I had an unfortunate accident on my vehicle and the first body shop to come to my mind was 63 auto body. Ive known Andy for quite some time now and as a fellow car enthusiast i knew his shop would be the one to take care of my car. Andy and Victor were extremely knowledgable and helpful in helping me with making not only a insurance claim but also taking care of my car. The paint match on the car is phenomenal, no matter how hard i looked at the car and what angle i could not tell it was painted. The turn around time was quick, the customer service from the two gentlemen stated was amazing. They detailed my entire vehicle and did a pre-inspection and final inspection before giving me my car back. Because of their attention to detail i was notified that my coolant was low. Previously, my car's front door was not completely repaired when I got my car back. I was not content with 63 auto body. After the owner of the repair shop Karol saw my review on the Internet, Karol called the workers and check in on the situation. They then contacted me and told me they would resolve my issue. My car was then again fixed completely and very quickly. The third time I went back to get repairs, it was different. The owner PJ and Karol helped me order the missing parts and make an appointment to get he repairs very quickly. Karol helped me find Andy. He was very understanding and hard working. He helped me complete my final repairs. PJ also double checked that everything was complete in the end. Thank you to Andy for helping me get the job done. I brought my expensive Mercedes GLE 53 to 63 Auto body and I just want to tell you they did an amazing job to fix my rear end. I really want to give most credit to Victor who works there. I think he's the manager or something. He's very professional and polite. Such a nice guy. While my car is being repaired he texts me daily to give me updates on my car. He went above and beyond to fix my car. I even call him after business hours and he picks up and answer any questions I had. My car was parked and the vehicle that struck my car fled the scene, leaving their license plate behind. I contacted the police and they couldn't do anything for me since the other car already left the scene. My car had a big dent on the back corner of my bumper, so I looked this place up. Victor was very professional and accommodating to my time requirements since I needed to use my car most days. He walked me through the process and was very honest with the prices. He was even able to accommodate my schedule and pre-order the bumper, match the paint and all I had to do was drop off the car for less than one day, versus a week from the other autobody shops that I inquired about. They installed it within a few hours and the price was significantly lower than another place that I asked for an estimate. Took my car in because my trunk wouldn't open let me tell you, they got the Best customer service ever! They offer you snacks while you wait for them to take a look at your car.
