Almost completely out of donuts at 1100 am today. Terrible management-- often doesn't have menu items I want.

The people are nice enough, but ALWAYS inspect that they gave you the whole order, because they don't. Nevermind the line and holding things up; you won't be able to get a refund if you get home and discover they left stuff off your order. "Come back tomorrow" they will say. Nope. read more

The speed in which the orders come out of the drive thru at 8 am is baffling. The folks that are there during this time have this down to a science. It's like listening to a well orchestrated symphony! I visited at approximately 8 am on a Thursday morning. There were 2 cars in front of me and I'd estimate that I spent 2 mins in the drive thru. 2 minutes?!? Yes you read that correctly. I've recently visited this location several times and always have similar experiences in the am. How this place has 2 stars is beyond me. I always pull away happy. read more

TErrible service. nothing special @ coffee. I'd rather go to Olney or clarksburg to get my coffee. This place is worst Dunkin's in the area.

You better not be short on time, they are very slow. You can only use the drive-thru as well.

We started going back to this DD, the close by quick coffee fix draws us back in over and over. The service is fast and sometimes even friendly now but speed occasionally results in silly errors. Once we receive a buttered bagel with a huge slab of butter which would be overkill even if it were cream cheese. Took it back and the error was correct but kinda of funny (my hubby did not think so as he turned back the car in irritation). Coffee and iced tea are consistent in quality, so we continue to come here since it is so darn convenient. read more

I brought 3 of my boys here after a trip to the dentist down the street...my oldest wanted to delay going back to school and I'm a pushover at times. We went in because I needed to feed the baby too. (For speed's sake I would have normally hit the drive thru.) It was clean and smelled pleasant, like coffee mixed with the ice cream from the BR side. The lady behind the counter was really patient and sweet with my 2 year old while he was trying to decide which of the many donuts he wanted. There was a lot of pointing and "dat one!" involved and she went from donut to donut asking "this one?" and didn't get at all annoyed. There was no line so that probably helped! She bagged each of the boys donuts and when we sat down to eat them, to the great joy of my 2 year old, she had stuck 2 chocolate munchkins in his bag with the Boston cream he had finally chosen. Busy Sunday morning around 8.45am. My order wasn't hard or large. First - the store doesn't offer a Beyond bkfst sandwich, which is standard issue for Dunkin. Second - the hash browns for .99$ - there are only 6. Geez, had to order 3 for one person order. What are they thinking. Third - I didn't receive two items, left the area and then returned. Had to sit in drive-thru and they were quick to respond, get the order complete. read more

So disappointed!! I ordered sausage sourdough sandwich and got bacon then on top of that my bread wasn't toasted and coffee spilt all over hash browns !!! this has happened every week now!!! please have your employees read tickets before preparing food !!!!!!! read more

As a Damascus resident I've gone here on and off since it has open as sometimes I get bored of Starbucks. And don't get me wrong the place is pretty good but today my experience was interesting to say the least. I got my favorite drink the cake batter latte and something was off. I don't know if it was just the Syrup or something because a lot of reviews of the drink say this. But I kid you not that this drink tasted like rum. And don't get me wrong I don't mind a causal drink but not when it's 8:30 am. But all jokes aside just to much syrup and it did take about 15 minutes for the drink and a bacon egg and cheese. But still better then every Dunkin I been to anywhere else read more

If I could go lower I would. Even though this location is no more than a 3 min drive, I am committed to driving to Mt. Airy or Clarksburg (an extra 7-10 minutes or so) than to the Damascus one. The staff is generally nice but there is one guy, who seems to be the owner or manager, who always serves you with extra saltiness. On my last visit ( the one that sealed the deal) he as usual had zero manners -- did not say hello, thank you, here is your order... nothing. He usually just says the price then gives you your food with a very sour face and never offers a receipt like other places do. Service is also usually really slow when he is serving--what's the deal? On this day, my iced latte had curdled milk with floaty milk chunks in it. I drove back to return the off drink. The donuts there are often a bit stale or dry for some reason & it dawned on me that all other DnDs I go to usually are served with the thin piece of paper servers use to pick up your donut --these do not when Mr. Salty is serving. It has made me suspicious that when you go through drive through and can't see him he doesn't bother; probably uses the same gloved hands he uses to handle cash, the register, and other things . Yuk! No thanks. I'd rather drive the extra 7-10 mins. read more

When we lived closer, we used to come here more often. It's Dunkin' Donuts for goodness sakes. I have been here many times and the coffee is hot, tastes just the way DD coffee ought to and the donuts are fresh. I love their sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, and they have some pretty good breakfast sandwich deals from time to time. The people are friendly. What more do I really want out of a small town DD? Keep doin' whatcha do! read more

Come to this place probably 4 or 5 times a week around 530 in the morning. I usually get a coffee and a small breakfast wrap service is super fast and accurate. read more

Terrible service! Came in tonight with my 4yo son for an ice cream treat. Wasn't greeted by any employee. Stood there with my son waiting for help while two employee's, one of them a manager continued talking. I walked out and am now heading to Jimmie Cone around the corner. read more

They can make a consistent coffee to save their life. Always getting it wrong. However, they are all super nice.

I dropped off my significant other on the MARC train this morning at 6:40 AM. After waking up early, taking two different busses, and traveling for 3 hours he stopped into this location to grab a coffee and rest before his work shift. He sat at the last unoccupied booth. It was sticky and dirty so he asked the cashier if someone could clean it. Instead of assisting him with an easy request - he was met with a dumbfounded stare then a hand gesture over to the napkin dispenser. Apparently, it is the customer's job to clean their own tables at this location - unacceptable! I've called corporate headquarters about this issue and would advise not going to this location if you don't enjoy sitting in other people's filth. read more

I just went by the drive thru and they missed my order and this Indian guy refused to take my order at the window and all wanted was one little breakfast wrap. He chose to argue with me making up reasons he could not get one little wrap. He was so horrible. read more

Donuts were stale and the service attitude from the young girl behind the counter was appalling - she was checking her phone whilst she was supposed to be serving us. I'm guessing she's the daughter of the franchise owner because no way any other manager would let an employee do that! Not a location we will be patronizing again! read more

As DDs go, this one isn't the worst. That honor goes to the one on Wisteria in Germantown. The staff is efficient, but is a stickler for coupon restrictions, even when you can split the transaction with your partner and still get the same deal. It is also, technically, not in the Washington DC region, so all the ads you see locally don't apply here. We go here, but only when we're driving by. We definitely prefer the Woodfield Rd location. read more

This is by far the worst DD. The hashbrowns were barely cooked and both orders had BLOOD on the outside packaging. I was so disgusted I couldn't even touch it, let alone eat it. Waste of money and time. read more

This is one of the better Dunkin locations in the area. I'm not sure what that says -- at least one of them is truly horrible. However, in general this location is fairly clean and service is usually friendly. At times the tables have been dirty, but overall it's pleasant enough. read more

This is the last time I'm going to this one... I have gotten stale sweet tea both previous times I've gone and did not get the donuts that were asked for, instead I got a combination of different ones. They are not social and make you feel like you are not welcome. read more

The food and coffee were good, but my complaint is with the cleanliness, the condition of the booths and the very ill employee who should not have been around food. When my friend and I walked up to the counter we were immediately hit with a very bad odor that seemed to be coming from behind the counter. It smelled like a farm or zoo animal cage. We probably should have left at that point. The staff was very friendly and the food and coffee were good. Most of the tables in the restaurant were dirty and the seats in the booths were cracked with the cushioning material exposed. Then, oddly enough one of the employees decided it would be a good idea to sweep under our feet as we are sitting there eating...very odd. To make it more strange, he then comes through with a nasty mop bucket and mops right near our feet. So bizarre. While all this is going on we can hear an employee in the food area coughing constantly. Not a muffled cough, but a full-on pneumonia or bronchitis type of cough. Not so good. The manager should have sent that employee home. This was not a great place to sit and visit. read more

Tonight was my last time going here. How can you screw up ice cream. The food is inconsistent and the day time service is horrible. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches a couple of weeks ago and one was steaming hot and the other one was cold. I just ordered A cappuccino blast and they told me they couldn't make it with coffee ice cream. I have ordered with coffee ice cream numerous times in the past. I guess when the morning crew is working nights you can't get it. I would give them a negative star if I could. They need to get there act together. read more

Stopped by this location after church today. Ordered an iced coffee with my breakfast sandwich. It tasted so bitter I could barely swallow the first sip. I asked if I could have a different one as maybe the coffee at the bottom of the pot. I could see another young guy yelling in the store and waving his arms around at the coffee and then at us in the drive through, then he opened the drive through window and started yelling at me that the coffee is fine and he had been serving it all morning. When I asked him to give me different one, he reluctantly brought another to the window with a major attitude. I ended up throwing that one out too because I suspect he may have done something to it behind the counter out of sight and it was still bitter. I never was given a receipt either. The worst experience ever at this location and they lost us as customers after today. read more
