If I could give 0 stars I would. Never have I been treated so poorly in a convenience store. I told the clerk I wanted the "Mega Millions" lottery and told them NOT the "power ball". They printed a power ball ticket instead and claimed I requested that ticket instead of trading it out like any other time someone has made a mistake with these tickets. They continued to argue with me instead of caring about the customer so I left. I will never return to this location and I strongly suggest you stay away too. Never ever come here. I was on my road trip from Los Angeles to San Francisco. I stopped by this 711 to get snacks for the road. I am mix Mexican and African. I walked in workers would not stop looking at me. I got my snacks. Did not let me leave because they thought I stole. I said I didn't. This location is a bit crammed. Stopped in for an iced coffee and snack. The (2) employees I saw working seemed friendly enough. This isn't your typical 7 Eleven as the setup of this location is quite different from others I've been in. They have the iced coffee and slushee set up behind the cash register. So, I had to look around and also ask where it was at. It wasn't visibly seen. They also need to clean up a bit. It wasn't as clean as I would have preferred. This is a one and done type of thing; this was my first time and I would not return. NOTE TO EMPLOYEES: when it's down time they need to get some Lysol disinfectant and wipe down the counters over by the slushee & iced coffee areas. Make it look neat and clean! read more

Watch out for the tweakers. (How many reviews do I have mentioning tweakers?) This is a decent location in a strip mall off Chapman. It was busy and there were tweakers outside. I just wanted a Big Gulp, so it didn't have to be difficult but many of the stores move the machines to separate the crowds. It wasn't bad. The line wasn't bad either because the cashier tried to keep things moving. She seemed admonishing but she actually was full of humor when one person walked into the store. By the time I paid, she was friendly. Naturally, she charged me the full dollar for my $0.99. Those pennies add up. read more

Just your average neighborhood 7-11. I stop here a few times a week to get gatorades and use there ATM machine. There is no fee to use it if you are a credit union member. There employees are all nice and quick to check you out. Bunty is usually the employee that rings me up. The store is clean and organized. Unfortunately they don't have a restroom and will not let you use the employee. That's pretty standard at most 7-11 though. read more

This is the most disgusting 7-Eleven I've ever stepped foot in. Firstly, the associates there are so rude and unwelcoming. Even when I said "Hello" I was ignored. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought, "maybe he isn't the social type." Still kind of rude if you're in customer service but..whatevs. That wasn't the worst part! Came to this 7-Eleven yesterday with a couple friends. The cashier was kind of creepy and tried to speak say "I love you" to us in Vietnamese. Awkward. Also, a friend of ours was getting change in dollar bills to go back to the house to gamble for Lunar New Year and my other friend joked that it was stripper club money and that cashier got way too excited and happy when he heard that even though we were obviously just joking. F U C K THIS STORE. I got nachos and of course I had to open the bag to make my nacho. And it turns out the cheese was sour and I informed them politely about this. Yet they did not even bother changing out the cheese and fucking charged me for the nachos. The guys who run this places are usally really nice. They reconize me when I come in and know my mom and always ask about her. One of the guys there even sings to her when she goes in. I would like a better soda fountain and slurpee machine but they have a good snack choices. read more

Worst customer service attitude and it was like we were a bother to be at their store. This was from the female cashier and the owner right next to her and it was a surprise considering we are at 7- Elevens almost every day and I'm sure that's why we stick to our regular location but one must travel abroad. It even seems to contaminate their regular customers due to the somber feeling in the store. I'm just hoping that some people in the retail field will understand the cause and effect of their delivery and I know not every customer is the kindest but eventually one will know that at the end of the day, we try our best to be kind even though some are still maturing. read more

If you want to be discriminated then come here! Seriously its 2013, grow up people! I know 7-11's like the back of my head and spotted something wrong immediately with their staff! I came in to get coffee & coco for me and my mom while waiting for Alexis to finish her workout, it wasn't busy in the store at all so their was no excuse for this behavior! While making our coffee another customer rolled up on me to give me the up and down look ( she was Mexican just like what I am) the female employee begins stocking the coffee bar and starts striking up a conversation to her in Spanish in front of me the whole time, she never ever once greeted me but had a conversation with the Mexican customer! I proceeded to get in line and when I walked up to the counter she refused to ring me up and walked away. Could you be anymore obvious? Instead I was rung up by a male employee who was completely oblivious! I've never to been to a 7-11 and been treated like this EVER! I go to tons of them around OC & LA county and never had an employee walking away from me refusing to service me! BEWARE!!! There maybe a big scam ran by an employee in this store. The scammer is victimizing Chinese male tourists. He is using WeChat to hunt down victims. The scammer will pretend as a very good looking female with revealing pictures in WeChat to lurk male Chinese customers into a 'Full Service" for $100 per hour. The scammer will give the address which will point to this 7-eleven branch store. He will then ask the victim to buy an ITunes or Google card for $100 or $200 depending on how many hours of "Full Service". The scammer will say that this will be the payment since they cannot accept cash because they are afraid to be caught by the law enforcement. He will then ask the victim to take a picture of the receipt, erase the silver coating to expose the number and then take another picture and send it. Then the victim will be blocked from sending messages to the scammer once done. Once this information is sent, the number can be quickly transferred to the scammers account and then later on can be used to purchase Apple or Google products and then eventually sell, thus card converted to cash. To prove this, go to this store and check out the gift card corner. You will notice that they are either low or ran out of supply. My friend from China almost became a victim of this scam. It happened on October 11, 2017, Wednesday at 6:35PM in this store. He parked near the store front so he had a good view of the people inside the store. Bought a google card since ITunes card ran out. The employee running the store is a dark middle eastern man with a heavy beard. My friend followed all step up the point where he is about to send the picture of the card with the number. But then he noticed that every time he sends a message, the seller inside the store would pickup the phone and type something. This exchange of message happened for a few times while watching the store employee according to him. My friend is now going back to China but hopefully this gets the attention of the authorities. read more

They have rude employees who try to overcharge you. They'll argue with you about the price only to have to prove them wrong without being given an apology. In between the arguing they'll also have an earpiece on talking on the phone as they're ringing you up. read more
