Chai Biscuit Cafe is a nice place to relax, unwind and enjoy a great pot of chai, boba, coffee with biscuits, delectable cakes, samosas, chicken puffs, fries and many other nice drinks! We ordered the pot of Adeni chai and beef samosas. The chai came out piping hot and was made fresh. It was perfectly made with cardamom and the cups were a perfect size to just sit and enjoy. The samosas were delicious. The good thing is they are baked not fried and they are not a bit oily. They are generously filled and seasoned perfectly! They have a variety of seating areas depending on your group be it big, small, intimate. comfort or work with booths, chairs, tables, and lounge areas. They have relaxing music playing which provides a nice vibe. The service is friendly and very personable. We are making this are "go to" social tea spot! read more

Great chai and bobba place. You get Indian chai, Indian biscuits (Parle G, Osmania) Many Fruot teas with bobba toppings. There are many snack items, with regular new additions. You have to pay and pick at the counter. Service ia good. Ambiance is vibrant with nice music and well lit. read more

After a day of errands with my mom and sister, my husband and I grabbed some boba and snacks from this cute little cafe. They have a ton of drinks to choose form - so many that it makes it hard to choose. They also have a fair amount of snacks. My husband and I got an Ube tres leches cake (so delicious) and my sister got a Dubai chocolate (which compared to others we've had was lacking). Vibes 10/10 Food 8.5/10 Prices: 8/10 Mango fruit slushy was the perfect blend (pun intended) of ice, mango flavor and a light yogurt base that gave odes to a lassi, but with a fresher feel. Desi chai was not over powering, a tad on the sweet side but hit the spot. Good option in the area if you do not want adeni (although they do offer adeni as well, but we didn't try it). Bun Maska - light and fluffy. Perfectly complimented the desi chai. Bubble waffle with ice cream was a bit underwhelming. Consensus of the group was it was the least favorite item that we ordered. Waffle texture was on the weaker side, ice cream melted too fast leaving a milky soggy waffle bottom. Tiger Brown sugar milk tea was very sweet - would have liked a stronger caffeinated taste versus sweet and milky. Dubai Chocolate covered strawberry cup was a hit. The only thing I'd knock on it was the price. $14.99 per serving is a bit steep, but understanding that the posts filling is imported makes it make a bit more sense. I would've preferred it to be $10.99-12.99 ; would not think twice to order at that price point. Overall a good spot - open environment, kid friendly, open late which is a great plus. One downside non-food related was no baby changing tables in either bathroom. Would I come back - if I'm in the area, yes. The chai and fruit slushie in a bright roomy environment alone were worth it. read more

Came in later around 12 to unwelcoming and dismissive staff. As I tried to ask a question she didn't even respond to me. I ordered unknowingly what I was getting. As I tried it did not taste right. I went up there and kindly apologized but asked to order again. Once again she was very dismissive. After ordering the same thing my friend got I went back and realized they were two different colors. So I brought back of the drinks up to her and she practically ignored me. The guy there had apologized and truly was a good help. He did mention she was new, so I can understand the mistake. But my overall experience and customer service was disappointing to say the least. read more

I was surprised this was empty on a Friday night. I think the drinks can have more sugar. Server told us that the desi chai has sugar and adenini does not. The desi chai needed like 3 packets. My wife just informed me that Starbucks on Higgins and Golf Rd. is drive-thru only with no seating, so I needed a new place to have my caffeine fix while sitting down and enjoying free Wi-Fi.  Luckily for me, Chai Biscuit Cafe just opened (previously Hot and Cold Milk Tea). The interior here is beautiful and a fantastic addition to the outdated strip mall. I love the blend of mid-century modern furniture combined with brass and black accents. It's the style I wanted for our home, but my wife didn't agree, so our interior is mismatched. I ordered the iced chai--not iced chai tea because that would be redundant--and it was delicious.  From drinks to pastries and even samosas, this place is a wonderful addition to the area and will be my new go-to for a sit-down cafe when I am in the area. read more

Solid boba milk tea and mango slush! Only thing I wish for is that the sweetness of the milk tea could be adjusted - I'm not used to it being so sweet. The place is well-lit and spacious and has free WiFi. read more

Beautiful and cute new space, had a lovely time. The cashier was so kind and answered all my questions about the menu. It's nice to have a cafe that closes a bit later, great place to wind down for a treat. Will be coming back here again for sure. read more

This is a really nice cafe for hanging out with friends or grabbing a quick snack. The staff were kind and polite on our late Friday night visit. We stayed late and they never rushed us. So far we have tried the adeni chai, desi chai, bubble tea, and pastries. Everything we had tasted really good! The chais were good but needed more sugar but that maybe just me. Chais are on the lighter side on taste, not too strong. I would say their desi chai is better than adeni chai. Would definitely be coming back for more! read more

Not sure why this place has low ratings, they're amazing!!! I got the milk tea and had low expectations, but the milk tea was delicious! The cafe is gorgeous and clean inside!! Chai is pretty good. Samosa are not worth paying. The beef samosas were so thin and hardly any meat in them. Pastries are good. If you want just tea good place but won't recommend samosas. read more

The aesthetics are there but the substance is lacking. I'm not sure what the new craze with Irani Tea is, as I don't care for it, however, I respect everyone's desire to drink it. Having said that, I am confused as to why the menu reads desi chai and when you order said desi chai you are told it is actually Irani! I'm not a fan, so I was getting ready to leave when the gentleman behind the counter suggested I try the Adeni chai which he stated was similar to masala chai but is actually middle eastern, Yemeni, to be exact. A totally confusing explanation but I ordered a cup with a brownie which is clearly stale. The cup of chai is ok but it is obvious the cup was overfilled as there are streaks of chai all over the outside of the beautiful cup it is served in. Defeats the purpose and kills the vibe I believe they are going for. Try this cafe if you like and hopefully your experience is better. Incidentally, I was the only person in here I can't imagine what it's like if they are busy! read more
