I was in need of some caffeine and was glad to see this location pop up! They were efficient and my coffee order was perfect.

Very disappointed to learn on my last visit that Starbucks now has a policy that if you place an order online, you can't get in the drive up lane until your order is ready, or they will tell you to come inside to pick up your order, or have you leave the lane and comeback when its time for it to be ready. This makes no sense, and is problematic for me in that I'm handicapped so coming in the store isn't a great solution. Additionally, the only thing I buy at Starbucks is a Frappe for my wife, so if wait until her drink is ready to get in line, and they are very busy, it could easily take another 10 minutes to get to the pickup window, during which, my frappe is sitting on a counter melting. Plus this makes no sense. It takes just a long to make a drink regardless of how it was ordered, so what difference does it make if I order online or via the drive up? I guess I'm just lucky that 7Brew opened up right down the street, so now I don't need to return to Starbucks except to clear my balance on my Starbucks card. read more

Stopped by at Starbucks on my way to A friends place. I entered the place after almost 2 years and the place looked so different. The ambience was definitely more welcoming and the furniture classy. It also looked quite spacious. I am in general stingy with my stars, but this experience had me pondering between 3 and 3.5 stars. While the place is welcoming, I got a sense that the folks working here are just going through the daily chore. There wasn't a sense of excitement to see me enter. No no, I am not a narcissist, all I am saying is that I associate enthusiasm and broad smiles with folks that man the Starbucks stores, on this case that piece was missing and therefore jumped out at me. It could be because it was at around 6:30 in the evening and people might have been tired. Nevertheless! I will definitely go here again, because I know my experiences before this last trip have been awesome. read more

This is my go-to Starbucks. Friendly staff. Hours are short at this location and sometimes they run out of things but not often. My pup loves his whip cream they give here lol my order is always right and tastes good! I've done drive thru & online pick ip. Clean establishment. Love how all the baristas make you feel so welcome right when you walk through the door! Ashlee is always a super positive and bubbly (even early in the morning)! I love when she's working. As far as the drinks go, I would say this locations is always pretty consistent. I have had a few orders that were up to par but it totally happens. Their drive through always moves along fast. As far as price, any Starbucks you go to you know you're about to pay a premium for even you most basic cup of coffee. read more

Solid drinks but do not expect to get any work done inside this location. The staff is LOUD. Like, REALLY LOUD. So loud I can barely hear lectures through my headphones with the volume all the way up. Sat afternoon The coffee was as good as it usually is at a Starbucks chain restaurant. This was our third stop at this particular location and sadly it will be our last. The cacophony of the staff's choice in music combined with the loud echoing sounds of the blenders made conversation impossible and unbearable. But of more concern was the presence of flies in the unkept dining room which have been present for all three visits over the last 3 weeks. Thank you yet again for the disappointment. This week I've had to wait 5+ minutes for my mobile order that "didn't come through" but the charge hit right away, was given the wrong drink, and today not only is there little to no soy in my drink when I order an extra splash, my cup is leaking again. There is coffee just sitting in the cup holder of my loaner car, coffee on my newer shoes, and a trail of coffee leading from my car to my desk at work. I typically wouldn't be so upset, but at 3.50 a drink one shouldn't have to deal with all if these mishaps. If only I could give negative stars. read more

Back in early 2016 I met my manger here for a job interview and I got the job on the spot! At the time, I ordered a hot chocolate, as I'm not a coffee person, but now I've branch out to the iced tea drinks and the refreshers. I'm so happy that those drinks have coconut milk in them as I have a dairy intolerance, and that they'll switch out regular milk with this option. I stop here from time to time when I'm heading towards the expressway, but recently I've gone through the drive-thru due to the state of everything, but hopefully I'll get the chance to go inside soon. read more

AMAZING Starbucks. Efficient, charming, and friendly staff! Since my order is complicated, unsweetened green tea frappuccino with coconut milk and no whip cream, she repeated the order back to me to assure I would be a satisfied customer. When the two other beverages were ordered, she made a funny remark, "are these just going to be as is or would like to mix it up?" There were two cars ahead of us in the drive thru, but it look just seconds for us to pull up to the window. Quickly after we paid our drinks, were safely in our hands. When I first saw the drinks I thought they were beautifully handcrafted. Then we drank them and...DAMN. Perfect consistency and flavour. Not to mention the sizes we ordered were filled to their respectable heights. The staff member even wiped off the little dribble on the side of my drink so my hand would not get sticky. 10/10 would recommend a Starbucks lover to stop by this one! read more

I have been coming here almost every day Monday through Friday for the last 3 to 4 years. I live in Chicago and work in Huntley. And all I have to say is every day I am more and more and more impressed. The improvements that this location goes through to help the customers and the staff is unbelievable. I have never been greeted badly or anything. Everything will time I have been greeted i have been told to have a wonderful day and the employees are always smiling. Although the staff is very friendly - the drinks are never made as ordered. Including simple iced coffee - you'll never know what it's going to end up tasting like! Also the drive thru line here is always busy and minimum of 10-15 minutes to get through. I've waited as long as 23 minutes in this drive thru before! This place is one of the best places to chill and get things done. I'm surprised its overall rating is so low. My general opinion of this place is, the music be bumpin... for some reason it gets me so motivated to finish whatever I start there. The staff is incredible and oh so friendly. Literally the slowest Starbucks in America! Every time I go through the drive thru, I feel like I'm parked there forever. It takes at least 10 minutes to get my coffee. Even if there's only 4 cars in front of me! The service is great but the time to get a coffee is a little ridiculous. read more

Every time I go to this location I am driving off with the wrong coffee. But, unfortunately for myself this is the closest Starbucks I encounter on my way to work; and I needed to break a $20.00 before work. This morning I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha. I get to the window, and the woman tells me someone has paid for my drink. I ask if I can use the cost of mine onto the next order, she told me its $7 or &8 dollars and I say its fine to apply MY cost towards the car behind me. All doing this because I needed to break a $20.00 *( which really what made me go to Starbucks today) She gives me my change, and I ask if she could break the $10.00 she gave back to me Her answer being somewhere along the lines of her drawers already closed. Then as I pull off I realize with the change she gave back: She has me pay for the whole order behind me. I was shocked and very disappointed that my drink was barely $5.00 and I walked away paying $3.00 MORE for someone's else expensive drink. To top it off I got to work and told myself to not call and ask for my money back because whatever, $3.00. Well, I shouldn't be so surprised that I drive off with a Hot Chocolate. My White Mocha was switched with a Hot Chocolate Which means I now have paid $5.12 MORE more than the drink handed to me was even worth!!! (normally the Hot Chocolate is $2.88) So.. Lesson learned if I need change or coffee I'll pop into the 7-11 right there and make sure I'm leaving with the right drink. read more

I spend A LOT of time working at this Starbucks and have been a frequent flyers at a lot of Starbucks over the years but this one is beyond my favorite! The baristas here are some of the friendliest ones I've encountered -many of them becoming good friends of mine - and they always go out of their ways to make sure I am well taken care of. The District Manager should be very proud of this location! This store can get slammed at times and these baristas do a phenomenal job at recovering and catching up. Very happy customer! read more

Let me tell you story of people's kindness. Yesterday I was driving back from Wisconsin spa gateway with my friend. We stopped at Starbucks Rt 47 & Kreutzer at 12210 Princeton Dr, Huntley IL 60142. I guess I had a lot on my mind. I end up living my whole wristlets wallet at that Starbucks. I didn't realize it till next morning. I called that Starbucks location explaining what happened and asking about my wallet. They had it!!! I drove to Huntley to get my wallet. This Starbucks is always clean and looks nice. I've used both the drive-through and gone into the store and had good experiences with both. I like going inside because it is nice to sit down and relax in their seating. There is always seats available here to work or relax.
