No one has ever used a chemical to remove my gel before but okay..... when he walked away to get my new color I saw a large break (flap) on one of my toe nails that flapped open. when I asked him about it he got really defensive, even offensive and told me my nail was broken when I came in and that it was my fault for letting my nails go too long. If my nail was torn open with a flap when I came in, the paint on top of the nail would've been damaged (it wasn't)..now I understand why he switched to the chemical removal method, THIS GUY DAMAGED MY NAIL WITH THE GRINDER AND WASN'T GOING TO TELL ME.! MOREOVER, WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT HE DID NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT AND BLAMED ME! I understand people make mistakes, but I expect a man of character to OWN his mistake, admit to it and make it right. This is a low character person who blamed and charged me for his mistake! Chances are this guy will likely give you a decent pedicure but beware if anything goes wrong. He will show his true colors by becoming defensive, he'll get an attitude and find a way to blame you (I was/am very non confrontational by the way). For these reasons I will never go back to V Nail Salon and I warn you to find someone else with integity to do your pedicure
