I couldn't be happier with the work from Twins Landscaping! Luis originally came out to help us replant our backyard and sort out some irrigation issues. He did such a great job that we ended up hiring him again to rebuild the fence between us and our neighbor. He's incredibly polite, professional, and his pricing is very fair. It's clear he takes pride in his work. I'll definitely be calling him for any future landscaping projects!

We were looking to get artificial grass installed and got a few quotes from around town. Luis and his team beat out other competitors in price and value so we decided to go with them. From the beginning to the end, they were nothing but patient and professional. They answered all our questions and were able to accommodate our tastes and requirements. Luis and his guys did an outstanding job transforming my huge rear yard from entirely weeds and gophers into a drought tolerant low maintenance beauty consisting of faux turf surrounded by a border of low water agaves,palms, bird of paradise and flax...all on a drip system. He is also a responsible businessman, keeping me up to date on progress as well as any necessary bid adjustments. In addition he honored my deadline. At first I thought the bid seemed high, but once they got started and I saw what was involved -- jackhammering and removing the concrete, delivery of two flats of heavy pavers, delivery of sand for the substrate, cutting of rebar, and all the heavy lifting, I figured it was well worth the price. Jimmy led the installation team, and he and his workers were friendly and courteous. All the pavers were installed in a single day, and the joints were filled with polymeric sand the next morning. For the first 90% of the job I'd say they did a decent job. The problem was with the finishing details. It's almost as if they finished 98% of the work and then didn't show to complete the rest of it. I asked them to return to my house and was told by Bryan that they would come back, but I never saw them again. I'm talking like a day of work to complete this stuff, if that. They left multiple pieces of rebar sticking out of concrete. I have kids and the last thing I want is for them to get hurt on sharp pieces of rebar. I also don't have the tools to cut the rebar myself. They had a sub come by and replace our aluminum gutters. There was one downspout that connected to an ugly piece of pvc pipe for drainage. I asked them to come back and remove the pvc pipe to make it look cleaner. They said they'd come back, but never did. I asked them to come back and fill in gaps that were left between the pavers, but again nothing was done. There was a sewer clean out that was left protruding above the paver patio too. I don't think I'd hire this company again to do any construction work at my house.

I called Luis with Twins Landscaping for a quote because I fell behind on all gardening/landscaping and needed it taken care of as I was short on time. He came out less than an hour after calling to take a look and give me an extremely reasonable quote. The price was so fair I didn't even need to negotiate! He came back the very next day with his crew and a trailer and they spent the whole day taking care of everything and making several hauls to the dump to make sure nothing stayed here for even one day.
