The Italian sandwich (which included your usual assortment of Italian meats) was great. All of the breads used and ingredients were very fresh. I saw them scooping fresh avocado onto the sandwiches. That is what I like to see. They are not skimpy with anything here. These sandwiches are not life-changing but they are very well-made and delicious. I go every day for my soda refill. When I went to the counter and told the lady it was a "soda refill", she replied "no". I tried to explain there was soda in my Yeti 32oz tumbler. She said "no, it is too large for a refill". And then rang it up as $2.99! I questioned the price and said it was twice the normal amount. She asked what the other stores charge and I told her "$1.49 - it's a refill". She then became even more rude and said I was wrong and that they are doing it all wrong and losing money. If by "doing it wrong" she means that the other stores are nice to their customers and want them to return, then she is right, because I will NEVER return to this awful 7-11 ever! (And she didn't even ring it up as a drink, so I didn't even get the app's benefits.) I should have poured it out, but by this point I just wanted to leave the toxic environment! They have produce and flower stands outside. The market place is very clean and organized. The staff were very friendly. The vegetables and the fruits were really fresh.
