i dont normally leave reviews but i had to for this one. I came in today around 9:40am and ordered a smoothie, when i walked out my purse got stuck on the door causing my smoothie to spill all over me and my purse. I came back inside and asked for a new lid for my drink and the man who was working was extremely nice and didnt make me feel embarrassed at all. he put the rest of my smoothie in a new cup with a new lid and gave me the left overs from when he made my smoothie so i could still have a full smoothie. i used many napkins and the whole counter was soaked and he cleaned it up for me and told me not to worry about it. once i was all cleaned up he told me he was sorry that happened to me and to have a better day. thank you so much for making me feel not embarrassed and helping me clean up. superrrr nice guy! thank you!!!!! read more

New to the area and figured we'd stop in for Jamba Juice on a hot day. We've had Jamba Juice before, but never this bad. Got chocolate Moo'd and it was such a thin mixture it was more like chocolate milk (not to mention none of the cups were full). We also got Strawberry Wild, which is supposed to have strawberries and bananas....it tastes like rancid Kombucha. No strawberry or banana tastes at all. The menu board no longer lists the ingredients. Very disappointed and will not return. read more

I always have enjoyed Jamba Juice Smoothies. The thing I like about this location is the staff is always very nice and drinks are always consistent. I went with one of my favorite - Mango Go Go. I added soy protein powder but usually go with a different option which I like better. I was impressed that they do enforce and limit people in the store to be safe as well as cleaning the store. Love the variety of smootie and food options here, not only that but you basically have the ability to create you own drink when you use the app and they have awesome options like 3g energy, whey boost, vitamin and zinc boosts you can add as well to make it that much better for you! At this location they were friendly which I always appreciate, it was clean of course smelled amazing, lots of natural light very good vibes for a health smoothie food place. Have loved Jamba Juice since moving to Chicago. Too bad this is the last location in the far NW suburbs of greater Chicagoland. There used to be one on Randall Rd in Algonquin and another one on Rt 31 near Spring Hill Mall. But not any more, sadly. Now I have to make a special trip to Crystal Lake just to get my Jamba Juice fix. Absolutely love their Pumpkin smash and their new pumpkin protein drink. I can't give more than 3 stars because I used order ahead, got there when my drinks should have been done, and the person working had not even started them yet. She was very fast in recovery, under 5 minutes, but order ahead should stop your wait time and let you get in and out. Instead, I STILL had to park and I STILL had to wait. My wife likes the Vitamin C boost (it used to be called Coldbuster) and their product is really good. Fix the order process and you might see me again; fail again and you are off my list forever. read more

Happy we went! Been a long time since I've been to a Jamba Juice. Super clean inside, very friendly staff. I got a Small PB Banana Protein and my wife got a Medium RazzMaTazz* hopefully I spelled that right. Suppppper fresh tasting on both. SO GOOD. Guy made the pb banana a little large so I got a "free" upgrade to a medium. We will be back everytime we shop at SamsClub. Going to try the coffee one next! read more

This was the best service I had. I ordered online and with the whole social distance going on everyone knows how the pick up process is anywhere. But what made the experience more amazing was the note on top. I understand it's just a note but that's just it. I love getting a Belgian Waffle as well to go with my smoothie! So glad this place is still around and close to Huntley since the one in Algonquin is gone. I've been coming here after the gym a lot recently. I get the protein berry workout. I love it! I was just in there a few hours ago and I had the best service so far. His name was Jay, he was super friendly and very knowledgeable on the difference between soy and whey. (For my protein) Also, I asked for a medium but there was a tiny bit left (like always) and he put it into a large size. It was my first experience at Jamba Juice. I felt dumb because I didn't know what I would like. The staff member was so kind and helped me figure it out. My 8 year old saw that he was helping me and put money that he earned himself into the tip jar. The staff member thought that was so nice that he gave my son a free drink. My son was so happy. I have been meaning to write this review for a few days now, but have not had a chance. I stopped into Jamba last Wednesday April 26th . I was getting over being sick and don't have much of an appetite so this was the perfect meal! This is a very small shop so can get crowded if there is too many people. They didn't choose the best layout when modeling it. Smoothies are good and always exactly what I asked for. I always get good customer service, as well by being greeted when I walk in and and today a young man named Lucas said "have a great day Jen" which I thought was very personable. And this was just off his memory of writing it on my cup because I have only been here a few times. I like the Caribbean passion and razzmatazz smoothies. I usually get energy boost as well which is nice and you can't taste it at all. I am always that crazy lady that always ask for extra ice so I get my drinks extra thick so they are super cold and it's delicious! Last longer too! I would recommended trying that! Great quick stop if you are craving a smoothie though. read more

The workers were nice but had awful service. Making the drinks were super slow for them and they didn't seem like they liked their jobs so overall it did not enlighten the mood. It took them 20 mins to make my bowl and another 10 to make my smoothie. Would not recommend this one in crystal lake. read more

I love that Jamba now offers lower calorie smoothies! I can enjoy my smoothie with less sugar and calories. The light strawberries wild was really good I could barely tell the difference. Their banana oatmeal is really tasty too. read more

I've had positive experience here! All my drinks have been very consistent in taste. One time the manager had my drink made over again because they didn't feel as though it was full enough. It was a bit unnecessary but it was nice that they cared. I've also haven't had to wait too long here. read more

I stopped in last night to try the new chia pudding and was helped by the nicest guy. I've been to this location a few times and Lucas was a breath of fresh air. Some of the other staff members are not so friendly. Lucas was so pleasant to speak with and had a smile on his face while helping me. The manager Nick is always super duper helpful! Always come here and the service is fast and friendly. Smoothies usually delivered to table and the shop is so clean you could eat off of the floor! My wife and I are from California and love Jamba Juice. Moved to Crystal Lake IL and couldn't believe there is a Jamba Juice. I went in with my wife to get a smoothie, however one of the employees that made our smoothie made one of our smoothies very runny. I knew it when she was pouring it into the cup as they usually have to smack the blender to get the smoothie out while this one just poured out. Employee knowingly turn her self so no one could see the runny smoothie!!! I was very agitated with her that knowingly she would serve juice rather than smoothie!!! I took the smoothie but I just couldn't just leave so I went back in and told the other employee that I didn't want it due to the smoothie being runny... He was amazingly helpful and immediately apologized and made me a new smoothie... He was literally so amazing on how he Handel it. The thing is in California every Jamba Juice you go to is packed and people will wait because the quality of the smoothie is amazing!!!
