Afterwards he told me that he gave them instructions and then came by at the completion. This is not supervising. He said that his crew did an amazing job. When I got home from vacation, I found a lot of tree litter in the bushes below, 2 broken irrigation emitters, one of the plants that was in the crook of the tree was dead and there were many crossing branches left on the tree.
