When we received the no-ice drinks, we understood that ordering without ice might mean the cup wouldn't be completely full. However, the amount of the drink we were given was unacceptable. While the drinks are delicious and worth to us, they are $8.00! Thankfully, when we requested a refund, it was handled by a different employee who was kind, courteous, and professional. I want to end by saying that my sister was polite and respectful throughout the entire interaction. The way she was treated was completely uncalled for, and we left feeling very disappointed.
