Wonderful little shop, with clean bright interiors. The staff greeted warmly upong entering and explained the options. I have tried souffles before but this was the first time got the opportunity to explore it Cold Souffle Creamy format I ordered the Mango Diamond , Sea Salt Oreo and Tiramisu Gelato. I asked the staff what makes their souffle better than others and was told that though they contain eggs, you don't get that eggy taste. Also the flavors are liked a lot. They also have a toppings bar but please know they can be used only for the gelato options. I tried the Tiramisu Biscoff Gelato first and let me tell you, it was exquisite. The Gelato is thick, creamy and tasted heavenly. The Souffle was airy, soft and spongy. It combines well with the creaminess of the gelato. The Mango Diamond had chunks of mango atop the cream and they tasted fresh. The cream was light and delicious, didn't feel heavy at all. The Sea Salt Oreo is pretty goood but nothing exceptional. Overall, it was a delight. To foodies: Definitely try this place. Wonderful flavors, wonderful staff, great place stop by to satisfy your dessert cravings To Management: Your Souffles are amazing and you have great flavor options. The staff is pleasant and well informed. Only confusing part is, why toppings bar open only for Gelato? Infact the toppings would add a nice texture to cream souffles. Final Rating: 8.3/10 Signing off, Rahul V aka CanIndian Foodie

I'm not a fan of sweets, but the strawberry cream cloud is a must-try! It literally feels like you're biting into a cloud. It wasn't overly sweet, but you could still taste a hint of strawberries. The soufflé pancake wrapped around the soft cloud was equally light and pleasant. The service was excellent. I overheard the owner giving a customer a free cream cloud for waiting a bit longer than usual, which was really thoughtful. I could definitely see myself buying a box to bring to a party. The gelato was smooth, creamy, and refreshing -- a perfect finish without feeling too heavy or overly sweet

I can't say I was super familiar with the concept of soufflé cream sandwiches, but every part of it sounded delicious, so I was eager to check it out. It's a small joint but they do have a couple of tables, so that's nice. We wound up sharing the Hokkaido Milk ("Our signature fluffy souffle stuffed with rich, creamy Hokkaido milk cream"). It's one enormous concoction, so sharing it was definitely the right call. It's basically a sandwich made of fluffy bread and top-quality whipped cream, so there's little there not to like. I might go with a more flavorful one next time, as this version didn't have much going on aside from the not unwelcome taste of whipped cream. The person serving us was super helpful, and the price point was quite reasonable. I'm sure I'll be back someday to try their other offerings.

Second time here - we ordered the tiramisu gelato and strawberry confetti gelato and WOW both are excellent !!!! Wonderful to celebrate the warm weather. Extremely courteous service again. We got three cold cream soufflés to go - ube coconut, Hokkaido milk, sea salt Oreo - they came in an insulated bag that is such a keepsake. Love love love our new local gelato/cold dessert place!

A small and cute soufflé pancake spot in midtown. They have wifi and two tables. Their soufflé pancake is light and fluffy and not too sweet. These are the Flavors I tried: Matcha : tastes rich and good quality matcha Mango diamond: I love mango and enjoyed this. Wish it was stronger mango taste. Strawberry: I like this one as well! Love the tartness of the strawberry. Chocolate: strong chocolate flavor, I personally not a huge fan. (Maybe if it's hazelnut chocolate) Sea salt Oreo: this was ok Also Brianna the staff was friendly!

The service was terrific and the restaurant was light and bright. Lots of space between tables and a huge space. Cute washrooms. Now the food. We split the pancakes and the chicken with waffles. I went on a Saturday around 9:00 AM, and there was already a line of about seven people ahead of me. Since I was dining solo, I grabbed a seat at the kitchen bar, which ended up being a fun spot to watch everything happening. I ordered the mango mimosa and the wild blueberry pancakes. Mildred's has some of the best pancakes I have ever had. They were fluffy, flavorful and absolutely lived up to the hype. The mango mimosa was a little too sweet for my taste, but I would still love to come back and try more of their menu. The staff were friendly, although service was a bit slow to start. It took about 15 to 18 mins before I got water and was able to place my order. Overall, I can absolutely see why this place has such a great reputation. I waited over a decade to try it, and it was well worth the wait.

This place looks like a fairly typical breakfast spot, offering a good amount of seating, large menus for both breakfast and Lunch, and of course, a ton of different pancake options! I'm usually not someone who orders temporary menu items or specials, but the second I saw the S'More Toffee Lava Pancakes I almost had a heart attack, so of course, I ordered the stupid pancakes to avoid such an problem. The food didn't take too long to come out, and they looked even better in person than they did in the menu. Maybe I'm just a little over enthusiastic about these pancakes, but I can pretty confidently say these may of been the best pancakes I've ever had. They were big, fluffy, and this plate did not skimp on the toppings at all. Overall, Stacked Pancake & Breakfast has definitely become a go-to spot for me when returning to Toronto. The food here was phenomenal and even though it took us almost 30 minutes for someone to give us a bill and let us pay, the pancakes were too good for me to get hung up on that. If you need some breakfast in the Queen/Spadina area, this is the place to go!

The atmosphere was so cute, and comfortable, they had new large yellow mugs that was yolk coloured, and beautiful hand crafted drinks with pretty pictures in the foam. I was very surprised to see the quality here, as most places just give you a straight pour of foam on top and it doesn't feel like a barista made your drink. It truly was so delightful to see the care they took with making their food and the presentation was just beautiful! The food also was excellent! My bacon was perfectly cooked, I don't like chewy bacon, they made the perfect crispy not burnt bacon I've ever had. The eggs were perfectly poached, and the excess whites were removed for the presentation, and my eggs were nested into my bacon, sitting in a bed of salad. My goodness was I ever so impressed. I would expect this from a Michelin star restaurant, and with slower service, but I'm thoroughly impressed with the speed of the food, service, and again quality of everything. My friend had the chicken and waffles. This was so close to perfect, I didn't like the seasoning on the chicken which was too flavourful for me, but the crunch, moisture in the chicken, the soft but dense waffle, and the maple butter combination... there is nothing better than this! I asked for my strawberry butter to be subbed they did it, and there was not extra charges on our bills for silly items like this. This place is solid! Exceptional quality of food, service, and over all experience. I didn't think I could find a place to truly enjoy going out to eat, but this one just blew my mind. Thank you to all the staff for making our meal experience one we will remember for a very long time.

It was clearly way, way too much food but everything was so good that I had zero regrets. In particular, those pancakes are as flavorful and scrumptious as I would've hoped. The two savory sandwiches fared just as well, and it was clear that they had been assembled with a tremendous amount of care. The busy atmosphere was fun, and our server was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very diner like and we enjoyed the good warm coffee while we waited for our delicious meal! We arrived closer to lunchtime than breakfast, which worked in our favor since there wasn't a wait. We were seated right away, and our server, Angela P., promptly came over for our coffee order. Two coffees later, we were ready to order. My mom, as always, went with her beloved Mushroom Omelet (a bit steep at $15.20 in my opinion), while I ordered a half portion of the Two by Four, which included one egg and two pancakes. It ended up being the perfect amount of food for me. I wasn't thrilled about the $1.60 upcharge for chocolate chips, but the pancakes were fluffy, delicious, and worth the splurge. The restaurant appears to have been remodeled since my last visit and it has a much nicer look and feel than I remembered. My only real complaint is the noise level. Every time I've been here it's been incredibly loud, making conversation a bit difficult and hindering the overall breakfast experience, especially before coffee. Overall, I understand why so many people (including my mom) love this place. The service was friendly, the food was good, and we left satisfied.
