Great place great people. I think the local Oceanside peeps are the best. I've done the local Ironman 70.3 numerous times and the locals are always so chill and welcoming. You get the same vibe here. I met a local here and we chatted it up for over an hour. What can be better than good beer and good conversation. Thanks Kent! Great meeting you.

Stone is our favorite brewery! We were pleasantly surprised that we hadn't found this taproom sooner! We always end up going to their Liberty Station location because we also love their food. Having a taproom closer to home is a wonderful happenstance! It would be really nice to have their signature food served here also, but we'll take what we get. We got the Stone Buenaveza Salt & Lime Lager and their Hot Spiked Cider. The Salt & Lime is my husband's go-to so we can attest that we love this beer. I'm not a fan of beer in general, but I do like this one, which says a lot! The spiked cider was excellent and surprisingly boozy! It was a nice warm drink to have after a 5-ish mile walk on the windy beach :) now that we know this taproom exists, we will be back here more often in the future!

stopped by almost by accident. wanted to try Ohana Bites and their pop-up was there for a Friday afternoon-evening service. very limited selection on tap -- we wanted a dark, chewy beer and the only offering was in a bottle. the good news is, the beer was good. pretty cool setting. barely enclosed, barely covered porch-like area. sat by the fire. the spiritual opposite of their place in Escondido (Stone Brewing World Bistro and Gardens), but to tell you the truth, I prefer the less hectic environment. delightful evening.

A real nice oasis in the concrete jungle. A friend and I came here for some beers. I only intended to have one, but the atmosphere by the firepit surrounded by trees was so nice that we ended up getting a second round. As for the drinks, it is hard to go wrong with a Stone Delicious. For my second round I tried one of their ,micheladas, which I ordered "extra spicy": it was one of the better micheladas that I've had over the past decade. The bartenders were friendly as well. My only nit is that they don't offer any food. If you're looking for a very chill place to hangout, and you like Stone beers, this is the place for you. Obviously, it can't compare to their World Garden locations in Escondido and Liberty Station as far as drink selection and food selection, but it is certainly a great place to hang out in Oceanside. And, if you want a really intimate location, this place has their World Gardens beat in that respect.

came here for drinks and they were so good and refreshing. They also sell beef jerky to snack on. loved the patio area. service was excellent.

Our visit at Stone Brewing was a great way to relax in the afternoon while waiting for traffic to ease up. The atmosphere is chill and relaxing, the beer was cold, and the service was friendly and helpful. Definitely a nice spot to unwind and enjoy a laid-back afternoon.

Love coming here. The staff is very friendly, and the lounging area has a lot of different kinds of seating options. On Saturday evening they have live music.

Big fan of Stone since the late 90s. This was a grail and was fun to drink at. I had a 2014 Old Guardian and bought Crowlers of Hop Squander (Liberty Station Small Batch) and Delicious Double IPA on the barman's recommendation. Stone has changed a lot since their sale to Sapporo, but I'm glad to report this tasting was a fair facsimile of the OG vibe and culture. Good selection of approx 30 beers on tap, which is nice. Bar doubles as a gift shop and outdoor seating is reminiscent of Stone World Gardens (on a smaller scale). Cheers!

Great variety of beers, there was a really good Blue grass band, it is such a beautiful, quaint outdoor area. You can bring your own food since they do not sell food

This was our last spot on an all day girls brewery crawl and what a great place to end the night. We each got a drink after tasting a few options thanks to the beer tender who helped us chose the right options for each of us. we were all happy with our selections. There's a bunch of outdoor seating so we chose a spot around a fire pit with plants and trees all around. It was plenty warm enough with the heaters and fire going and great ambiance. I for sure recommend this spot if you're looking for a great place to hang out and get a great beer.

A must stop in Oceanside for good brews and good vibes! We're from Northern California and unfortunately the Napa location closed and we never got a chance to go. So we made sure to make it here! Friendly service and I love the outdoor, plants, trees, succulent environment. I was able to try a couple of samples and to my surprise, I'm not an IPA gal, but the Tangerine Express was so good! I also really liked the Belgium! Don't want beer? They also have other beverages like margaritas and mojitos. You can order food from next door and enjoy them with your drinks; they also have chips you can buy to snack on. And don't forget..take a peak at some merchandise before leaving!

Good vibes Walking in it's all mysterious and then boom beautiful garden hut Service is nice and quick just like a lot of brewers around here. I enjoyed the sun peaking through the bush in the back of the garden I really enjoy coming here just for the aesthetic, but they have no oatmeal stout on right now

Our servers name was Monse I believe and she was excellent. We had mimosas, an americano, lobster thermidor with cheese grits, and the steak and eggs. Out of the two entrees my favorite was the lobster thermidor which was an egg scramble with chunks of lobster and cheese. The cheesy grits were also delicious. The steak was overcooked so it wasn't doing it for me. Overall I'd say the food is pretty good for being a hotel restaurant I would dine again. The only thing with sitting outside is we saw the occasional transient person threatening patrons. We all just ignored them but it would be nice if they had a little more privacy on the patio from the street.

What's left are a few à la carte selections that were more expensive and not prepared as well as they were when we went previously, which was a couple years ago. What's super annoying is that the menu change still isn't reflected online, so we had no idea until we sat down. The avocado toast was burnt, potatoes were flavorless and unevenly cooked, and the "poached" eggs were hard in the middle. Prices are higher, service is slow, and overall it just feels like a place that exists now purely to gouge tourists in Oceanside. We won't be going back.

The steak was noticeably low quality, and the cioppino, advertised with fresh bread, fish, and pasta, tasted like watered-down Campbell's soup concentrate. To make matters worse, the bathroom was filthy. While our waiter was genuinely nice, the food was a huge disappointment. Did they change fish? Tasted the same basically. Still amazing as always. We also tried some new dishes: Beef Tartare Chicken Thigh Skewers Green Curry Mussels The Beef Tartare was just okay. It's the only dish I probably would not ever order again. It wasn't bad, but compared to every other banger on the menu, it's last. Something has to be last. The Chicken Thigh Skewers were AMAZING! OMG, so much flavor in the chicken but the sauce really drove it overboard. Wow. These are a must try, you won't regret it. And lastly, the Green Curry Mussels blew us away. I love mussels and always order it whenever I see it on a menu. We devoured all of the mussels (and added the $9 Roti) and even got a container to-go to save the broth, lol. Truly another banger from Dija Mara. I really appreciate that the menu changes periodically without removing the veteran dishes we continue to enjoy. Just want to mention something besides the culinary spectacles. Dija Mara's decor is every bit as memorable as its food. The artwork isn't an afterthought--it's part of the experience. The dining room manages to feel both trendy and intimate at the same time, while the graffiti-covered back wall adds a playful, street-art feel that contrasts beautifully with the polished food and cocktails. The result is a space that feels creative, unpretentious, and genuinely cool. The industrial concrete and reclaimed wood elements give it a modern edge, while the Indonesian-inspired art creates a sense of place that feels completely unique in North County. This is really our happy place and I hope it never changes.

The restaurant was fairly empty although Resy wouldn't take reservations. Plenty of bar seating. The service was fair, not particularly warm or engaging, which was fine. The food was alluring and beautiful, but the flavors were salty, flat, and mushy. Starting with the Paloma, it was nothing special. Just something you could get with a well happy hour special. Serviceable but unremarkable. Very Instagrammable, however. The pork belly was nicely charred and had nice bite sized morsels on the skewer, good texture, but the sauce was very salty, almost bitter. Forced myself to eat the 2nd skewer, but could not push through the last 2. In contradistinction, the beef rendang was almost bland, like a microwaveable peanut butter Hormel beef stew, and the cardinal sin - the rice underneath was mushy. That was what sealed the nail on the coffin. Bland, albeit tender short rib, on top of smushy rice. Dead. I barely ate one of the 2 pieces of ribs and couldn't do more. The staff wanted to see if I wanted a take out container. When you see a customer that disengaged with the food, you'd better be wary. Being Asian, I don't like to waste food, but when it's so not good, I'd rather walk away and get something else than to finish a terrible meal. Many diners have a millennia of choices in this price point. Sadly, not sure how this restaurant got recognition because it's half as delicious as your typical neighborhood Thai restaurant. Banana Leaf at the Original farmers market in LA is better, though humble and homely. Just very disappointing. Hope it was an off night and that others have a better experience.
