Family of four has stopped here several times. We always get something different and we try each other's drinks. Every single drink we have purchase has been great. I cannot finish a coffee in one day so I toss it in the fridge and drink it the next day; it's always just as good as day one. Service is always amazing. Go there expecting to sit for a few minutes but believe me, it is well worth the wait. Actually, if you go around 2:30 on a weekday, the wait isn't long at all. I'm super mad because I really wanted to like this place. The business model isn't going to work. Been here about 10 times and other locations as well. The drinks are never consistent, half the time they give me the wrong drink. They hire young jerks that don't really care to do their job properly. Cheap. Although the lines are long (my only complaint), I have no issues with this location. Yes you have to wait in line for a bit. If you're that impatient go someplace else. I like the fact that i can get all kinds of different drinks that don't cost outrageous prices. I've had the pink mermaid, and my daughter had the banana bread ice coffee on our last trip. Both were great! These kids are doing the best they can considering the long lines and are always friendly. The customer service here is great. We've tried lots of items so far and the only things we've liked were the lemon and birthday cake shake. Maybe we are picking the wrong items. We will go back but it's all very sweet and artificial tasting. The strawberry matcha was undrinkable and brown in color. read more

I came to this location again. And once again, same issue as last time, there are ICE chunks in both of the milkshakes I got.I already left a complaint about this around a month ago and once again it happened. My other 2 drinks were good, just not these shakes that seem to never be blended correctly. A milkshake should be THOROUGHLY blended. Stayed around the corner and watched lines at this place all times of day, so we decided to check it out. The options were a little intimidating, but we picked some yummy items and were happy with the quality and accuracy. The long line is deceptive - we ordered and got our drinks quicker than expected-under 15 minutes, although the line was around the corner. Staff were the highlight! Friendly AND efficient. I usually come to this 7brew because it's the closest one to me. Tonight, my boyfriend and I came, and it took a while for our order to be taken, but no big deal we understand it gets busy. However, there were very few cars, but whatever. We ordered two of our usual drinks, both medium, and the total came out to $21, which kind of shocked my boyfriend and me, as we've never paid this much for our usual drinks, especially in a medium size. We even thought we got charged for an extra drink, but we double checked once we got to the front to receive our drinks, and we indeed got charged for two drinks. We were told ahead of time when we were ordering that there was no ice, which was no big deal, but I did not expect these drinks to barely even be filled. I would understand if I had asked for no ice, but really, them not having ice is not my fault, lol, especially since we paid $21 for two drinks. Their coffee sucks. It's basically full of flavored syrup, sugar, creamer/milk and zero coffee. The shade of my coffee is very milky colored (as pictured). Where's the coffee?? You're paying way more for no coffee. Their fizz/energy drinks are better than their coffee but not worth it, they use syrups with horrible dyes. They're overrated and super overpriced. read more

If zero stars was an option I would select that. Their Huntley location has multiple roads to enter. One off of a stop light on route 47. I entered there and it is always a long line from multiple lanes. I merged in with the other lanes (like adults who drive cars do) and waited 20 minutes to get up to order and I was told since I entered from the street I did, I would have to get out of line and go all the way back to Walmart to get into the back of a new line. Completely diabolical, there are no signs saying you can not enter from the Huntley road, I have taken that road 5 other times to visit this location. It's not like I pretended to go to chipotle and snuck in, I was merging like all the cars in front of me and behind me on that road. We are from out of town. We stopped to get coffee because this place was highly recommended by our local friends. Parked and walked up because the line was so long. We got to the front and there was no window or obvious way to order. There was a sliding glass door that was open about 4 inches. We opened the door, looked inside and stepped in. Everyone had different color shirts on so they looked like customers. It was in no way obvious that we walked into their workspace. They looked at me like I had three heads. I asked how do we get coffee. One guy rolled his eyes and another girl walked up with an iPad to escort us out the door to take our order, but as she did that, she turned to the other guy and rolled her eyes at him, making a face to insinuate that we were stupid and how dare we. We turned around and left without ordering. Employees should not act like children in front of customers. At least have the decency to make fun of "weird" customers behind their back. No one wears a uniform so it is in no way obvious that they were employees. Rude, immature, lost our business and this experience will be conveyed to our local friends. Eventually sitting in a long line for coffee will get tiring to local customers and this place has no customer service to fall back on. read more
