Most visits take far too long, especially if there is more than one customer. The employees act as though they believe that the customers have unlimited time so they will chit chat or lallygag. This is a service based business so there needs to be a balance between "friendliness" and timeliness. I realize it's not a fast food joint but no one wants to wait 10-15 minutes for a smoothie or to simply pay for stocked items. This is the reason I don't shop here frequently anymore.

I had placed an order for a pickup time at 8:50am, but I happened to get there 15 minutes early, based on past experience, I had thought that my order would've been completed. Unfortunately, such wasn't the case. The associate who is working this morning informed me that my order wasn't in their system, despite my receiving of a confirmation email. The associate then told me that I would have to come back & mentioned something about 10am. Why in the world would I go home just to return 2 1/2 hours later just for a smoothie?! I wound up cancelling my order, because I wasn't going to deal with the drama or the continued letdown from the associate working. I will return to have my smoothies, but I'm not going to order through the app if the orders aren't going to go through the system & the associate give me horrible customer experience.
