I strolled in and went to the Fridge and grabbed 2 Coke Classics , Skittle's , Pay Day Bar , and 5 Hot Wings. Store was well stocked!! It was Brightly Lit and Fairly Clean!!! There parking lot and exterior garbage is always overflowing and litter everywhere. This place needs to be fined by the city and penalized by corporate. The Owner needs to hire a janitor or someone to empty the outside garbage can regularly and prevent the littering. Shame on the e owner for allowing it to get to such a state. read more

I can get my hard boiled egg, prosciutto mozzarella stick, Coke Zero, cashews, v8 lunch and e-cigarettes all in one spot. Woo whoo!!! They are never not out of my lunch staples. Occasionally at other locations, and not just 7-11's but Safeway as well, will be out of my preferred lunch. Ive yet to have that problem when I make a visit here. I just went to this 7-eleven store. The cashier appeared to be missing and there was a line of 4 people waiting. After a few minutes, the cashier who had been standing in an aisle came walking around and reminded us that he had posted a sign saying 'Lotto machine out" and was soooooo rude. Last I heard 7-Eleven is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Apparently this franchise missed that 1963 memo . I pulled in with an urgent need to purchase something at 4:30 a.m. this morning and there was a newspaper stuffed in the handles of the locked door with a sign on that same door stating they open at 5:00 a.m. I got back in my car and drove to 7-Eleven off the freeway in Dublin. I was in a hurry commuting to work and didn't have time to drive to the Alcosta Blvd. store (the oldest and most reliable 7-Eleven in this area, just not close to my house.). It's really too bad that this, the 7-Eleven, nearest to my neighborhood, has taken it upon themselves to make up new hours to convenience the franchise owners and workers rather than their customers. read more

There is plenty of parking here. They sell newspapers and a red box in the front. This place does not have a gas station. They have plenty of items and are well stocked. The people are pretty much down to business no chit chat I actually prefer that. If you need a quick snack and want to be as fast as possible this is the spot for you. read more

He told me to come back to speak to the manager and didn't want to refund me the item. I had to tell him im not going to drive down here to do a refund and to refund me now. Here's a great way to get shut down: don't card people for buying alcohol and lottery tickets. The kid in front of me did not look 21 (maybe 15 at best) and was not carded when buying beer. I also didn't get carded for buying lottery tickets (I'm not old at all and should have been carded). This 7-11 sucks anyways (service is awful and the coke icee machine is never running). My daughter and I always receive excellent, friendly service at this 7-11. We usually go for a slurpee, and there are always a nice mix of flavors and the prices are much better than at Jay-V Liquors on Alcosta. It's unfortunate that the person who decided to rob the store several weeks back ended up being killed in front of the store, but, he put himself in that situation, with a tragic result. This place is cheap. Their slurpee machine never seems to work properly and all but one of the flavors is runny. Today, 'national slurpee' day - they have no cups and put up a sign over all flavors saying our of order BUT they all work as they normally do (still runny). Tons of kids, dads with their kids came in and left disappointed. We had heard you could bring your own cups (which were 7-11 special edition slurpee cups) and got yelled out to not use them and not take too much. I would recommend going to another 7-11 if you have the option. read more

These swindlers need to be shut down. Besides the poor service from people who can barely speak English and the horrible, and i mean horrible quality standards for their cooked foods (and i use the term cooked loosely) they are frauds. Charging you for bags and claim it's because of the new law but they know damn well the bags they are using are not legal for the new law. It's the same thin plastic disposable crap they've been offering for years. But that's not even the real problem here.... The other day i went in for a couple packs of cigarettes and the price was 5.59 each when you buy two. The total rang up to 14 and some change and i checked the guy on it who told me it was for tax. I said "that seems excessive for tax" and he just looked at me with a stupid look on his face and i paid and left. When i got to the car i looked at the receipt and since it's not itemized i had to break out the calculator to see exactly how badly he fucked me. Sure enough i overpaid by over $2 even with tax. So i went back in, furious. Before i could even open my mouth he said the price up there wasn't up to date. AND? none of my business habib. CA law demands that you sell a product for the price it is marked for. I even told him that. He gave no fucks. Told him to either sell me the cigarettes for what the price on the wall dictated or give me my money. He refused to sell for the listed price and gave me my money back. Never going back. i run in with excitement. grab the largest slurpee cup possible. grab the handle of the cheery and start to fill my slurpee cup. ACK.. i suddenly realize the cherry isn't slurpee ready yet! eh... WHAT CRAP!!! i look at all the other flavors and the only one ready for slurpee enjoyment is the freaking peach mango. i went to the slurpee nazi's haven for a freaking slurpee, and me no get my cherry mixed with blueberry slurpee! i stood there staring at the stupid peach mango and decided to go for it. i was in a moment of slurpee desperation. i mixed the peach mango with the unslupified cherry. took a sip. it was ok. paid and ran on my merry way. as i drove down the srv taking sips of my crap slurpee.. it just got crappier! it tasted like peach chemicals. **gag** ehhhhhhh... so disappointed. Be careful! This place has false advertising. They had a sign that offered 3 bottles of wine for $11.99. When I went to check out, the man told me that that was an old sign. He pointed out that the very fine print said that the sale ended 12/31/12. Today is 3/21/13!!! THEN, the Barefoot wine was advertised as $3.99 a bottle. So, the 7-11 in San Ramon on San Ramon Valley Blvd just ripped me off.... I was in a hurry on my 15 minute break trying to turn in some lotto tickets so I'd have money for food & get gas on my lunch. When I walked in there was no line & the guy advised me to hurry up & check my tickets at the self service check thing, so I did. I didn't exactly count once it got past like $30 so I finished checking them & walked back to the register where the same cashier proceeded to try to pocket half of the tickets in front of my fucking face, then, he hands me $20 & stares at me... I literally looked at him & was like "Please give me the rest of MY money... Seriously... You had me check the dollar total on these tickets a few minutes ago & I can count just so you know...." Then, he asks me to leave & stop holding up the line at this point I'm embarrassed af but I'm pissed so I literally had to tell him "Give me my fucking money you just shoved in your pockets" he takes out all the tickets from his pocket & scans a few & hands me like $11 now & I literally am just standing there & the old guy in line behind me is getting mad at me because I won't move so I reach over the counter to grab all the tickets & he takes them back from me & opens up the register & hands me a couple more dollars.... At this point it's been so long that I'm in this line looking like I'm the asshole that I just go ahead & leave with the money I did get.... But, I still can't believe that I just got ripped the fuck off so blatantly!! I've had this happen before but not noticed until later at this same 7-11 even & now that I've started paying attention I'm the one getting treated like I'm doing something wrong?? PLEASE DO NOT PUT TOO MUCH 1/2 & 1/2 IN YOUR COFFEE HERE!!! The manager/owner at this location places an unadvertised limit of 2-3 half and half containers per cup of coffee. Both he and his wife were very concerned about how much 1/2 and 1/2 I put in my large cup of coffee from the bin of small containers. In fact the wife even demanded I show her exactly how much 1/2 & 1/2 and then how much coffee I was putting in my cup. Sadly, there is no sign stating any limitation at the coffee station, so I am just being a responsible fellow patron informing you of this limitation so you won't make the same mistake I did. I tried to advise them that I frequent many 7-11's that do not express this concern, and that I can certainly take my business to hundreds of other 7-11 locations, but they were not interested in keeping me as a customer and did not care if I contacted the district management or even the president with my complaint Just in case you care - their names are Karl and Malti. However, the clerk named Harpal was very helpful and considerate of my displeasure. The cashier is an elderly man and he has the worst attitude, he was not pleasant in any manner, gave me a dirty look when i approached the counter, i asked to buy the 2 for $2 chimichanga and he was so rude about it, then he threw the box on the counter and rang me up. i had trouble with one card it wasn't reading and he kept saying, "no money" and then motioned to ring up the next customer while i was still standing there. i said, "i have money, hold on, i don't know what's wrong with this card but let me try this one." and i purchased it. then he just stood there starting to ring up the next customer. i said, excuse me, are you going to bag my stuff? i purchased a bag... he took a bag and threw it at me. i don't think he speaks english much but still, what the f**k did i do to you? so i said, BAG MY S**T! he did it fast and i grabbed it and left. never will i ever go back there because of that guy! and the chimichangas were not cooked or tasty at all. waste of money. read more
