Any gas station that doesn't have touchless pay and makes me go inside or insert my card doesn't get the stars. Period. Update your pumps into the 21st century! I brought my phone out to the pump and was like WTH? Had to go back and grab my physical debit card. Also, prices are NOT competitive whatsoever. Very expensive gas based on "convenience" inflation. Lastly, they stop serving alcohol at 12 unlike every other 7-11 who serves until 1:45/2 AM. Store is clean and employees are nice so that's why I didn't give just one star. Fixing the pumps and applying for the proper liquor license would warrant a 5-star review. read more

I work late, I figured I'd grab a pizza on my way home, because LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE OTHER 7-11 will cook one for you any hour of the day if you buy one from the refrigerator, but this dude had the stones to tell me that they don't cook the ones from the fridge (despite the fact I bought one here like a week ago from the other graveyard employee who works when this guy is off) Do better, 7-Eleven. Guys, sorry to tell you, I smoke cigarettes, I know it's unhealthy, but don't buy from this shop again because they sell fake cigarettes. I bought from him for a year, then it happened to me that I bought fake cigarettes 3 times. The last time I bought 2 packs, I opened a pack and the first cigarette I smoked was like fire. I went back to him and told him very nicely that I would return the closed pack. I didn't actually know that it was against the law, but anyway, he threw it on the ground and said if you buy it, smoke it. We started talking, but he wasn't nice. There was a customer who told me that it was against the law and he couldn't return it. Anyway, he should have told me nicely and not thrown the cigarettes like he did. This is their boss. read more

Yup, I like going to 7-Eleven stores. Always fill up my gas tank at their stores too. They don't have techron, but they are still quality gas. This store in Oceanside, CA seems to be an older store that had a remodel done fairly recently. The inside of the store was very clean!! One of the cleanest 7-Eleven stores I've ever been in. The store was well stocked with one notable exception. Where was all the hot dogs and taquitos? Their roller grills were almost completely empty. I was wanting for one of those juicy big bite hot dogs!! Oh well, aside from not having the hot dogs I craved....it was a good visit. I'd be a regular if I lived in the neighborhood. read more

Do not shop here. Whoever stocks their beer cooler there mis-stocks under the wrong prices and the lady working at 9:17 pm on June 20, 2924 will not honor their crappy job at making the sign match the price of the beer in the fully stocked beer cooler. I've been to 7-11 hundreds of time at hundreds of different locations. But the Hispanic lady employee was very nice at this location. She greeted my wife and I as we walked in and she was very pleasant. She asked if I would like to sign up for their rewards program and I couldn't say no. The manager doesn't seem like he cares about anything! He assumes that's all black/Hispanic people are gonna steal and will stare at the from the mirrors on the ceiling as well as follow them around from time to time. Doesn't even acknowledge when colored folk walk in and greet him he just stares at them with a blank stare. The only employees that I've never had issues with is the older lady (forgot her name) and the African American lady (who's super nice all the time). Get a new manager that isn't gonna be an issue with your clients. If I ever catch that stupid manager off shift he's got what's coming to him. Just cuz he's black doesn't mean he isn't racist or discriminating against colored people. read more

This is privately own 7-11 and their restroom is for 7-11 employees only according to their employees and Vanesa who denied me two different times to use the restroom after a long drive from work. I felt like I'm in the Civil Rights Era LOL. If they told me that the restroom is for employees only from the beginning I would not complain to corporate office, but they did not say anything and just laugh at me. Parking is a little bit tight but it's conveniently (pun intended) located off the 76 and next to a 24 Hour Fitness. I pop in here every now and then when I need a chocolate milk after a workout or if my son forgets his water before soccer practice or a game. My home base for convenience stores I go to when on my way west. They have all the amenities and it's in a bit of a nicer area compared to the other 7-11's in Oceanside. Cops like to post up here so it's good and bad. It's a popular location due to the proximity to Mexican, Chinese, In-N-Out and a 24 hour fitness. It's right off the freeway and people make the common mistake of making that illegal U-Turn because they can't make a left on the Frazee entrance. You will be popped, so exit the long way, they are very short lights. They could use more parking, but all 7-11's need more. It's one of the busier in the area, tons of gym rats get Gatorades here. The prices are what you would expect and their variety it better than normal. Service is actually pretty good, but maybe it's my level of comfort coming here for so many years. Due to the openness of the layout you should be careful as people often zip in and out of here. 7-11 is never known for their gas, but the prices here are a few cents more than you'd expect. I really like this 7-11 because it's right off the 76, they have tons of gas pumps and they don't charge you for using your debit card. I use the 76 pretty often so I'm always looking for a good gas station that doesn't charge me for using my debit card because I usually don't have cash on me. Unlike some gas stations this one has 12 pumps which is really nice because I really don't like waiting for someone else who is inside getting coffee. When I come here there are always pumps available so no waiting. I really hate when am/pm charges you even though you are using a debit card it really gets on my nerves. Also the gas here is pretty decent and so are the prices which is always nice on my wallet. read more

The 7-11 on Frazee in Oceanside is 1.1 miles from my home & the one closer to my home on Vandergrift is 0.1 mile. I would rather drive the extra mile to purchase my items because of the employees kindness & professionalism. I go to 7-11 every Tuesday & Friday, sometimes other days, but I don't miss my lottery days. I don't know everyone's name from the store, but I do know Samantha & Flower. Samantha says hi to me, by name, every time I come in & leave. She has gone out of her way to acknowledge my presence with a very kind "Hi, Cathy, how are you. Everything ok." She is so very kind, caring, professional, the kind of employee I would want working for my organization. Forget about the store on Vandergrift. This 7/11 is always clean that's why I come to this certain one the most! The coffee is delicious and they're usually fully stocked with creamers too! They also have an ATM that doesn't charge a fee for credit union cardholders-benefits me that's for sure! The employees are real helpful, fast and sweet. Makes life a lot easier. Make sure you have your ID's handy when making purchases on booze, cigs or even lottery tickets. They always check!!! I just moved by this 7-Eleven and it is so conveniently located! They have a fantastic coffee island with a variety of coffees, creams... coffee heaven! I pay half the price for a cup of coffee. It's so worth it. There's a lot of foot traffic and the place is clean and it's a great pit stop for things I need to pick up like milk, snacks, breakfast and lunch foods. I claim this 7-Eleven to be the BEST one ive ever stepped foot in. The service is always great, and its the cleanest one ive ever been in. Every morning I like to grab those $1 taquito's SOOOOO GOOD! Went in to look for a Yerba mate and some cucumber mint Dasani water couldn't find the water that's my favorite water right now a lot of stores don't have it yet and I was helped by Flower she was really nice and she helped me find the water. Twice I've tried to have the air turned on here to fill my tire. Each time the same small Mexican lady nods her ok and says ok but doesn't turn it on. When you buy a fountain coke the employee pours it for you after you purchase it because of the Coronavirus When I paid for it I asked for the largest size. When she walked over to pour it she got out a smaller size. I relayed to her that I had asked for the largest and she argued with me. I offered to pay the difference but she traded the smaller size for the largest. After she grabbed the lid she spilt a little and when she went back to add more she payed the lid on the counter and then proceeded to put it on my coke. I took it off and threw it in the trash and asked for a new one but she just walked away. No apologies, nothing she just walked away. So I had to reach in (the cups, lids and straws are covered because people aren't supposed to be helping themselves right now because of the Coronavirus!!!) and get a lid and straw. Her name was something like peta I swore I would remember but I didn't. Come on people!! That's how this stuff spreads!!! I have to say that I go to this store most days and it is usually very clean and every employee besides the one today are friendly and efficient. But laying my lid on a surface and then putting it in my cup is not okay in the current environment!!!! She should be fired. She obviously doesn't deserve it. My family is almost all out of work and would be happy to be bringing in a paycheck read more

Stopped to get gas the other night. Customer service was great. One thing I liked was even though the line was long they had two cashiers so it was not an inconvenience at all. 7-11 also has Citi Bank ATMs which is so helpful if you have a credit union because there is no fee. read more

There are a good amount of 7-11s in O'side and this is one of the better ones. You can actually feel safe here walking in past 10pm, it's in a nice neighborhood and they have a good selection of items. The only ding I'll give it is that the parking lot can become a headache with so many kids racing in and out of it and meatheads with their oversized trucks. read more

Best 7/11 I've ever been to! Coffees always on point, one of the few locations that keeps french vanilla coffe mate in stock. Best 7Eleven anywhere! I always come in after my workout around midnight, and the place is always clean and organize. The graveyard guy is always doing something but a second you're at the register, he's there right away to help you out. Also, they always have a discount and coupons for my protein drinks. read more
