I like to stop in here for a beer every now and then. I like the selection they have, the food here can be good at times but the last time I stopped in the food was just okay. The service could be better. The last stop in, we had their special, a bbq chicken pizza. It was very dry, the sauce seemed to be dried up bbq sauce. It didn't taste very good and it was cold. I do plan on coming back and giving them another chance, we also have club meetings here every now and then. So we will see what happens next time.

I don't live in the area, but we came here after my Graduation to eat. I needed a place that would fit 10-15 people and this place was perfect. They had a good amount of food to choose from for everyone to try. The drinks were good as well.

This space is super cool serving phenomenal beer. It's giant with so many different areas to sit. The bartender provided good recommendations on beer by letting me know what was freshly tapped and about recent collabs with other breweries. I only had the beer, so I can't say anything about food other than they do have food available. The beer alone is a reason to visit. I had two different IPAs. One Triple IPA brewed in collaboration with North Park and Brujos. Then I also had a Cold IPA brewed from a recipe provided by a Japanese brewery. Both were very unique options. Beer to-go is only available in four packs. You can't buy singles nor mix and match.

Got the Feeling Small and Lave Lavender. Quiet as there weren't a lot of folks on a Tuesday. Friendly staff. Street parking but pretty easy.

My bf is into craft beer and wanted to check out Green Cheek. We came around lunchtime and parked in the lot. The space is quite big with indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered chicken wings (lemon pepper), Baja fish tacos, Cobb salad, and tots to share. Everything was solid. I guess something I missed out on was the lavender lemonade- next time. Overall, it's a nice place to hang out.

I had a great time at their sip & see event. They were promoting their venue upstairs for private events. It was cute! Everyone working there was so nice. The people who vended there were super sweet! They had a nice spread of food! The poke, vegan meatballs, macaroni salad, and beef skewers were my favorite. I had a sample of the lavy lemonade seltzer. It was pretty good and had a nice lavender color. I tasted the LIKE SUPER PROFOUND. It had a nice light taste. I ended up getting an old fashion because I could not make a decision, lol. Kimi Wakamoto did a great job making engravings for everyone. I got a luggage tag! It looked so nice! SALLYMFINEART did a great job with her handmade portraits! My portrait looked cute and she even added Gir in the portrait! The dessert table and flower arrangements looked so pretty, it looked like Easter! I did inquire about the prices for a private event and the menu looked pretty good. I am having a birthday coming up and I still haven't decided what to do so I'll keep this place in mind.

Great place, amazing seating areas to choose from. You can sit inside, outside in the middle or upstairs on the balcony. You been see the water from the balcony. They don't have any stouts, food is rather pricey, kids welcome. Good selection of beers but no stouts. Will come again to try more beers. Parking can be difficult as it is downtown Oceanside.

This place is great, awesome beer and food. They have a large selection of beer to choose from . For food we tried the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and blackened chicken sandwich that were cooked perfectly. They come with a side of fries, tots, or chips and salsa. Prices were decent. Service was good, the ambiance was chill, the inside was pretty spacious. It's definitely a great place to visit.

This is one of our Oceanside go-to spots. We like how it has indoor and outdoor seating, including an additional rooftop area. We love how pup friendly it is as well, and that they have their own parking lot. All that goes a long way to having a stress free casual dining experience. It is seat yourself, and semi-self service meaning you order your food and drinks from the bar. If you order food, they will give you a little buzzer and you come up and retrieve whatever you ordered. There are no servers or food runners. Some of our favorites are the pizza, the smashburger, the Cobb salad and the wings. You also can't go wrong with the tots, regular or cheeky. On top of having beer, because it is a brewery, they also have seltzer, wine and a full bar. Really great for a group who wants a little of everything I would say we come here a couple times a month.

5 stars for the beer For all you soccer/lacrosse tournaments at the SoCal Sports Complex, this place is suitable for large groups, and it's close to the fields. BEER: Green Cheek beer is one of my #1 favorite beers, especially for their Hoppy Pilsners, which many breweries don't brew. If you're looking for something light but still packed with flavor, then you need to try Green Cheek. They also offer wine and a small selection of mixed cocktails. VIBE: This location was fantastic when it first opened. It was lively and packed with people. All three downstairs bars were open, and it was a cool place to hang out. I recently went there to find out that the back bar is closed indefinitely; bummer. The vibe felt different, too, but not in a bad way - just more laid-back than before. We may have gone at a bad time. (2 PM)? FOOD: Food is whatever, typical bar food, nothing to brag about. Honestly, I don't go there for the food, just the beer. There are a few items for vegetarians on the menu. SEATING: There is ample seating, and the venue is ideal for large groups. PARKING: Parking is on the streets around the area. So it can be hard to find parking.

We are huge fans of the Costa Mesa location so we absolutely had to check out this one. The Oceanside location is huge in comparison. Two stores, 3 bars, and an area of private events, this is a Green Cheek lover's paradise lol. Plenty of merch for sale as well. They also offer flatbread and other food items that aren't offered at the CM location. We really enjoyed the fish tacos and ahi poke chips. Also went home with a few 4 packs and a shirt. Definitely recommend this location!

This place was amazing, the service was great the gentleman serving beer had great suggestions, we had a couple of hazy IPA which were great I totally forgot to take picture of those and then we had food and a michelada, the food was also great and the michelada was very good too it had more of a tomato taste than your typical Clamato but still good, overall it was a good experience

Green cheek is a great place for a casual meal. I have been a handful of times and it's always has the a nice environment. Perfect spot for a meal if you don't care for getting seated and waiting to be served. The eating space is large with plenty of seating and multiple bars, and I love the view from the rooftop especially on a clear and sunny day. I like that they have vegan food options (even though I'm not vegan) and a large list of drinks that includes hard seltzers and not just beer for those who want something else! The Baja fish burrito I had last night was delicious and I really enjoyed the salsa it came with. The lavender lemonade hard seltzers is also a perfect level of sweetness and is easy to drink. Pro tip: they have a parking lot in the back behind Vital Climbing gym!

That turned into a couple hours. Which was great! The bartender was Gabriella, and she was FANTASTIC. She was super approachable and fun. The restaurant wasn't overly busy, so she took the time to chat with us. I wish we were local, we would go in and see her all the time! Our pizza was really good. A little heavy because it has a white sauce, but the flavors were wonderful. The crust had just the right chew. There was a little issue with our pizza, but they redid it, and offered wonderful customer service. I didn't know what to drink and Gabriella made me a Hugo Spritz, which I loved. They have an adorable little patio that's well shaded and decorated. They have a really nice and obviously expensive Italian pizza oven. It shows how much they care. They also start you off with warm bread and olive oil topped with pine nuts--which, as a table bread lover, was a huge win. Our server was from Italy, and his warm hospitality made the experience feel even more authentic. Between the delicious food, excellent service, and warm atmosphere, Amalfi definitely earned a return visit. There are already several other dishes on the menu that I can't wait to come back and try. If you're looking for fresh, authentic Italian food in San Diego, I'd absolutely recommend giving Amalfi a try.

Their pizza is a bit more elevated than say, Grand Slam, another one of our favorite neighborhood spots, but it's also a bit more expensive. We also like the house salad with apples, cranberries, and blue cheese, and the vinaigrette dressing is tasty. (We usually add avocado.) Hint: for our family of three, the smaller size salad is quite enough. They have a great selection of beer (and hard kombucha!) on tap, and there is always a place to sit, even if the line is long and it looks daunting on a Friday night in the Village. It's always bustling, which is a testament to the delicious pizza and fun atmosphere. The service is always friendly and attentive...I tell them every chance I get! Incredibly gritty and had hard pieces of something in it that we had to spit out. The ravioli pasta was good, the stuff in it was truly disgusting. Again so bad all this time we've chosen other places to dine because of that one dish and whatever hard things were in it along with that gritty finely grounded chicken. So anyways the rating now is for my experience now. The above is just why it took me so long to try this place again. Service was great! Over the phone so nice and in person welcoming and friendly. Great staff here. Blonde is who helped me. Another dark haired lady even asked if I'd been helped and even with her serving was willing to help if I hadn't yet been helped but I had been helped so no need. Super great two ladies. Thank you both. Just had to wait a short bit for my food and to pay. $30+ for it. I had a bday coupon of $5 and $7 still on my account from all that time ago. Lady stepped in to put those discounts. Wonderful! The bag of my food was so light I looked inside because seemed nothing was in it. But it has my to go food in it so off I went. We live super close and got home, opened it but it was just warm. Not hot. Odd but well I was able to eat it right away. The sauce was oily butter tasting. The cheese on it tasted like plastic and the dish was missing the prosciutto sadly. Inside the pasta and the pasta itself was yummy! Sad the sauce was oily butter, no other flavor but oily. The pasta was smaller than before, still only 5 pieces of pasta, at $30+ for this ouch! Even after my discount $20+ was still not worth it. Bummer. The other time I had this dish it was all so good, the sauce and prosciutto etc. I am not saying we won't ever return, service is great. Looked over reviews, yes it's cramped inside and you are on top of others unless you get the booth, so I recommend the booth. We enjoyed our dine in experience time ago, only the chicken ravioli was gross, the soup was just ok but the rest was great. After today's experience I won't be repeating the tortellini. Maybe calamari and pizza next visit, but pasta portions n flavor lack too much to attempt other dishes. Just my thoughts. Again great staff!
