So I am upping the stars for this store. Their prohibition against legal CCW owners is now gone; that is a big deal for me. The only negative is this store seems a bit cramped in size. It is long but it seems narrow. Some of this could be perception as well this store is busy. They have a great location by a lot of shopping areas so my likelihood of coming here more often is greatly increased. read more

I usually visit "my" Starbucks ,(790 Randall Rd. Algonquin, IL),for drinks 2X/week. The place is clean & the smell of coffee is wonderful. I usually talk to Alex. She helps me with my order. My wife loves when I visit here because I get her a Venti Caramel Mocha Frappicino . (My favorite is the Pumpkin Spice Latte but that won't return until September). read more

Don't even deserve a 1 star they should be getting 0. My daughter went to pick her mobile order through drive through, was being very polite said thank you, didn't even get the chance to drive away and this rude ginger girl working the window mocked my daughter and said thank you. If you going to have employees working drive thru make sure they have a sense of decency. Train your staff better!! read more

Friendly staff, speedy, awesome delicious coffee, well most definitely come back. Very clean inside

The lady at the drive thru was very mean when I took quarters to pay.. WHICH SHOULDNT BE A ISSUE btw. She gave us nasty looks and slammed the window in our face and all the coworker were laughing behind the counter. We tried apologizing but she completely ignored us. read more

Nice and friendly staff. The Starbucks was clean which is good thing to use the restroom. read more

Starbucks - Chocolate coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Algonquin, Illinois

A typical Starbucks, baristas are great. Hate when they turn off mobile ordering if it gets busy though.

Normally I give Starbucks higher star ratings. Not this location. They have the dirtiest restrooms I've ever seen in a Starbucks. Dirty floors, stains on the faucet, paper towels instead of hand dryer. The, as we walked outside to the parking lot a man was sitting on a padded bench smoking a e-cig! Right by the door! The baristas were friendly, efficient and kept the lines (drive thru and inside) moving at a nice pace. The tables were clean and the condiment station was clean and well stocked. read more

Whenever I go here, the employees are always nice but for this time, this one lady was very rude and having a sarcastic tone and acting like I don't know how to pay for my own drink. I pull out my phone for the stars and she gives me an attitude and says "I can't even see your screen and what you're doing." I let it slide and then she is telling me to answer questions on the screen and when im trying to see the screen, she keeps repeating "the screen, answer the question on the screen" , and then tries to act like she knows better than me. Then proceeds to give me the wrong drink. She needs to watch who she is talking to because people are minding their business and she is just acting rude. Other than that, everyone else was very nice and helpful. But this lady, no, she wasn't acting professional. read more

Soooooo slow at the drive thru. Gives me plenty of time to write a review about how slowwwww their service is. Why do I keep coming to this location? I should go to the Starbucks by Noodles & Company. read more

This location has easy access from Randall road and a stop light that allows you to exit back onto Randall road after visiting. The parking lot is one way which makes for an easy stop. Inside they have plenty of seating and not too many professional screen play writers taking up tables. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Algonquin, Illinois

I don't try to frequent Starbucks often because of the high prices, but decided to today for a treat. I preordered and went in to pick up my order. The store was void of customers but there were people in the drive thru and the barristers were making drinks. I stood by the counter and wasn't even acknowledged. Waited. Waited. I finally said that I had a mobile order and the girl asked my name (there was only one mobile order prepared). And handed it to me without another word. So, service lacked that "hey you're paying $5+ for coffee, we're going to go the extra mile for you!" Feel. What was also lacking was about an inch worth of coffee in my cup. Just ridiculous and for sure not worth it. I get better service and a full product at McDonalds. read more

Starbucks - Not one sip and already at least an inch below the rim :( - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Algonquin, Illinois

Starbucks - Dirty place . Unclean very unsanitary - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Algonquin, Illinois

I wouldn't normally think to review a Starbucks, but this one stands out because I've never had a bad experience here. The baristas have always been friendly and helpful, and what is particularly nice about this location is the inside. I don't often have the time to sit and hang out in a Starbucks, but on the rare occasion that I do, this is where I would want to do just that. Very nice inside, and beyond just the standard Starbucks interior. They even have old photographs from the Algonquin area, so it starts to feel more like a local coffee shop, and not a chain. Really nice place, and conveniently located near my house and on the way to work. Randall Rd can be a little hectic at times, but this location is pretty easy to get to. Definitely check it out. read more

Definitely the best Starbucks in the area. My drinks are always consistently good, no matter who makes my drink or what hour I visit. I know that I will get a good drink from this location. Other locations in the area are a hit or miss. read more

I went to this Starbucks today as a treat for a very long and tiring work week. I got a venti iced PSL with almond milk and it was delicious. Jon took my order and was the cashier in the drive thru and was so nice! He made conversation while my drink was being made and it honestly made my day. As someone who also works in the food industry, I aspire to be like Jon. read more

Typical Starbucks. Convenient location to Randall and Bunkerhill Drive. Its right in front of the popular Target store. More seating than most Starbucks with a huge table in front of store. Its a great place to hang out n surf with the iPad. read more

I go pretty much to any Starbucks in the area but I frequent this one at least once but usually two times a week since it's right behind my house.... I've never really had any negative interactions at any Starbucks but this location has by far the greatest staff! Always prompt and courteous despite being so busy sometimes. read more

When people ask me what there is to do in my hometown for fun, I tell them to go to this Starbucks because there is a guy named Zack there and the drinks he makes will absolutely make your day. The conversation your bound to have with him will make your week. The location has perfect for seating for business and private talks. Overall a higher end Starbucks. Also, The artwork is kinda cool since its actually old pictures of Algonquin Il, back when it was only a two horse town. (Last time I checked) The problem with those pictures is that it feels like we are only a two horse town. So I Dont know just Photoshop a picture of Katy Perry coming in here once, it will make us feel cool. read more

They got my drink wrong. I can back through the drive-thru and not a peep. I sat there like a dog waiting. No hello no sorry, no acknowledgement whatsoever. Then, because this type of customer service really gets on my nerves, I said something to the supervisor. She had an equally rude attitude. This is the blonde girl with tattoos. And the petite brunette. Both very rude. And my drink was wrong AGAIN but I just gave up and left. read more

Horrible horrible staff!!!!! I came into this location because the drive thu line had atleast 10 cars. Little did know it was going to be a big mistake. Ordering the drink was normal (ice Carmel latte). I guess starbucks is doing 1/2 off frapps for a timeframe ( I was I unaware ) This is still not an excuse for my horrible service. I waited for 25 minutes to get my drink! 25!!!!!!!! 10 people behind me got their "frapps" all before I did. I asked about my drink three times with a man named Mic. When I first asked, He first said my drink was in the line up. The second time I asked he said it was going to be up in a few minutes.... more and more frapps came out. While I was waiting, he wasn't even calling everyone's drinks out there was a total of 5-8 people waiting at a time and he would just place the drinks out for people to come up and read if it was theirs. I even called out a few drinks for them. It took for three times for me to ask to get my drink. They had 2 people working the window, two making frapps, one one the regular bar (mic) and 1 at the counter inside. 6 people working and it took me all that for a damn drink. This staff was rude, didn't do their job well and needs new training. I have worked in a coffee shop for 1 year, I know how to make frapps, have a like out the door so I understand a drink can get lost but I shouldn't have to ask 3 times. read more

Waited at the window for 10 minutes for my ice green tea. Then because my green tea wasn't made. They girl at the window kept giving me dirty looks because I was holding up the line. Like this is my fault? I had a simple drink!!! She then asked me if I wanted a different tea? Like are you serious!?! How rude then she didn't even once say sorry for the wait. I will never ever come back to this Starbucks again and will be calling the manager! read more

Shannon took our order and she was super friendly! She repeated the order to make sure it was correct. My 9 year old daughter thought she sounded super nice and wanted me to tell her, and the world needs more people like her. Benjamin was super nice and cool as well! read more

Not a fan of this Starbucks. I was a loyal customer until I transfered out here for work. It's sad because it's in such a convenient location, but their drinks are not consistent, and lack the esspresso that I'm paying for. The drive thru workers are super nice, inside staff severely lack customer service skills. I'd rather go into Target, at least they smile and make their drinks correctly. read more

Great location! Very friendly service, I enjoying stopping in to get a great cup of coffee.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area! They are always so nice no matter what time of day I come! Quick efficient and friendly!
