantly checked up on me. I asked for mayo and they gave me a HUGE bowl of mayo! Definitely coming back again! read more

I just had lunch here and have to say that for being fairly inexpensive, this place is really good! I had the Blackened Tilapia with Shrimp Etoufee and dirty rice. It was great! The manager is nice and always smiles and waves when I go in too. I'll be back for sure! read more

I was taking care of some business on the south side of town when I came across this little Cajun seafood restaurant in the foodarama shopping center. It's decent has a couple of tables and a TV to watch while you dine but I think most people get food Togo. The cashier was nice and he was very knowledgeable of the menu so I ordered jambalaya with shrimp and chicken, and boy did I make a great choice this had to be the be jambalaya I've had in Texas. It was high quality like you would receive at a dine in restaurant but at a carry out price. It was great and seasoned perfectly I had no idea that this little place could cook such great food I was really impressed and can't wait to go back! read more

Good cajun food, rice with proteins is awesome!! Grilled fish is the best. This place has the best cajun food west of Louisiana.

I order takeout fairly often from this place because it is close by. I generally order the same thing everytime. The boudin balls are excellent and a pretty good size. I order the blackened chicken salad often, nothing super special but it's good and a healthier option with a good amount of chicken on it, the remoulade dressing is very good with it. I have tried the boiled shrimp by the pound before and it was fine but not on the list to order again. Over all I have had a good experience here the reason for the reduced star is that the prices have increased in everything. read more

I work in the area and this place does not disappoint! I have tried the boudin balls, the po boy with shrimp and even their salad is great! I am excited to try the boiled seafood, I have seen ppl order it but I feel it's a bit messy to eat during a lunch hour. Service is fast and everyone is friendly! They don't skimp on the dipping sauces and the remoulade is my favorite so far! I always have plenty of leftovers with even a small plate, you can definitely share! read more

I love having dinner here. My favorites are the Fried crawfish with dirty rice, Seafood gumbo, and the Boudan balls... Very good!!

Their spicy broiled crawfish are among the best in Houston. I've tried dozens of other places and this place and the other location in Missouri City are above them all. read more

Another pleasant strip center surprise. I had the crawfish étouffée entree and the sm red beans with a sm shrimp gumbo. Really too much food but curiosity got to me. All of it good. Étouffée good flavor and the crawfish tender with pleasant seasoning. Although served a shade cooler than I'd preferred. $8.99 The small shrimp gumbo was good with s nice dark roux and the two shrimp well cooked and tasty. $3.79 The sm red beans had a generous serving of sausage. The file was obvious and I liked it. $3.49. For me, this place a niche. Budget Cajun that's much better than Beaudreaux's T half the price. Easily in the worth a try category if nearby. 3 star food with a fourth for value. read more

Had blackened Tilapia with Cajun fried rice. The fish was good but the rice was bland. It took a little longer for the food to come out than I would have liked but maybe they were busy. read more

Been eating crawfish from that place for a long time ago . Been having issues with people not putting sauce link in my order . I made the call and suppost to get it the follow time . There wait time for crawfish is ridiculous My husband is inside waiting while I'm in the car with the baby waiting (we got it to go ) waited one whole hour for 6 lbs of crawfish then after asking what's taking so long the whole time they didn't even print my ticket and they didn't have fried rice I honestly don't think I'll ever come back to this place I'll stick to my usual spot this what happens when you want to try new stuff ..... left with no food just a refund read more

The family decided to check out a new spot. We were not disappointed. I had the blacken shrimp salad. The shrimp was well seasoned and tender. I didn't use the dressing. My son had the catfish. It was fried crisp but melted in our mouths. My husband had the fried shrimp and chicken strips Cajun. He said the shrimp and fries were really good and the strips were ok. I tried his strips and they were good to me. My son also had the boiled crawfish and I tried them too (yes I ate off everyone's plate). He had the mild and I thought they would lack season but they didn't. The crawfish was a bit chewy but I figured that was due to it being toward the end of the night. Overall the food was good and we will return. read more

I like this place and have gone quite a few times now. A few things that i hope change is the soggy fries they make and too much okra in there gumbo. I still like the gumbo its just they put so much vegetables and not enough meat. Either way id recomend this place to anyone, it good and the pricing is fair. read more
