The lady that took care of me tonight was the sweetest lady. I ordered off the app and it took me about 15 minutes to get to Dunkin' Donuts. when I got to the window, she was remaking my coffee because I took so long and it was cold. I truly appreciate her. She also made my son's night with some donuts. Thank you! read more

Walked in to no donuts. The girl at the counter was on her phone. I asked why and she laughed and said a lot of people came in this morning! It's 1:00 in the afternoon! And she went back to her phone! If this was my franchise I would be appalled. Maybe hire individuals that may care about your store, its appearance and products or lack of products. It's all in the name my friends. Dunkin DONUTS! read more

I mistakenly ordered from the wrong location. The date was 1/2/26. Free donut day. They were out of chocolate glazed but had munchkins. The lady didn't make it a problem that I ordered from the wrong location. She gave me my coffee and a generous supply of delicious chocolate glazed munchkins. Now that is how you do business! Thanks, Bob. read more

I went there this morning and asked for a cold coffee with almond milk and liquid sugar the guys asked me twice and confirmed that it was almond milk and liquid sugar, i get up to the window he hands me my drink and it's normal milk and normal sugar!!! How hard is it to look at the sticker and make it right !? This location sucks, very disappointing! read more

Went thru the drive thru and got a coffee with hash browns. Food was good, easy ordering at drive thru. My only complaint is that you don't find out the total owed until you pull up to the window. When you pay cash, it's nice to be able to have a couple extra seconds to dig for exact change. read more

I placed a pickup order, got my food, ate some in the car and realized both of my sandwiches were sausage egg and cheese. I go though the drive thru and let them know. They ask for the sandwich back and the girl told me it was turkey sausage. She did not give me another sandwich and was rude about it. I know what the Dunkin turkey sausage looks and tastes like and this ain't it. And it looked and tasted the same as my other sandwich. I know I got 2 sausages!! What a B read more

Waited at the drive through for a good 2-3 minutes before anyone said anything only after I yelled hello, the lady that works early mornings is just rude. She never says hello or Goodmorning she just seems miserable. She never even tells you your total. read more

Every time i go there, they get the order completely wrong. Either higher more competant people or close location. I sugest to everyone not to go there. Find another business or location. read more

A Dunkin is a Dunkin is a Dunkin, right? Maybe. This location has decent service, but as with many local Dunkin's, the drive through experience is so varied. One day it's friendly and patient... then the next it's transactional and cold. I wish they didn't eliminate so many of the donut options. I know that coffee drinks are the high margin items, but now I have an excuse to get my donuts and coffee from my locally owned spots. Dunkin is always a good spot in a pinch, but I'll reserve that for my out-of-town travels. read more

Wanted to rate it zero or negative number but not option for that!!! Went this morning 5:07am order coffee and a plain bagel Toasted with veggies cream cheese. Opened bagel when I got to work it was burnt and hard as a rock!!! Absolutely inedible. Tried calling to voice my complaint, and it took 4 calls before they answered the phone. Indian lady answered I told her my complaint and was told "OUR TOASTER IS BROKEN AND BAGEL IS OLD SO IT GETS HARD QUICKLY" she repeated several times that their toaster was broken. I told her I wasn't interested in the problem only that I wanted my order voided because it was in edible and I was not going to pay for something that I couldn't eat. She again told me that the bagel was old and that's why it got hard and then if I come back tomorrow, she'll give me a new bagel and cream cheese. I told her I absolutely would not be back there and I wanted my money back and after she kept ranting and ranting about how I had to come back I hung up on her. We're Dunkin' Donuts on the planet save your money and go elsewhere because you will not get what you pay for. read more

Staying in the area for business. Came here 2 mornings in a row. First morning ordered a large coffee and the cup was not nearly filled close to the top. Second morning I ordered the same thing and brought my 16 oz tumbler to pour my coffee in. Sadly what was supposed to be a large 20oz didn't even fill up my 16 oz tumbler. And the coffee was just barely above room temperature. read more

The people here have just poor customer service, food is fine if they get your order right. Tipping point for my bad review is I said hi I would like to use my birthday reward please. She scans my app, oh you owe .22 cents. Whatttt? Yea your reward didn't work. Didn't I say bday reward? It says tell the cashier first. Yup it didn't work and you still owe .22 cents. Man, no effort to say oh don't worry about this 22 cents, or let me cancel and try again, not even sorry I messed up your free coffee on your birthday, yup just reload and pay me the 22 cents. Well, I will never come to this location again- Gilbert's all the way! read more

Someone messed up my order and I had to deal with some of the rudest, most incompetent staff.

My brother says this location is the worst and now I believe him. I've been there 3 times in the last month. 2 of the 3 times they claimed they could not make macchiatos at the moment. Maybe hire someone over 21 yrs old to manage the place? Train your workers properly? read more

I was excited to get a caramel latte this morning. My daughter picked it up for me. I actually ordered 2 of them. It was maybe 60% filled. No joke. I spent almost $11 on 2 large lattes and got small sizes if that. That pisses me off. read more

Pulled up to the drive thru, first thought was wow this place is run down and kind of a dump. Ordered a iced coffee, barley could understand the person on the other side of the mic. Pulled up, paid and tested it before I pulled away thinking I might have to throw this $5 coffee on the ground in the parking lot. To my surprise it was delicious, possibly one of the best DD I have had! read more

Dunkin' - a hand holding a cup of iced coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Huntley, Illinois

Only reason I ever come to this Dunkin is because the other one in Huntley doesn't open until five. Today I ordered a medium pomegranate refresher with light ice. The older Caucasian woman gave me so much attitude over the intercom, When I was trying to side what to order to drink. A sadly they gave me a medium drink with extra ice. I go around re-order with no ice, no the older Indian woman is telling me it's a dollar more for no ice. I understand that I said but you guys put less ice on the ticket but gave me extra ice. I believe she may be related to the owners. Now I understand why there's a Starbucks by every Dunkin' Donuts. The customer service is horrible. read more

Clearly my doughnut was put in first and the others clearly DROPPED into the bag on top. At least this time they were fresher. I'm pretty sure the last time I went to this location the doughnuts were from the day before. This location needs new ownership or it will close due to complaints, poor service, and poor quality. read more

Dunkin' - a chocolate doughnut on a wrapper - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Huntley, Illinois

I asked for a hot drink and I got a cold drink but on the sticker label it says hot. I also asked for a bagel but instead I got a croissant. I do not recommend this place. I asked for a hot vanilla latte and I got a French vanilla swirl.. read more

If i could put 0 stars I would this location is horrible. The workers are very rude. Most of the time my order is messed up. And they always short staffed so it takes forever. The older lady that works most days and the red hair gentleman are the worst. All you see is bad reviews looking up this location so embarrassing on their part. read more

I avoid this Dunkin like the plague. Customer service is almost always poor. However, the reason I'm leaving this review is because last night I arrived at 8:40 pm. Closing time is 9 pm. I waited at the drive thru for a few minutes and no asked for my order. I pulled up to the drive thru window and noticed most of the lights were off but a woman was cleaning up. She opened the window and said they were closed. I pointed to the sign taped to the window and said "you're open until 9". She said "well we are closing early". I asked why and she just said "sorry". What kind of business does this? I drove from Pingree to get ice cream for my kids. Awful!! read more

I ordered a bagel at 7:30 a.m. from the inside counter area. I said do not toast or slice the bagel. The cashier then asked me if I wanted it sliced and toasted. (??) I sat at an indoor table and at least 4 flies landed on my table. But back to the bagel, it was stale. The bagel was stale and very dry. I have to assume it was from the previous day. If not, then, sorry Dunkin', your bagels taste stale, dry, and cardboardy. The butter packets were frozen. I could not get the butter out of the little individual container tub, when I finally did, it would not spread on the bagel. Sorry Dunkin'.....confusing communication at the register, a very dry bagel, and frozen butter. read more

We were not greeted even though it was quite obvious that we were walking in. The donuts that we wanted were not available and the cashier didn't say anything, not even a smile. I guess we were interrupting her 'I don't feel like helping anyone' moment. The tables were all dirty, the floors, too, and the sugar/straws table had old coffee stains on it. We won't be back. It's just too dirty. read more

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts! I've had multiple problems with this location and the turnover seems very high. My last visit the girl was very rude and belligerent. Obviously terrible management! read more

Every time I've been to this location, I've received extremely fast, polite service. I always get flatbread sandwiches, which often take a long time to get heated, but somehow this place is always right on top of it. The drive-thru line moves quickly, even in the busy morning (more than I can say for nearby locations which leave me screaming obscenities and punching my steering wheel while I become later & later for work). They also put tons of sugar in their iced coffees, which I love! Straw full o' coffee-flavored sugar! Anyway, I really like this location, and I'm a total psycho in the morning before my coffee...so this really means something. read more

Must say the employees are great and the coffee is good. I live in Chicago and I work all the way in Huntley so I travel a fair amount every single day. I have been coming to this Dunkin Donuts location for the past six months. Haven't really had any big issues other than certain donuts being out almost every single day. However today I ordered a raspberry ice tea to switch things up a bit before I drove out of the drive-through I was still waiting for my food I tried my tea and it just tasted horrible so I asked if I could get a new one since I believe it was made wrong sense it didn't taste like raspberry. The guy at the drive-through window was very nice about it and said sure thing, then I Heard him tell the other Employee if she could please remake the drink and that's when I heard many things that I shouldn't here in a professional business through the drive-through window. She started swearing and yelling saying that she made it right and she followed the charts. He smelled the drink and continue to tell her it didn't smell like raspberry. That's when I hear the strangest word come out of her mouth that she referred to me as a "Cunt-a-lope" all while the drive thru window was WIDE OPEN. I can't help but laugh and shake it off my shoulders this morning because I have been there I have had bad days but to work in a professional business you should not be able to talk that way and keep your job. I won't be going any further with this other than posting this pathetic review on yelp. But I think I will be switching back to Starbucks. But I will still give three stars because I haven't had any other problems in the past few months other than certain Donuts being out on a daily basis. read more

My mom had a bad experience with an employee named Ian at this location. She wanted to buy two quarts of ice cream for 9.99 but wasn't aware that it couldn't be fresh-scooped quarts. When it was rung up, she was charged more and ended up not buying it. He had this nasty attitude towards my mom and basically shoved the receipt back to her. If you're having a bad day, don't take it out on your customers. Ian's a complete asshole. read more

I'm giving "1 star" !!!!! It's about 3:30 in the afternoon and I stopped in to buy an ice coffee. I'm waiting in line and the worker at the register tells another co-worker "I'm so sick of hearing easy on the ice". REALLY !! I'm sick of getting bad service!! People can order whatever they want !!!!! Even if it's only $.99 !! I order my ice coffee, easy cream. What do I get? Almost all cream !! I go back and ask them to remake it. (I don't usually do this.) I still get an almost white iced coffee. I'm not ordering another !!! Do you people know what easy cream is ?? I hope the owner reads this review and talks to the employees about what not to say in front of customers. I appreciate the .99 coffee but the employees need to keep opinions to themselves and know what easy cream is. This is not the first time this has happened with the iced coffee. read more

Nice neat store, great service. easily accessible.

Do not get coffee here. The coffee always tastes like theres something sinister in it or like they dont wash the equipment. They always take forever. There are a bunch of teenagers working here. When i ordered some wraps one of them put a jehovah's witness pamphlet in the bag, which didnt offended me but couldve easily caused problems. When i called to let a manager know a kid told me he was the most senior person on staff at the moment and told me he already knew about it. They take a ridiculous amount of time to just pour coffee or address the drive thru when there is no one else in line. The hours are incorrect on the google ingo page. Go the extra mile and go to the one down the street on reed rd. Always excellent service there. read more

Yikes! Rags on the floor, popped balloons, dirty tables, and no napkins! That's just the start... The staff greeted me pleasantly, but that was the end of pleasantries. The gentleman who assisted me was taking to another staff member while I ordered, while making my dessert, and before he rang me up .... All about separate issues ... "Do you need to count your drawer, blah blah blah, complaining about something while making my dessert. The whole thing made me uncomfortable and the place was unkempt. Instead of employees standing around chatting, and staring at their phones, maybe they could ... Gee, I don't know, work?!?! And clean up the customer area?! And dude, your a cute kid, but seriously, pull up your pants and clean up your speech. This isn't south side Chicago! read more

What can I say.. It's your typical DD with the normal selection of stuff and all seems fine and taste fine... However, the service here is extra bad.. Always understaffed! One walk in cashier and one drive thru cashier. The walk in line was 2 deep when the lady at the cashier asked for a couple dozen donuts.. 4 other people walked in. The poor woman working the cash register asked what seemed to be the owner or manager who was a very unhappy Indian woman. Who ignored the cashiers first 5 requests for help.. All while she was too busy poring coffee from one carafe to another. Today The Indian woman was the walk In cashier.. Not surprised if the employee quit based on the kind of treatment I experienced while in there last week for a mere 10 min. A word of advice to ownership or management. Lose the arrogance with your employees and hire a few more to keep your customers happy so you lose them to Starbucks, Morkeys, McDonald's or any of the other 25 places to get coffee within 1/4 mike of you... read more

Went there at 7pm and they said they had no donuts. How does a Dunkin donuts run out of donuts?? I will never return back to this location.

I work in Huntley and I like my Dunkin Donuts for the occasional coffee and breakfast sandwich. I have been to this location many times and have had issues with simple mistakes over and over.
