brisket hash and eggs plus pancake - A breakfast plate featuring two fried eggs, two pancakes dusted with powdered sugar, and a skillet of hash with cooked meat and onions.

I had high expectations based on reading some of the reviews, but was disappointed in a few things...the food, the service, and how LOUD it is inside this place. I ordered the Brisket Hash and Eggs - it also comes with either toast or pancakes - I chose the pancakes, which actually was the best choice and best food I had. The coffee is also pretty good. Bold and HOT. The Brisket Hash is served in a smaller cast-iron dish on your plate. It's super dry. I think it's mixed with some hashbrowns and onions and some spices. But it was way too dry and didn't taste like smoked brisket, so if you were hoping for that taste of brisket, this isn't the right choice. It also comes with eggs and I had them over easy, other than still a little runny and not cooked through, they were okay. The pancakes were the best though. Super soft, comes with butter (on the side) plus syrup and a small tiny cup of applesauce (tasty). They had good flavor and was perfect. Someone at our table also ordered the Biscuit and Gravy. It's a super large flaky biscuit (way too dry) and some dark sausage gravy that tasted more like flour than sausage gravy. It was definitely thick, but the flavor was off. We did not finish it. Others at our table got just eggs, bacon and toast. Something you can make at home anyway, so it's hard to mess it up honestly. And one other person ordered the greek salad. The dressing comes ON the salad already, and it felt like they could have served some extra on the side. Just wasn't enough. Plus the salad was served on a plate, not in a bowl, so salad and toppings fell off onto the table. Not the prettiest presentation. In fact, the theme of this place is - everything is served on a separate dish, so good luck finding space on your table. Plus I feel the prices are way higher than they should be for the portion size and quality of food. The other issue here is that this place is LOUD. Someone in our group uses hearing aids and they had to turn them down because it was way too loud. we could hardly have a normal conversation and there were just five of us at a long table. The chairs are another issue I feel. As you scoot in and away from the table, it feels like the legs are going to break from underneath you at any point. They are wobbly, and very uncomfortable. So, in closing, I wanted to LOVE this place, but it's just an overpriced brunch location with a large two-sided menu of bland food with the loudest rooms imaginable.

Easter Sunday and only day off, while traveling for work. So I decided to find somewhere good to eat for brunch. Looking through Yelp. And I'd decided to give this place a try. It's a nice brunch spot, that seems to be very properly in the Neighborhood. The service was very friendly and helpful. But to my liking. The food was not as flavorful as I would hope. The French toast was great. But the vegetable skillet lacked a lot of flavor. To be honest, it was pretty bland. Still enjoyed the restaurant. And hopefully on my next visit, it will be better.

The ambience of this restaurant was elegant and French like. Very clean establishment. The hosts were very nice. Their outdoor seating area is very organized and clean with nice shade. My favorite meal was the pancakes they were delicious. I ate them before I could even take a picture of them. The syrup was good as well. My mom and sister ordered the other two dishes. The biscuit skillet my sister had, she said it was good. The biscuit was nice and fluffy. You do get a large portion and it can be split between two people. My mom got the eggs and hashbrowns that could be split amongst two people as well. The portion sizes here are pretty big. Next time I come, I will be ordering more pancakes.

I've been to this location a few times. My most recent experience was a weekend breakfast around 9:30 AM. We were seated in the back room, which is an extra loud space (it looks like they have some sound absorption panels on the wall, but they're not doing enough), and the restaurant was playing loud "club" music. The seats were a bit too close together, and the noise made it a rather unenjoyable experience. I ordered the 50/Fifty, but it had a bitterness to it that I didn't enjoy (maybe from the pesto?). I ended up swapping plates with my husband who had ordered the Super Fungi Omelet. The side of pancakes was the best part. They don't offer any specialty coffee, which is a bit of a surprise with the vibe they seem to be going for. The service was fine. I should also note that they charge a credit card fee, and were one of the first restaurants I noticed that started doing that a few years ago.

Great food and the menu has a large number of good choices. Everyone at our table enjoyed the meal. Service is lacking. Hostess seemed to be preoccupied and argued with another employee. She told us they were trying to figure out where to seat our table of 5 since they are "not allowed to push tables together". They did for us and another large table after us. Many rules in the menu including a gratuity added for parties if 4 or more (see picture). This along with the hostess sharing the rules she follows made us feel like being the patron if the restaurant is an inconvenience for the business. Also the music is too loud.

Service was great. Food came so fast and the waiter kept coming up to us and checking in so much I almost was like ok wait is she flirting with me? Jk I'm just used to bad service hahaha. No but the vibe in there is cozy like typical breakfast diner type place but with outside seating and more space. The food was excellent bro, honestly some of the best pancakes I've ever had in my life. Literally not joking. Thin but melted in your mouth and so buttery and flaky with crispy edges. Chefs kiss I got the chicken and biscuits. Literally the best biscuits and sausage gravy I've ever had in my life. I'm writing this review as I eat my leftovers as we speak. My only complaint with most places that do a chicken and waffles or fried chicken breakfast dish is that the chicken often times isn't seasoned well and that was the case here. Granted, there's this tasty gravy for the chicken, but I would prefer it can stand alone tasty as well. Either way, def come here. Prices are great too. Super affordable.

Came here on a random Saturday and there is no reservation possible it is first come first serve. Luckily there was no line, but there were a lot of people here and I found out the place was actually very sprawling. That also includes a small outdoor patio. Parking is shared as this is in a smaller strip mall, but parking can be found. The menu is unique yet also has a lot of the breakfast and brunch staples that you would normally expect. There are also some unique pieces like the chorizo or the selection of vegetables that they put into the mix. The drinks and the juices are also a formidable menu to be able to read and choose from. The ambience is super cute looking very with a modern twist with an appreciation of wood and fixtures. I would definitely come back here again as service was quick. The food was definitely a fair portion for the price with unique flavors. Nothing disappointed it was odd that the pancakes were a little flat normally like fluffy pancakes however they were still tasty. Would come back.

Came with a sizable crowd of people and they were able to accommodate us all. Getting us situated and getting drinks and orders must've been exhausting but they did it. The food was delicious and some were really pretty. And overall it felt so warm and inviting to eat there.

They have delicious food, great service, and a nice location. They are always crowded which is also a good sign.

    Is there bottomless mimosas?

I know you can buy them by the pitcher. I am not sure of they have bottomless.

Beware you may need reservations - especially on taco night Wednesdays..prime rib tacos are popular at around $3.50 each ala carte. Most of the food on the menu is NOT ala carte - you get a relish tray (beets, beans & cottage cheese) for the table, then a choice of soup or salad (not both), and your entree should come with a potato choice or veggies (pretty darn good veggies!). We had three different entrees: Walleye (special), Blue Gill + Frog Legs (Combo Platter) and the 20oz. Charred Prime Rib - Medium. We also had a few drinks: MGD, Cabernet, and an old-fashioned (I do not recommend the old-fashioned. Weak, too many ice cubes, not traditional). The frog legs were excellent. The blue gill had some bones (to be expected, but otherwise tasty), the Walleye was fresh and excellent. The Prime Rib was just okay. It was cooked well, and although a fairly fatty piece of meat, it lacked some flavor...but was slightly charred. The service was good...wait staff were overwhelmed with multiple tables in the back with one other person helping to clear tables, refill drinks, etc. It's a one and done for me. Not terrible, but also not excellent. BUT - if you are looking for an old school, darker, poorly decorated, cramped seating-style tables/booths - then this is for you!

Everything we ordered was made from scratch. This filet was the best I've had. I could cut it with a fork. I overheard the manager say it was waygu. At 40 bucks for this level of quality I'm so impressed. This was comparable to the filet Eddie Merlots and it's roughly 40 an ounce there. Do yourself a favor and go.
