I had been to this Wawa a couple of times to get gas or for the convenience store. I got the delicious hoagie here one time in April 2021. I went with a couple of friends as we were going to an O's game, and cheaper to eat here than at Camden Yard. They were pretty efficient not having to wait too long on that Saturday. My only issue is that I wish they had some seating somewhere. We ate outside sitting on the curb.

The store is always clean and parking is readily available most of the time. The store has greatly enhanced the Liberty Heights and Gwynn Oak intersection. i purchase a lot of produce from this location and have noticed a change in the quality on too many occasions. I would normally leave ShopRite and visit another grocery store to make my purchase. A couple of days ago, I didn't have the time. Feeling frustrated and seeing a pattern developing, I decided to snap a photo to share. During my conversation with her she kept walking away because I was not 100 percent what 2 registers it was as I was speaking to her because she kept sulking and complaining about she has to run a store. The security guard butted into our conversation and escalated the entire situation. They both kept saying I was being rude when I was just trying to get my receipt and the manager kept refusing to do her job which ended in me having to call the cops because how much lying was going on by the staff. When we arrived on time, the lady at the counter informed us that she hadn't even started making them yet even though we put the order in an hour ago. Then she starts making them and she starts listing all the ingredients they don't have that we ordered, if you have an online order service, you need to mark off the ingredients you are out of. So we recustomize our subs and somehow she still messes them up, wrong size, wrong ingredients, missing ingredients, added ingredients that we didn't order, wrong bread. And it took her 20+ mins to make 2 subs. Will not be ordering here again.
