Do they know that the glaze protects people from harmful substances in the ceramic leaching into the coffee? The coffee was very rich and tasty though. My wait time and my food were great. It was well plated as well. So the kitchen staff did a good job. Even the hash browns were how I like them. I was just so turned off by other issues that it was hard to enjoy the food. What a frustrating experience! Based on the service staff I would give them another try but based on maintenance and upkeep issues and management attitudes probably not! Nate got an omelette with cottage fries (fried sliced potato rounds) and silver dollar pancakes. The food came out super quickly and the portions were massive. We definitely could have shared one item, but I was pretty hungry. The skillet was very savory and cheesy, and the eggs were perfectly over-medium. I had a bit of Nate's pancakes, and they were fluffy and light. Four meals + tip was around $70 which I thought was very good especially given how much food we got.
