This place popped up out of nowhere in this area. Ever since they opened their doors for business…read morethere has been a constant stream of people going in and out. I said to myself, I need to check them out. So I did, over the summer, I actually liked their food that much that I kept returning. My review is only for the Chicago style tavern cut pizza. This place is easily on par with the best pizzerias in this area. They utilize high quality ingredients, unfortunately some pizzerias try to cut corners and skimp on the ingredients, hoping no one will notice, to make more money. Well, I quickly notice cheap ingredients in recipes and its quite apparent in the final product. They also have Neapolitan style pizza which made me very curious because they don't have a high heat wood or charcoal oven that is usually necessary to make blistering style pizza. I know there are tricks to achieve the blistering charred crust with a regular oven. Some will utilize a broiler to mimic a very hot oven. The first time I saw this trick was in a pizzeria in Barcelona and they made excellent Neapolitan style pizza in a regular oven. It came out perfect just like in a extremely hot oven. Well, this place cooks their Neapolitan style pizza like a regular pizza without any tricks. They actually have a very good recipe that tastes very good it just doesn't have that char that you would expect on a pizza of this style. Will I continue to order Neopolitan style pizza from them? Yes, if I am in the area, because no one else for miles makes this style of pizza. I have also had their a few of their pasta dishes and one was a stand out. It was the pasta with rapi broccoli and sausage which was delicious. Unfortunately, it was not a big seller and they decided to take it off the menu. Maybe I should have written this review sooner? Anyhow, I highly recommend their Chicago tavern cut pizza with excellent crust, sauce, cheese, and topping of your choice.

The wonderful customer service driven young lady who answered the phone confirmed she'd received my orders and prepared them and multiple drivers had come but not taken delivery. UberEats is the way to go. I highly recommend the curly fries, grilled cheese sandwich (add bacon--everything tastes better with bacon), patty melts and onion rings. Be careful with the "hotdogs" because they are more akin to a polish sausage than a Vienna Beef hotdog--still delicious but just an FYI. So the very best thing about this place are the milkshakes, especially the Green River Milkshake which harkened me back to my youth and this shake at Goldblatts or the bus turnaround on 63rd & South Park (now King Dr. and its long gone). Great place dine in, take out or delivery!

Ordered the cheese burger with everything and decided last minute on the Irish nachos since I heard people review them. The burger was a nice size and cooked well. It was delicious, I enjoyed it. The Irish nachos, not so much. It was a heap of sodium city omg I didn't really eat them. So the cheese is the ultra processed cheese on them so it was super salty. You got the salt from the fries, the fake cheese and the bacon. Way too much salt for me and that fake cheese was revolting for me :( Note to self, NEVER order that if I return. It's a cool, old school dinner type of spot. I was the youngest person in there so not sure if younger folks go there or not. The service was good.
