As an extra bonus, John is a general contractor and we ended up hiring him to paint the interior/exterior of our home and do some electrical work. There were a few setbacks with painting and electrical, however, it happens with a big project as a lot of different workers and trades are involved, but John would always own up to his or other people's mistake and make it right. I'm very pleased that he made it right, and that shows....he is an honest man and wants to please his customers. To repair this situation, it took more than power washing, sealant and paint. It needed the sand REPLACED after the power washing washed it away. The labor men were just doing what they were told: power wash, seal and paint. Period.
