My daughter went to pick her mobile order through drive through, was being very polite said thank you, didn't even get the chance to drive away and this rude ginger girl working the window mocked my daughter and said thank you. A typical Starbucks, baristas are great. Hate when they turn off mobile ordering if it gets busy though.

So I am upping the stars for this store. Their prohibition against legal CCW owners is now gone; that is a big deal for me. The only negative is this store seems a bit cramped in size. It is long but it seems narrow. Some of this could be perception as well this store is busy. They have a great location by a lot of shopping areas so my likelihood of coming here more often is greatly increased. read more

Normally I give Starbucks higher star ratings. Not this location. They have the dirtiest restrooms I've ever seen in a Starbucks. Dirty floors, stains on the faucet, paper towels instead of hand dryer. The, as we walked outside to the parking lot a man was sitting on a padded bench smoking a e-cig! Right by the door! Whenever I go here, the employees are always nice but for this time, this one lady was very rude and having a sarcastic tone and acting like I don't know how to pay for my own drink. I pull out my phone for the stars and she gives me an attitude and says "I can't even see your screen and what you're doing." I let it slide and then she is telling me to answer questions on the screen and when im trying to see the screen, she keeps repeating "the screen, answer the question on the screen" , and then tries to act like she knows better than me. Then proceeds to give me the wrong drink. She needs to watch who she is talking to because people are minding their business and she is just acting rude. This location has easy access from Randall road and a stop light that allows you to exit back onto Randall road after visiting. The parking lot is one way which makes for an easy stop. Inside they have plenty of seating and not too many professional screen play writers taking up tables. read more

I don't try to frequent Starbucks often because of the high prices, but decided to today for a treat. I preordered and went in to pick up my order. The store was void of customers but there were people in the drive thru and the barristers were making drinks. I stood by the counter and wasn't even acknowledged. Waited. Waited. I finally said that I had a mobile order and the girl asked my name (there was only one mobile order prepared). And handed it to me without another word. So, service lacked that "hey you're paying $5+ for coffee, we're going to go the extra mile for you!" Feel. What was also lacking was about an inch worth of coffee in my cup. I wouldn't normally think to review a Starbucks, but this one stands out because I've never had a bad experience here. The baristas have always been friendly and helpful, and what is particularly nice about this location is the inside. I don't often have the time to sit and hang out in a Starbucks, but on the rare occasion that I do, this is where I would want to do just that. Very nice inside, and beyond just the standard Starbucks interior. They even have old photographs from the Algonquin area, so it starts to feel more like a local coffee shop, and not a chain. Really nice place, and conveniently located near my house and on the way to work. Randall Rd can be a little hectic at times, but this location is pretty easy to get to. Typical Starbucks. Convenient location to Randall and Bunkerhill Drive. Its right in front of the popular Target store. More seating than most Starbucks with a huge table in front of store. Its a great place to hang out n surf with the iPad. read more

When people ask me what there is to do in my hometown for fun, I tell them to go to this Starbucks because there is a guy named Zack there and the drinks he makes will absolutely make your day. The conversation your bound to have with him will make your week. The location has perfect for seating for business and private talks. Overall a higher end Starbucks. Also, The artwork is kinda cool since its actually old pictures of Algonquin Il, back when it was only a two horse town. (Last time I checked) The problem with those pictures is that it feels like we are only a two horse town. Horrible horrible staff!!!!! I came into this location because the drive thu line had atleast 10 cars. Little did know it was going to be a big mistake. Ordering the drink was normal (ice Carmel latte). I guess starbucks is doing 1/2 off frapps for a timeframe ( I was I unaware ) This is still not an excuse for my horrible service. I waited for 25 minutes to get my drink! 25!!!!!!!! 10 people behind me got their "frapps" all before I did. I asked about my drink three times with a man named Mic. When I first asked, He first said my drink was in the line up. The second time I asked he said it was going to be up in a few minutes.... more and more frapps came out. While I was waiting, he wasn't even calling everyone's drinks out there was a total of 5-8 people waiting at a time and he would just place the drinks out for people to come up and read if it was theirs. I even called out a few drinks for them. It took for three times for me to ask to get my drink. They had 2 people working the window, two making frapps, one one the regular bar (mic) and 1 at the counter inside. 6 people working and it took me all that for a damn drink. This staff was rude, didn't do their job well and needs new training. Not a fan of this Starbucks. I was a loyal customer until I transfered out here for work. It's sad because it's in such a convenient location, but their drinks are not consistent, and lack the esspresso that I'm paying for.
