I highly recommend Express Cleaning to anyone that needs any kind of professional cleaning service in their home or business. Roberto the owner was extremely professional, polite, and communicative. When I reached out to make an appointment, he stopped by on the same day to look at the carpet and give us a quote! The day of the appointment, him and his crew showed up right on time. His work was thorough and the results were great. Our carpets look like new and smell AMAZING! Roberto even cleaned out windows and mirrors while he was at it. We will definitely be using his services again, definitely recommend!! read more

Express cleaning is the best cleaning service I've ever used! Mr. Roberto went out of his way to call me to schedule a time and had great communication. My parent's place was a mess due to a fire and him and his wife spent hours meticulously cleaning every single corner and spot. I was very stressed due to the state of my apartment, and they brought the warmest energy into our space, I felt like my parents were here with me even though they have been out of the country. They did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning our place and made it feel like home again. They left our place spotless and this is the best cleaning company in the greater Santa Barbara region with affordable pricing. 10000/10!! read more

We needed to get vomit smell out of the carpet. I called Roberto after hours and he was willing to come and help. I appreciate his commitment to providing a great customer experience. I would hire him again in the future. read more

Do not hire this company. The owner Roberto is a joke. Promised he and his crew would arrive 10 days before the date. Day before the agreed upon date I text him just to check that he is coming and he says no, he is out of town. Very unprofessional and unreliable. read more

I highly recommend Roberto's service, our carpet was really really dirty and stinky, and I choose Express Cleaning, the price is fair and really easy to make appointment. Now our carpet is nice and the smell doesn't exist anymore. He clean the mirror and fix the switch for free! I promise he is the best. read more

We used this business to provide a move-out cleaning service for a college apartment that had 6 boys living in it. Roberto and his crew did an amazing job! It looked way better than when the boys originally moved in! I would highly recommend Express Cleaning!! read more

Roberto and his team did an amazing job. We hired him for office cleaning and our offices haven't looked better!

Express cleaning was amazing! I called for a move out cleaning one week in advance, and they were able to come by for a quote that same afternoon. They were on time and so fast, but also so thorough! They even moved the appliances to clean underneath and behind. They worked around my schedule and had very competitive pricing. Strong recommend! read more

Wow! What great work Roberto does!!! I don't leave many Yelp reviews, but this gentleman did an incredible job. We hired Roberto to clean our carpets and buff our floors. We have 3 dogs, so you can imagine what our floors are like, despite us having a clean home (that's 12 paws with claws!). Our carpets turned out SPECTACULAR, even the dogs spots we couldn't get out... he is very knowledgeable about stain removal and carpet pH. Our wood floors are SUPER shiny! He did a beautiful job buffing the wood floors, they are now free of scratches. Roberto is professional, detailed, thorough & fast! We will definitely be using him again in the future. read more

I am more than satisfied with this company. I called and they were able to book my cleaning the next day. They gave me an estimate over the phone without having to view our property first, which is rare. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. Better than any carpet cleaning I have ever had truthfully. They even moved my furniture out of the way. Afterwards they placed fans to help it air dry and followed up with me to make sure it was done to my expectation. I will definitely be booking them for future cleanings. read more

I've scheduled three cleanings with Roberto and Rosie. The first cleaning went very well. The price was fair, the cleaning job was excellent! The second appointment did not go well. They showed up 4 hours late, turning my hour lunch break to let them in into a half day of waiting. They called each hour, informing me they were in the car and on their way. Clearly was not the case until the final call. When they finally showed up, they rushed through the job, taking half has much time and cleaned half as much as the first visit, overlooking cleaning the bathrooms altogether. Instead of adjusting the bill, they charged just as much as the first visit and promised to make it up to us the next time. The third appointment was scheduled for today. Again, I went home expecting them at 11:30am. I called Roberto 20 minutes after our scheduled time to find out he had forgotten about the appointment again. He told me his 'regulars' have a habit of calling to remind him 30 min before appointments since he typically forgets or finds himself too busy... something hard to believe since it was Roberto who set the time and date for today's cleaning. Needless to say, we will not be using this service again. read more

Roberto and Rosie's attention to detail and commitment to their work is unparalleled. One of the things I love about this family owned and operated business is that every time I schedule an appointment I get the same friendly and familiar faces at my door. Last time they came by I noticed Roberto on a stepping stool cleaning the inside of my light bulb cover and Rosie cleaning underneath my stove top... I met this dynamic duo a few years ago while working at the downtown Apple Store where they were responsible for cleaning the entire store top to bottom. Not only did they do a stellar job but they were trusted in a store with millions of dollars in product in it. To this day, I wouldn't hesitate to leave them in my home unattended. I recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service. You will not be disappointed! read more

Roberto did a FANTASTIC job, and his attention to detail with safety precautions among a pandemic occurring, made our worries disappear with ease and comfort. Not only does he take pride in his work, but this family-owned and operated business cares about your needs as if you were family. We needed a quote at 8 pm on a Saturday due to an expedited move-in scenario, and Roberto was there within minutes to assist, and his pricing could not be beat. We also needed the cleaning services the very next day (Sunday morning at 9 am), and sure enough, he made it happen! Can't thank him and his team enough for getting the job done with such professionalism. We were so impressed with his thoroughness, we hired him a couple days later for another property of ours in which also turned out amazing. Hope to continue our business with him in the future! read more
