DONT USE 711 APP TO PURCHASE ITEMS TO SKIP LINE PUBLIC NOTICE ALERT- I had an experience recently where I paid with the app. It says to show the cashier the phone once ypu pay via the app and the cashier didn't understand and thought I was stealing my products yelling bARCoDE BaRCoDE to my face. Why is it that you can't give a zero star review on Yelp...this "establishment" deserves just that. The store itself is dirty both inside and out, the prepared foods look like they've been sitting for days, the items I was looking for were out of stock, the soda machine was calibrated with too much soda and almost no syrup so I was getting virtually just seltzer water and the counter staff (two men) seemed unaware and uninterested in their store or customers. I left the store empty-handed to a parking lot where I felt extremely unsafe, it was actually scary. I have been a loyal customer of 7-Eleven for decades, but all that has changed with just one visit to this location. 7-Eleven, Inc. needs to take a closer look into what's happening to their reputation, from my latest experience I would say it's very bad! read more

Wow. Just wow. The audacity of the employees at this location is mind-blowing. I had never met employees that were anywhere near as insanely rude as the employees at this 7-11. Yes, I said EMPLOYEES. I've never in my life been treated as terribly as the management at this location. Being stared down as I enter the store so hard I feel a hole burn in to my soul. Having food snatched out of my hand rudely while I'm trying to hold it up for them to scan as the store asks the customer to do. I've even witnessed the manager who wears a turban treat his employees like dirt, as if they know nothing. A double whammy at this store. I'd rather have my arm bitten off by a nurse shark than ever work for that managerial team. In short, this place SUCKS. Try to avoid this location at all costs. The tall guy with a beard is an ass. The older tall guy is the worst. The short older lady has no manners. The caucasian guy and the two younger females are the only staff that have a modicum of nice in their bodies. The cashier named Jai was very disrespectful and rude, and lied about the availability of nachos. He said there was plenty of cheese and nachos were good to go and I asked him twice to make sure. He said yes, and we tried and there was no cheese, it was empty, 3 drips came out and about 4 pieces of jalapeños. So we went to pay and he was still trying to charge us for nachos that didn't exist (we were lied to and left the incomplete nachos). I think Jai needs to geeett out. Accusing of stealing when a customer has been in the store for less than a minute isn't okay. Forcing people to empty their pockets isn't okay. This place is SKETCHY... two staff members named Manny and Maninder S. straight up lie to and bully customers. Friday 9/15/23, 10pm- these two employees openly discriminated against and bullied a visibly disabled person- first by accusing me of lying that I was disabled ("you don't look disabled, you look healthy" and laughing at me when I showed them my limp, saying "yeah right, that looks so fake"). They also had my handicapped vehicle (with current valid placard visible) towed from one of their handicapped spaces after 2.5 hours. It is illegal in the state of CA to tow a handicapped vehicle from a marked handicapped space unless it has been there longer than 24 hours and the tow truck driver said he would not tow it- so Maninder S. lied to the tow company and said the car had been "abandoned" and there for well over 24 hours (there for approx 2.5 hours, which I was easily able to prove to the towing company). I am recovering from surgery and need this placard for the next 2 months at least. They left me stranded in their parking lot alone at night and refused to help me. That parking lot as many know is filled with prostitution, heavy drug use and open criminal activity. What these employees have done is illegal and unethical. DO BETTER SEVEN ELEVEN! Fire Manny and Maninder for a start. Also, management, check your surveillance footage. It's all there. You have also lost all credibility with your towing company since I was able to prove you were lying to them so best of luck when you need to call them in the future for a real concern. You might want spend more time addressing the prostitution and heavy drug use openly going on in front of and inside your store. read more

This is a great place for a new 7-Eleven I am really glad they opened up. Chae who works behind the counter is awesome he keeps the store immaculately clean and all the coffee pots are full. He is probably the politest person I have ever seen at a 7-Eleven. He makes sure you got everything you needed he counts out your change perfectly and he is always willing to go and get anything needed that's not ready at the coffee station. I'm not sure how long this 7-Eleven has been open I just started noticing it when I leave the Oceanside Pier from morning sessions of bodyboarding. It's nice when you get out of the frigid Waters of the Pacific and have a place to come and get a nice fresh warm Brew. I remember the days we used to say oh thank heaven for 7-Eleven. Don't forget to support this new 7-Eleven in the community we always want to support the small guy in our communities keep them going keep them strong because they care about the community. read more

I've been coming here since before the store closed and reopened, and the young guy behind the counter is always super nice. Today was different, however. It was a slow, winter, weeknight - no usual homeless gathering in the parking lot or sunset market crowds - when the kids and I stopped in for a drink. A short, older female employee was there, scowling at us from behind the counter the whole time. Tried making friendly chat about getting my daughter snacks for theatre but I guess she wasn't in the mood for pleasantries. We paid and left, and I walked my daughter maybe 100 meters down the sidewalk to kiss her goodbye for rehearsal before returning to the car. As I turned around, no kidding the 7-11 woman had STALKED me literally INTO the theatre to make sure I was going to come back right away!! She confronted me, asking me if I was going to move my vehicle. People, we are talking about the business next door to the 7-11 parking lot and a time span of maybe 3 minutes. So close that it would be nonsensical to move the car before walking her over. Unreal. I couldn't believe she literally left the store to stalk a customer. This lady could be the manager for all I know, but if not she should be fired. There's a right way, a reasonable way, and a wrong way to go about things. Right way: (in the store, in a friendly voice) "Oh you're going to the theatre? You aren't staying for a show are you, because we don't allow parking here." Reasonable (although kinda jerky) way: wait 10 minutes for customer to return and if they don't, call the tow truck. Wrong way: scowling at customer in silence then creepily following them down the sidewalk and into another building, harassing them. Seriously there are about 100,000 7-11's around, so no need to return to this one. Next time I'll just park there and drop off my child without stopping in for a purchase - like every single other person in the (almost empty) parking lot. Not to mention it doesn't have fuel pumps anyway, and you usually have to deal with at least one panhandler, homeless or drunk person there. read more

I think it makes the store employees afraid when they can't communicate to a majority of English speaking customers and same goes for the customers that want to communicate with them. Am I right? Sometimes I go to 7 eleven. But there was at the store. Another customer took my space for paying my stuff. He was drunk and rude kept running his mouth he wouldn't shut up. The 3 employees just stood there let drunken customer talking me and friend. Those 3 employees should be not working there. They are rude and unfriendly. This is the WORST 7/11 I've EVER been to!!! I went there on Friday oct 8at around 8:30 p.m. and I got 3 taquitos from the hot section which were not the same price as advertised on the sign by the hot foods and a small fountain drink, I used my debit card to pay for it,and at least 3 or 4 x the card machine wasnt functioning because I was waiting for the middle eastern rather short youngish man named Joni to do what he needed to up load my debit card and after several failed attempts by him he said my card was declined ,I think it's like the man had.no idea how to process a simple debit card payments because I went to the atm at store and had NO problem getting the cash,then I asked to get to two $2 scratchers named California and instead the idiot gave me two $5 ticket and I told him that wasn't the one I asked for and he had the nerve to say it says California too in a very rude voice, and I said thats not the California one that I pointed at, Then he gets me the $2 one and when I went to take it one of the $2 one was already scratched off and had some black looking ink all over the ticket then he had the nerve to tell me that I scratched it off ,even though he was in front of me,i then asked the other customers if they saw me scratch them and they said no and anyway the cameras would have seen that I didn't scratch it, then he just gave me my money back very angrily without just giving me another one ,I'm soo tempted to sue the man for defaming. my character in front of all those people in the store by accusing me falsely for his actions and NOT mine ,I'm going to go to G and M they are way friendlier anyway !!!
