I have tried getting bowls at various places and was consistently disappointed. I expected this place wouldn't be better but boy was I wrong. I walked in during the midafternoon probably about 3:30 and I was immediately helped. The young girl behind the counter took the time to explain what each choice was. There were a few sears at a counter and there was a bench. It was bright and. Leans and giant windows to let in all the sunshine. It was really a very nice eating spot if you choose to eat there. I ordered two items. The first was their Lolo's Bowl which had açaí, granola, honey and fresh berries and it was delicious. The other was a special they were having that month. It had lime, oil, granola, açaí, kiwi, blueberries and other things and this one is fantastic. Loved everything about this place. Their help is nice and bubbly. The manager was extremely nice and took my comments seriously. Sweet man who listened. I definitely would try it!

Lolo's Bowls is tucked away in the corner of a plaza so at first glance, I thought I drove past it but thankfully, we found it. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and looked over the menu. They had a selection of smoothies and bowl options and I loved the "Want to eat like a Bear?" section that displayed a few of the Chicago Bears favorite bowls. I decided on a small Açaí Bowl with strawberries, banana, granola and coconut shreds topped with Nutella and it was very good. I literally ate the entire bowl lol. My mom ordered a similar bowl but included peanut butter on hers. This was her first time ever trying an Acai bowl and she loved it. The staff were super friendly and the shop is very cute. There's a few tables inside and out, which allows for people to sit and enjoy. The next time I'm back home, I'd definitely return.

I ordered a smoothie bowl and a smoothie last night on uber eats and the store closed before my delivery person could even get there (this isn't nauticals bowls fault as I had ordered an hour prior so it was an uber eats issue) well this morning I woke up and decided to reorder it because I still wanted it. I just got my order and tried sticking my straw into my smoothie to which it broke because it's frozen. At first I was like nice they were keeping it cold for me but no. I then go to eat my smoothie bowl and realize it's also frozen. BECAUSE THEY TOOK MY ORDER FROM LAST NIGHT AND FROZE IT AND WHEN I RE ORDERED THEY JUST TOOK IT OUT OF THE FREEZER AND DELIVERED IT TO ME. what "fresh" company even does that? I don't like when my fruit is frozen and not only that but I'm not paying for a smoothie bowl that was made the night before and put in the freezer. If I wanted that i'd just eat at home? I get not wanting to waste it but then give it to an employee or something. Who tf does that? I'm so angry right now. Would you want a place to make a pizza in the oven the night before and then put it in the fridge and just reheat it the next day in the microwave when you order it? Probably not. What a joke.

Organic Rootz is probably one of my favorite small businesses. Every time I go there it's like I'm on a treasure hunt because they have so much to offer. I always feel like I have found something I missed last time. The owner and the staff are really friendly and you can tell that they really care about what they are doing. I'm not exaggerating when I say they have so much there. They offer sea moss unflavored and flavored. I personally like the mango. The tropical passion smoothie is really good amongst other smoothies they have. Recently they added kababs (grass fed and halal) to their menu. The kababs are out of this world and the best way to describe them is that you can tell they were made by someone's Mom. All of the ingredients in their offerings taste fresh and clean. They have a lot of different vitamins, reading materials, bee pollen, etc. Just go and see-they have something for everyone!

I came here on a hot summer day after dining for lunch outside at a restaurant nearby. If I would have known earlier about this place, I would have saved some room to try their acai bowls. Parking - lots of free parking near Outdoor walk through option available for those that have dogs and want to order / pick up from outside. Atmosphere - great to come hangout with friends, family or by yourself to get some work / reading done. Washroom - the toilets don't flush well and it wasn't the most clean washroom I've seen.. Costs - ranges from $5.99-$13+ depending on what you order.. may be costly for a drink but it's yummy & fresh fruit! Handcrafted bowls, breakfast bowls, smoothies to wellness shots Pink Flamingo Smoothie ($8.59 small / $10.59 regular) - the smoothie isn't only pretty in color but also tastes great! It is healthy with its mixture of fruits and not too sweet, just right on sweetness level (doesn't tastes like those drinks loaded with sugar)..if you like extremely sweet drinks maybe ask for more agave nectar added I'll be back to try their acai bowls if I'm in the area

It was clear that the interaction was routine, but she had no problem giving him something to eat and it made me so joyous to see such a charitable thing. She also spoke to him like a person, not as someone that would be less because he has less. Clearly this place is run by a good person too. Bonus: the young man behind the counter made a little too much for my small smoothie so upgraded my size at no charge. Thank and God bless!
