Stopped in here after a massage since it's right next door, and it was a perfect way to extend my relaxation. I have Celiac, so ordering specialty drinks can usually be a bit stressful. I had researched beforehand to see if the Banana Bread Matcha was gluten-free, and everything pointed to yes, but I wanted to be sure. The barista who helped me was incredible. When I asked, she confirmed the base was safe but immediately noted she needed to check the toppings. She found that the toppings contained "natural flavors"--which can sometimes be a hidden source of gluten--and flagged it for me. I asked her to just leave the toppings off, and she immediately asked if I had Celiac to ensure they took extra care. I deeply appreciated her knowledge, thoroughness, and serious approach to cross-contamination! Plus, the drink itself was fantastic. My husband got the Horchata Frappuccino with almond milk and loved it. As an awesome little bonus, they even had a Miffy plush available! I always come to Starbucks to relax after work or the gym. But the other day I got yelled at by a messy bun long haired man who works there. In all of my life going to Starbucks, I have never been yelled at, especially in front of the entire store. All because I put the dine in cups in the wrong place. Which the employee could've easily let me know in a kinder way without the disrespect. So unless you want to get yelled at by your mother in front of everyone, do NOT spend your money here. And go to a different Starbucks location. The chairs and music are really loud too. read more

I stopped in on a Monday morning at 7 for 2 boxes of coffee. I was informed each box takes 10 minutes, which surprised me, since I thought they could just pour the coffee they had into the box. The worker explained to me how they brew it for the box, and I chose to wait. Surprisingly, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The guy who took my order was super friendly and just trying to be a good worker. It's really nice seeing someone try more than the bare minimum! The food is also good. I got a chocolate croissant and it was actually warm and fresh. Every other Starbucks I go to either is out or let it sit for 5 hours... And the place is super clean and exactly what you want in a coffee shop. Overall very good Starbucks location. read more

I went to this Starbucks while on a road trip. It was 82 degrees outside. We ordered drinks and food. But when we asked them to fill our water bottles they said they had to wait for their manager. Also there was no garbage can outside the restaurant. It would be great to have a way for people to fill up water bottles instead of using more plastic. It would be great to have a trash can outside. I love new and shiny places! This location is sparkly clean and beautifully decorated. The staff looked happy to be there. Everyone was super friendly and efficient while making pleasant small talk. My drink is a handful (grande non-fat vanilla latte w/ an extra shot, extra hot, no foam, light whip), and they made it perfectly. Both indoor and outdoor seating options are available and plenty. The restroom was super clean. The store was well stocked. Ample parking near by and this location also has a drive through which seemed to be moving quickly. read more

I came to get a casual drink with a friend. Drinks came out okay but the real problem began when we sat the table and we get bombarded by flies. There are a total of 4 flies inside the Starbucks and employees seem to not care. I can only imagine they're getting into people drinks and customers personal spaces. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Came here at 8:50 PM ordered a Latte and left. After driving 10 mins down the road I take a sip and I can only taste milk. The baristas forgot to put any sort of coffee or expresso in my drink. Even though it was inconvenient I understand mistakes happen so it's all good. I start driving back and I get to the drive thru at 9:12PM. The store closes at 9PM. I spoke to the girl working there. She was extremely nice and she started fixing my drink. Paul comes to the window and says what happened. I told him what happened. Paul was extremely rude and ignorant and says "we will fix it for you but don't let it happen again. We are not going to fix it again if we are closed" I told him the only reason I'm here is because you gave me a hot cup of milk. He then says nothing and leaves the window. Hey Paul. We all have bad days but this isn't the southside of Chicago. You don't talk to your customers like that. Especially if you make a mistake. Apologize and move forward. You are not doing me a favor, I paid you money for my drink. Your customer service is absolutely pathetic. Making faces and storming away is what kids do not adults. Also before you say that you never said that I just want you to know my Mercedes recorded you on audio and video which I will be sending to Starbucks corporate. read more

I went here this morning. They messed up my drink after repeating it back to me. It wasn't complicated at all. I asked for a mocha and received a latte with a bunch of Splenda thrown in there. It ruined the taste of my drink. This was at 7 AM on Tuesday March 26. Don't go there and let the staff ruin your drink and take your hard earned $5. There are plenty of coffee shops that can give you exactly what you order and sadly this one is not one of them. If this review remains the way it stands please assume that management is also incapable of their job as they cannot reach out to their customers and fix their mistakes. read more

I am a Starbucks addict. I pretty much have Starbucks at least 4 times a week. My go to drinks are a Cool Lime Refresher sub water for lemonade and sub lime wheels for a scoop of strawberries or the honey citrus mint tea when I'm looking for something warm...Soooo good! This Starbucks is my favorite of the ones close by. I always order through the drive-thru, since I'm usually running late, and I'm sometimes one of those complicated orders type people yet there's never a problem no matter how complicated. They're super friendly, are generous with the compliments (which are nice when you need a mid day pick me up) and my order usually comes quickly even if there's a long line in the drive-thru. My boss also takes his veteran grandfather here once a week and they always make him smile with their kind words and little treats! read more

:( Just got verbally dragged by the young man working the window orders. He proceeded to tell me that I was stuttering- and ordering too many drinks, I was only ordering one, and when I finally got my drink order on the screen, he said "oh that's finally better". So I told him to skip my drink and I went inside to show him I was an actual person. And he got nervous and told me that the drink was on him- and I told him I would pay for my drink 2 times over just so he doesn't do this anyone again. Great Starbucks surrounded by several shopping plazas with dozens of stores. This is the perfect place to refuel between a meal and/or shopping. It's modern inside with a good amount of seating, and there's also a drive-thru if you're short on time (or, let's be real....it's -20 and you can't be bothered to crawl out of your toasty car). read more

Love me some Starbucks! I'm as loyal as they come! I come to this location at least once a day if not twice. This location is one of the best & my favorite! The staff here is always nice & friendly whether you go inside or through the drive-thru. The store is kept clean and is well maintained. My drinks are always made correctly for the most part. If the staff accidentally gets my order wrong or make the wrong drink, they are good about replacing it with a new one. read more

I understand the supply shortage. When we are paying upwards of $6 a drink, there should be other options to substitute with. The people working here are always rude and don't take time to get to know their regular customers. I used to come here all the time almost daily but today was the final straw. I love Starbucks but this location has terribly slow service a lot of times and it seems like they focus more on the Drive thru customers than they do the customers actually in line inside. Only reason I come here so often is because it's like 4 mins from work. Consistently frustrated with the customer service here. Usually pretty good but today there was a blonde lady working who messed up my order not once.. but twice... usually when Starbucks messes up my order they are very nice and apologetic... this girl seemed PISSED and when the manager or someone asked if I told her iced, WHICH I DID TWICE AND CORRECTED her when she messed up on the screen she decided to lie and say I didn't say iced?!? They remade my LARGE drink I ordered into a small ice latte... which I ordered AND PAID for a large. At this point I'm pissed and annoyed and not going to wait for them to remake it a 3rd time with a shitty attitude. I go here all the time with my friends. The two guys there around the time it closes are amazing ! They are so sweet and one of them always likes to sing while giving out the drinks, I love it ! The only Starbucks I really love going to because they are always so sweet. read more

I go to this location every morning and sometimes, the ladies there remember me and greet me, but today it was the exact opposite. I always mobile order since I have to go to work and today I ordered a sandwich and bantam bagels with my drink. Only my drink was there, and it seemed like the staff was backed up or just disorganized. I never got my food nor was even acknowledged so thank you for making me late for work, and wasting $9.00 for products that didn't even look like was heading my way. I guess I have to leave an hour earlier for work just so I can sit at pick up counter for 45 minutes waiting on something that should take less than two minutes to do. read more
