I contacted Juanita 9 days ago and agreed on a price and told her where the house was. The day prior she told me it was too far and cancelled. After I pointed out that it wasn't any further than it had been when she originally agreed, she agreed to come and then just didn't show up without letting me know. Plus this deep clean (ie: very expensive!) was a gift for a relative who was just diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer (which I also told Juanita).
