Excellent, friendly service and a very clean establishment. I would definitely go back. I don't normally like cardamom in my drink but I ordered the sanani coffee and it was outstanding. Perfect balance and not too sweet. We also ordered a beef patty which was just OK. But the spinach cheese roll was worth it. I really enjoyed this place and highly recommend it.

Love the latte! Thought this Finjan latte would taste gingery since it has ginger, cardamom, honey and cinnamon but no it is perfect taste. The place is so pretty. The service is good. The cashier helps you choose the drink you want. It is very relaxing and fun to hangout with friends. The pastries taste good especially the spicy ones. Will surely be included in the resto to go to.

Really great interior and we loved all the beverages we got. They have a nice assortment of coffee and teas. I was really surprised that their cheesecakes were eggless. It was really yummy!

Sayfani is a new Middle Eastern coffee house in Schaumburg. I've been there a few times and it's always busy! It's a large set up with plenty of table to sit. I love the diversity of the crowd, too! You have young folks and families, elderly couples, and singles doing work. It's great to see everyone come in and enjoy the pastries, food, and drinks. The decor is beautiful! You look like you're in a beautifully decorated Arab villa with updated decor. It's airy and trendy. The pastries were beautifully laid out and it was hard to resist. You can also purchase light food items for lunch or dinner. I enjoyed refreshers, and most recently, the Strawberry Matcha. I loved the flavors and how refreshing it was. The service was great and even though they were busy, they managed to get my drink out quickly! It's really a great place to check out.

We made our way out to Schaumburg to go shopping at IKEA, but this was our first stop. We got the Golden dagger latte (honey-caramel-vanilla) & Sayfani latte (honey-cardamom-cinnamon) ($7 each). They were absolutely delicious. They had some savory food options, but none were vegetarian. We ordered a few options from the pastry case. We ordered the Dubai Pistachio Cheesecake ($11.99) but were given the Dubai Chocolate Cake by mistake, so we had to go back up to swap this out. I ended up not liking the cheesecake texture at all, and I wonder if it had gelatin in it. We got the Chocolate Tres Leches ($9.99), which was fine but a bit pricey. Finally, we got the Strawberry Fruit Mousse ($10.99) - again fine but pricey. I would get coffee here again, but I would pass on the food. Overpriced, and I wasn't a huge fan. We had to find somewhere else to go afterwards to get something savory before shopping. The interior is incredibly spacious but most of the tables were marked as reserved.

San Sebastian Pistachio Cheesecake and Strawberry Matcha

After having dinner with my friend at Lao Hu Tong, we wanted to end our night with dessert. Sayfani happened to be very close, so we decided to check it out. The place looked very familiar, and I realized I had seen it on social media before. The interior was spacious and absolutely stunning. I immediately fell in love with the aesthetic and overall vibes of the place. We ordered the iced strawberry matcha ($8) and the San Sebastian Pistachio Cheesecake ($11.99). The items came out fairly quickly. The desserts weren't bad, but they weren't particularly mind-blowing either. The strawberry portion of the matcha reminded me of Nesquik strawberry powder I used to drink as a kid. It didn't have that fresh strawberry puree taste I was hoping for. I was also expecting a stronger matcha flavor. It tasted more like strawberry milk to me. Again, not bad, but definitely not my favorite. The cheesecake was interesting as well. It looked like a Basque cheesecake, but the texture was thick and gooey rather than light and creamy. It was also a very bright green, which caught me off guard. I also felt that it was a bit pricey for dessert, especially for the slice of San Sebastian Pistachio Cheesecake we ordered. I noticed that many tables had a pot of tea, and I've heard from friends who've been to Sayfani that their lattes are good. I'll definitely need to go back and try some of their other items.

This was my first experience with Yemeni coffee and I am absolutely smitten. The latte was absolutely delicious, so smooth and the flavor was balanced perfectly with milk. The chicken bread roll was tasty, if a bit dry, but it could have been because we went there a little later in the afternoon. The service was quick and efficient, and the folks working there were very kind in answering our questions as we'd never been to a Yemeni coffee shop before and wanted to ask about different flavors. My partner and I had been hoping for a new spot to try where we could order some coffee and a snack, and spend a couple of hours playing some small tabletop games. Sayfani delivered, with plenty of seating in comfortable chairs, which is generally my biggest gripe of any coffee shop - so often they opt for hard chairs that my back just can't handle for more than a half hour or so. These chairs were very comfortable and we spent an enjoyable two hours or so with our coffee, snacks, and games. The esthetic is very bright, clean, and generally welcoming. I will say I wish I had brought my Loop earplugs to help dampen some of the music and noise. Initially when we got there the place was basically empty (as seen in the photo), but as it filled up, there is not a lot in the decoration that would absorb sound so it does get fairly loud. Had I brought the earplugs I think it would have been more comfortable. That said, this place isn't too far from me and I plan to return! Earplugs in hand, ready for delicious coffee. :)

Amazing ambience and choice of tea and snacks. I love their Adeni chai and pistachio milk cake. Just yummm. The service is great too, smiling faces and patient folks! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to sit down for tea and snacks

Bright open ambience. Volume level wasn't bad so you can have a conversation with people. Decent amount of seating as its fairly large for a cafe. Delicious sweet and savory options available. There are things like samosas, shawarma wraps available too. Pastries can cost as much as $10 for one item, teas run about $6.50 but you can share it with 2 other people since the carafe is a decent size. Overall great spot to check out. I'll be back to try more items.

We love coming here to meet and catch up with friends. The drinks are good. We love their teas and desserts. You really can't go wrong with anything you order from here. The pastries are good not overly sweet.

Blackberry fruit dessert

For my 2nd time here I had one of those fruit desserts. I picked the blackberry one. When I broke into the chocolate encasing, I dug into a gelatin-like filling make with chantilly cream, almost like pots de creme. It's delicious, the sweetness is mild and not overdone. The tangerine ginger tea is also comforting.

Sayfani is such a beautiful place. So cute! Customer service was not the best. The lady running the counter was kinda rude. The pastries were delicious!! The matcha was very watered down, not something I'd recommend.

We had a mixed experience at Sweet Reserve, but positive overall. If Yelp allowed half stars, they…read morewould be a solid 3.5. We ordered a cappuccino, almond croissant, and cherry danish from a very helpful staff member. The pastries were pretty good, albeit on the heavy side. My danish was packed with cherries but didn't have much of the cream cheese I was hoping would cut the sweetness a bit. The cappuccino was the highlight, smooth and not overly bitter. We were there mid-morning on a Saturday, and two people were working. Our pastries came out pretty quickly, but it took a very long time for my cappuccino due to a large to-go order they were handling. It's understandable, and we weren't in a hurry anyway. I've only been here once and so I don't know if that's typical, but something to be aware of in case you're on a tight timeline. The ambiance was nice, and it would be a pleasant place to hang out and work.

Loving the emergence of cafes and bakeries. They can be a somewhat peaceful escape from every day…read moredrama. I feel like I didn't experience this place enough. What I can say from my short visit is that Sweet Reserve feels very breathable. I like how bright and clean this little place is. I watched brews being made and you can see they have passion. Aside from good coffee and tea, they serve real chai, not the "chai tea" that the masses have been fed. I heard they have cake jars. Those are my favorite kind if jars. We came here post dinner, so Turkish breads, chicken tikka twisted bread, scones and danishes, I'll get you next time.

A dessert lover's dream!…read more We originally set out to find an ice cream shop and somehow stumbled upon Melt N Dip through the Yelp app... and honestly, I think we found something even better! There were SO many options on the menu that choosing just two items was a struggle because everything sounded delicious. We finally settled on the Brownies Crepe and Strawberry Dubai Cup, and OMG... both were absolutely amazing! Everything was rich, chocolatey, creamy, and downright indulgent. We were in dessert heaven! If you have a serious sweet tooth, this place deserves a spot on your list. Just know these desserts are RICH, so come ready to treat yourself! The place was pretty crowded on a Saturday night, which definitely gave us the impression that we'd found a popular dessert spot. Despite the crowd, the wait was surprisingly short. One little detail I appreciated? They have carafes of refreshing water available, which is honestly clutch when you're working your way through desserts this decadent. I'm so glad we found this spot! There were way too many tempting options to try in one visit, so I'll definitely be coming back on my next trip to Schaumburg. Next time, I'm going to need to explore more of that menu.

We wanted to try somewhere different, so thanks to Google, we came across this establishment. Based…read moreon the name, I originally thought it was a fondue place, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer a wide selection of desserts, including crepes, waffles, and gelato. Without wasting any time, I ordered the Apple Cinnamon Crepe Pouch, while my wife went with the Melt N Dip Waffle. I was impressed when my crepe arrived because it really did look like a pouch! A toothpick was used to hold the crepe together and create the pouch shape. It was completely covered in a smooth chocolate sauce, with another type of chocolate drizzled over the top. The presentation was really nice, and the chocolate was incredibly rich and delicious . For me, though, it was a little too much, and I couldn't finish the entire dessert. My wife's waffle was more basic in comparison to mine, so I preferred the crepe. I think anyone who really appreciates chocolate and rich, indulgent desserts would enjoy this place. We'll definitely be coming back to try their gelato. They have so many flavors to choose from, and there are quite a few I'm interested in trying.
