I have now stopped for latte and cappuccino at this location two times around 7:45 at night. Both times they have said they were cleaning the machines but said they were out of order. They had sold all donuts and had turned off the lights outside and inside at 7:45. 1st visit - they told me the cappuccino machine was broken. So I asked them. Is it broken or did you shut it down for the night because your ready to leave? They both laughed and said yeah. If I was the manager I would fire them. Who ever the girls are that work the night shift clearly don't want to be there. 2nd Visit - my wife went and they had all the lights off including the drive up monitor. The screen was dark and the lights inside were shut off. My wife had to drive up to the window and yell at them. They were like Oh the lights off sorry. This place is so poorly managed I am going to reach out to corporate. They should have the store taken from them. HORRIBLE!!! I will go again late and see if I can post some pics of all this. Not only are the donuts STALE AF, the customer service is ridiculous! There's only 2 ladies that are actually nice and care. One of them is older and makes the sandwiches and the other one has been there sense the place opened. The others forget it! These "kids" shouldn't be working at Dunkin, they should be attending a college to get a degree, and possibly to learn some manners. Worst Dunkin I have ever experienced! I keep going to this place out of sheer convenience but today i've finally drawn the line and i'm never going back. Why even own a Dunkin' donuts if you're going to be so gosh darn cheap and not brew coffee after 4pm?? Anytime I order coffee through the drive through after 4pm I have to wait 10 minutes for them to give me my coffee. Then upon my first sip I nearly spit it out in absolute disgust as it tastes like week old coffee brewed in toilet water. I can't even stomach it, it's that bad. I've made this mistake 5 times now and each time the same result. Get home, take my first sip, spit it out, and poor the rest down the sink. Pisses me off beyond belief. I've wasted $20 on this place with nothing to show. I hope they either go out of business or get new owners that actually don't want to pinch penny's. I know exactly why I have to wait so long. Since they have none in the pot ready to go they are either doing a piss poor job at a cold press or they are giving me instant coffee. I am HORRIBLY allergic to sugar. I went through the drive thru and ordered a sugar free iced coffee with sf vanilla syrup. They asked if I wanted extra sugar and I explained that no, I'm extremely allergic, so the store vanilla is fine. I just got to the bottom of my drink and the bottom of my cup is LOADED in sugar. This was NOT just syrup, someone added sugar. I am already shaking and feeling a panic attack coming, as well as all my other allergic reactions (skin itching, heart racing, mouth itching and more). We just went through the drive through and ordered 2 butter pecan iced coffee's. It was $4.47 for 2. They were small coffee drinks. We were asked if we want sugar and cream in our coffee. We thought If they were asking for cream and sugar it must not have that in it. We ended up getting our drinks back and were soooo sweet that we had to request new drinks. The red head young lady was very kind to us and took our drinks back. The young man took over with long hair about down to his chin. He made us pay for our drinks again. Will go out of my way to a different Dunkin, or Starbucks before I go back there. Staff us always rude and treat me as if they are doing me a favor by taking my order. And when they do process my order, on more than one occasion they got it wrong.. easy cream no sugar means exactly that. Instead I get extra cream, and it's too sweet. I've been going here since they opened. I usually go at least 4x a week. What's good? It's clean. That's it. They get my order wrong 90% of the time. It's really bad. The drinks are not made consistently, it depends on who is making drinks that day. My husband goes every morning and he says the same thing-coffee is always wrong. There is a young woman who usually works the window(dark hair, spacers in her ears) she is NEVER nice. I've never seen her smile or say "thanks" "you're welcome " or even have a good day!! She obviously hates her job. They are out of items by 9am on weekends. They I don't go anymore because I refuse to support such a poor excuse of a local business. I hear my neighbors and friends who still go and still complain about the same exact issues. If you find your self even thinking of going here- Please drive an extra mile down the road to the DD across from Wal-mart. They need to retrain ALL employees how to make coffee consistently and a crash course in common courtesy. I have been to this location several times in the past month, and I have yet to receive decent customer service. The typical young ladies working the registers need to learn about basic customer service - because it is quite obvious they hate their jobs. However, today was the breaking point. I was inside ordering my coffee and food. I asked the girl if a bacon, egg, cheese bagel could be ordered as a meal (sandwich, hash browns and coffee). She said yes. I completed my order, not really paying attention to the screen to confirm my order. I was given two bacon, egg, cheese croissandwiches and no hash browns. I told the manager that's not what I ordered, but since it was on the receipt that way, he wasn't really interested in making it again. Rather than giving me what I wanted and making it right immediately, he said he'd give me a discount on my next trip. I was angry and late, so I left. Well, the sandwich was so terrible, I had two bites and tossed it. Tossed the second one, too. The coffee was made right, so at least there was that....which means I paid nearly $8 for a medium coffee. Needless to say, I will not be back. Even the gas station serves better food, has good coffee and smiling, sincere employees, and the Mc Donald's down the street is consistently good with both food and customer service.
