Visited today and I am happy to say I will be back the next time I am in Chicago. We tried the French toast flight and our favorite was the caramel and lemon. Absolutely delicious. I had the Alfredo omelet and whoever came up with this idea I can'tthank them enough. On top of that my husband had the sausage omelet and he is very judgemental and he ate every bit of it. The crusted potatoes were awesome and the mini crab cakes were on point. If you are ever in Chicago and you like a good breakfast GO!

I will walk miles to get to the French Toast Flight. It is really that good! Overall, my visit went well. Short wait time on a packed day. The server was okay. I wished she would have checked on us a little more. The Good? The chicken sausage is packed with flavor. Don't be fooled by its appearance. It's so yummy. The Great? You can NEVER go wrong with ordering the french toast. It's amazing. The Okay? The banana waffle was drowned in sauce making it too soft for my liking. Not terrible, but not great. This is a restaurant I will definitely visit again.

A short uber trip to Lincoln Park on Thursday AM, we chose here for our breakfast. Seeing they had several locations, I was concerned about it being a chain and not having that certain charm - but all that went out the window when upon walking up - the front glass door was boarded up from being broken. Large seating area - they do have a live waitlist on Yelp to utilize but we never had to as there was plenty of seats available. I ordered the breakfast burrito which had cheese hashbrowns, as well as eggs and bacon. The cheese wrap was soft and the ingredients were very good. Served with their own hot sauce - this was a very good start to the trip food-wise. I also picked at the French toast flight - which were very good and there were several flavors as well as a weekly flavor added. Our server was great - friendly and attentive.

I've avoided this location since it's opening bc I heard they had problems. Welp, I'm guessing they have resolved them because I truly enjoyed my breakfast. Restaurant is a lot larger than the city location and even offers outdoor seating. Service was very professional and personable. Wished the food had been hotter, but it was good.

Excellent food and inviting atmosphere. My friend had the waffle flight and I got the Jambalaya Omelet which came with a half order of the waffle of the week: Oreo. The creole sauce was AMAZING and so delicious. The waffles were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Excellent chocolate and vanilla marscapone. Service was attentive and friendly.

I had forgotten that B&B opened a location in Olympia Fields. I popped in on Saturday morning and got turned out. The catfish with eggs and cheesy hashbrowns were outstanding. I ordered the waffle flight also. Strawberry, blueberry, pecan caramel, and lemon. Didn't make any sense to be so blooming delicious. Went back a few Sayurdays later and had the chicken and shrimp alfredo with cheesy hashbrowns and a small order of creme brulee French toast. Full blown turned out. Straight-up yum. This location gets crowded, but there is enough space to accommodate everyone. I like the whole vibe of this location, from the hostess to the servers to the output from the kitchen.

Next day photo of eggs, hash browns, catfish and apple waffle.

The service was very good. Marcia was thoughtful, helpful and attentive. Upon entering we were told about a 20-30 minute wait, but they said it would be less, and it was less than 15 minutes. The food was mostly good. The catfish special with eggs and hash browns was amazing. The fish was fresh, flavored well and the eggs/ gouda cheese were tasty. The apple waffle was lacking. We have seen other waffles here before, but this was a deflated looking presentation. 3 meager apple slices on top, just soured that part. The waffle was very sweet, and over 'cinnamon-ed'. I wished that I just gotten a French toast flight, which never is a disappointment (definitely will, next time). The chicken fajita omelet was OK. Tasty but, the cheese distribution was uneven (mostly in the eggs). We BYOB'd with the 1/2 carafe mix of orange and cranberry juices and it was on point. Will come again. The manager was friendly and helpful as well.

First time at this location; beautiful purple and gold themed space. Our server M.J. was amazing; she did her thing to make sure everything was good. My drink; blueberry mimosa was pretty good. The food; OMG! The lemon french toast was the best I have ever had. Great with the seafood cakes if you want a little something different. There is a difference between the caramel cake french toast which is infused with a bit of liquor and the caramel french toast which is alcohol free. Both were delicious. Did not try the omelette but was told it was good. I'll be back soon. Looking for M. J.

I visited during a Saturday afternoon and was surprised with how empty it was. It was one other family that were in the middle of their meal so I was a little nervous. Luckily, the emptiness wasn't related to the quality of the food because it was good. The crawfish etouffee was well seasoned and had a bit of a kick to it if you enjoy spice. They do have a full service bar with cocktails; I ordered a mixed drink and while it tasted fine, I could hardly taste any alcohol in it. The service was also a bit slower than I'd imagine considering that it was empty when I dined. Despite those minor shortcomings, I enjoyed my dining and would keep it on my list of places to consider in the future.

I took my mom here for lunch yesterday, and after seeing some recent reviews, I thought things had improved, but yet again, i was disappointed and the food is still mid at best. My veggie omelet was greasy, hash browns were nothing special, pancakes were ok. Ordered the fried chicken wings for more protein, I only ate one as they lacked flavor and tasted old or like they were cooked in old grease. Mom had the perch plate. The fried fish was soggy, no crisp. The red beans and rice were really just bean paste over rice, and the flavor was odd, had me questioning whether they were spoiled. They offer 3 different cakes for dessert options, and they were all out of all 3!!! But besides the food, it was 83 degrees outside and they didn't have the air on. I asked about it and was told the air WAS on, but yet even their own staff was walking around fanning. It reached a point where the heat was unbearable and we left, I took absolutely nothing home. The only great thing about the experience was the staff, our server was super, duper friendly and I appreciated that, gave her a big tip. Yep, 3 strikes, I've learned my lesson, I won't be back.

Service is very good here as everyone knows exactly what they are doing and they are trained very well. The dining room is expansive and can seat many customers ... and that is a good thing since there is usually a line and the parking lot is full. One of their highlights is the juice bar ... serving up all the usuals and many combinations that are sure to please. Ambiance wise, the large dining room creates a noisy but happy place. Kids are welcome and families are all over the place ... all adding to the noise levels. They also serve brunch and do that just as well as breakfast. Food wise ... what can you say about eggs, or French toast, or pancakes that hasn't been said before? They bring off all these treats very well and they do it very fast. You won't be sitting around waiting for your meal. While just off the beaten path over here on Oak Park Avenue, do make a point of trying this place out. Very good all around.

It was very clean here, and welcoming service. Pretty busy too. Booths were roomy. A lot on the menu to choose from but she got the French Toast and Pancake special combo, and I got the omelet that had a lot of veggies in it. Food came out in a jiffy and wow - the portions here were great! We loved all of the food, and I really enjoyed my omelet - because it was huge, plenty of eggs too, and a very hearty breakfast. They make banana bread here and sell it by the loaf - well I had to get some. Took that puppy home and put it in the freezer. After a week or so we took it out - and it was excellent! Not as good as my mom's but it's still very good, and I highly recommend it. Not too sweet, large loaf, and I got enough banana flavor too. If I am ever back here in this area we are going to stop here for sure. Excellence customer service too!
