Weeks would often pass between responses, and revised offers would appear with little or no explanation, usually only about $50 higher than the previous one. As of today, 7 months later, my mother still has not received compensation for the damaged artwork or furniture. We certainly would never use them again.

After learning what had actually happened, he acknowledged that this was not the kind of customer experience their company aims to provide. He was very proactive in stating that they would make things right. Today, Monday, I received a follow-up call from Nick. He showed a very positive and proactive attitude in trying to resolve the issue. Through our communication, we were able to reach an agreement.
