Ordering ahead doesn't make any sense if there isn't a separate line or place to pick up the order. I was in a car line of 10-15 cars and placing the order before I arrived didn't change that. I waited just as long as if I ordered in person. Either a park and pickup or a separate line for those that order ahead is needed to make this work. It's a flaw in the system. I emailed 7Brew immediately explaining what happened. They told me that I should try it right away next time and have it remade if it is wrong. That was the only solution they gave me. I asked for a refund, even a credit on the account on the app would have appeased me. Instead, they put the blame on me for not trying a hot drink the second I was handed it. Really disappointed in the corporate customer service. There are way too many other options than to give my business to a company that doesn't do the right thing.
