If I order a surprise drink, they'll ask me how I liked it at the following visit. The crew is attentive and very helpful if you have any questions. They openly chat with drivers as they wait on drinks, I've listened to their good times, bad times, goals they want to accomplish and have shared mine. I was talking to some co workers and they mentioned this place. I looked up the closest one to me and it was Indiana. As a person who frequent Indiana to visit family I said no problem. So one day after hanging out with my dad me and my best friend decided to give it a try plus it was a nice warm day. I had looked up a few recipes I wanted to try and so did my best friend. When we pulled up with was a long line but we were focused on the task at hand I feel like it gave us time to figure out what we wanted. I ordered a cup of water, a flavored tea, and a flavored lemonade. My best friend ordered the sweet and salty. By time we got the drinks we were very thirsty. I finished my water before we made it out the parking lot same as my sister. I really enjoyed the flavored lemonade I got not so much the flavored tea. I just think that I didn't get the right combination for the tea. Overall 7 brew has become a staple for my Indiana trips. I enjoy going to try new flavored lemonade and teas. My new favorite place to grab flavored iced coffee with my husband. My daughters enjoy it too. I appreciate that they churn out consistency! I haven't had a poorly made drink yet. The line is very long but moves quickly. The store is clean but sometimes the music glares much too loudly. My number 1 drink to order is the iced sweet and salty with an extra shot and cold foam. My first time trying 7Brew! Was visiting my dad in Indiana heard many great things from him and friends, decided to give it a go! Pulled up and was able to immediately order. I appreciated how it's a drive through based establishment. It was fast and convenient as we were headed to Illinois! There are SO MANY FLAVORS! I felt a little overwhelmed, so I looked to Reddit to find out the best flavor combinations on the way there. I have been to this place twice. Pros- Extremely friendly staff. Very welcoming and helpful. Everyone has been very nice. The drinks are delicious and I did enjoy both the Black Mamba energy and Watermelon Fizz when I went. My fiancé enjoyed his Ocean Breeze energy. Cons- Some stuff is pretty expensive and has too much ice for amount you pay. Also I wish a menu was available to look at in the actual line when you're waiting 8 cars deep. Come prepared to wait because the lines are long. No matter what time of the day this place has a long drive thru line and that's the only option. The menu is vast with so many options available that you need to watch videos online to get an idea of what you may want to drink. Have not tried any of the food but I think they do serve some. The drinks are good once you figure out what you want and get through the line. This was my first time going here. I ordered the cinnamon roll Frappuccino with whipped cream and caramel. This drink was extremely sweet. My heart started to pound after drinking it. You will get a sugar high from it. I didn't really feel the effects of the coffee itself. The taste of the coffee within the drink was not the best. The ambience of the place was a cool concept. Seven brew does not have a menu so you just tell them what flavors you want in a cold or hot drink. The service was fast and friendly. The staff members had a smile on their face. I wouldn't be going back here just because there is no order. Everything is a surprise as far as the drink menu and how it is made. They do have featured drinks seasonally. My nephew wanted to try this place. It was crazy poppin! It's drive-thru only and the line was looonnnggg, so I thought that was a good sign. It wasn't. Sadly, I was underwhelmed. There was no espresso in either drink. They both tasted like pure almond milk over ice. The good thing was that we get to control the level of sweetness cause neither of us likes sweet drinks. The employees taking orders were all very nice. I just felt bad because they are all outside in the direct sun and breathing in exhaust fumes. Today was a little chilly, the summers here can be very hot and humid. They should at least provide umbrellas and chairs for the staff. I stopped by for the first time at 7 Brews. There are two lanes I was on the left lane, which was moving super slow. The young lady taking care of my lane was taking orders once you got to the front. The young man on the right lane was taking orders walking vehicle to vehicle till he reached the last vehicle taking their orders therefore their lane moved a lot faster. When I finally made it to the front, I ordered a pumpkin roll shake I was asked if I wanted small, medium or large, I chose the medium. When I received it, it looked nothing like the photo on the menu. It was missing the whipped cream topping. When I asked the young lady, where was the topping she said I needed to add that separately. You would think that if it's supposed to be added separately that they would ask if you want the topping on there. She did ask if I wanted to add it but at this point I waited long enough that I declined. This was my first visit there and probably will be my last. The shake was OK. I don't usually leave reviews, but this was ridiculous. I waited 45 minutes for TWO drinks at 7 Brew. That's longer than most restaurants take for full meals. For a place that markets itself as fast service, this was incredibly frustrating. No explanation, no apology, just a super long wait. Totally defeats the purpose of a "quick coffee run." This place is amazing! The only downfall is not knowing the prices before you order. If you're lucky enough, you can take a picture on their digital screen before it flips to another slide. Typically, someone is taking the orders going all the way down the lines so that these drinks were made quicker. No one would take our order till we were at the beginning of the line which took forever. 7 brew's popularity is due to the convenience of how fast the orders are made but this was not my experience today. read more

The employees at this 7 brew are nicest, most friendly people ever ! My husband and I have been there probably 8 times and every time we get the nicest, most helpful worker. It's so refreshing to always have someone friendly come up to take your order. Especially when the Starbucks and the McDonald's across the street have the most unhappy and rude workers ! I love the concept and have seen it executed well at other locations. Unfortunately this location had a high turn over rate which has affected the quality of service. I have been to this location 4-5 times where my order has been taken correctly and made wrong. In my personal experience I order sugar free syrup drinks and they have been made with full sugar. As someone that is diabetic its not just about taste its about safety. I hope that this issue improves because I love the concept just the execution could use some work. read more
