It shows in both the product and his discussion of it, which he offers freely. The other staff were also very attentive, wonderfully friendly and extremely helpful. It's a super large flaky biscuit (way too dry) and some dark sausage gravy that tasted more like flour than sausage gravy. It was definitely thick, but the flavor was off. We did not finish it.
