Such a professional and white glove service this business offers! I was in dire need of carpet cleaning in my rental condo where my dog had passed away unexpectedly. The urine stain from her resting place was strong and resistant to Nature's Miracle, our go-to pet urine treatment spray. I called them 10 days after our self-treatment yielded no relief in the heat of July 2023, and was relieved to get an appointment within 3 days to both deodorize and shampoo my living room and hallway carpet. I was WOWed! We stepped out for lunch and came back to a spectacularly clean floor, and not an ounce of residual odor. These folks gave no shame for the pungent odor, and no complaint for the stairs or inconvenient parking in our condo complex. We are now 1 year post-cleaning and the odor has not returned at all. So impressed and so grateful for the high value of their work even after a year of fluctuating temperatures and humidity in Goleta. We woke up to a minor flood in a bedroom and closet. Called Coast Carpet Cleaning at 8:30 a.m., they said they'd come by around 4:00, but they were able to come earlier, at 2:30. They extracted the excess water from the carpet, removed the soaked and useless old carpet pad, and set up blowers and a dehumidifier. They returned the following morning, and everything was dry! They removed the fans and dehumidifier and the carpet installer came at 1:30 that afternoon, put down new carpet pad, replaced some tack strips, and re-installed the carpet. So, a little more than 30 hours after we discovered the flooded area, everything was back to normal. Actually, better than normal, because the new carpet pad is so much better than the old! Alex, Jeff and Dave, the carpet installer, were experienced, knowledgeable, thorough, and communicative. They were on time or early. And they are vaccinated, and wore masks while in our home! The charge for the level of service was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again! read more

We paid $30 more than the quoted price of $140 so he could do an enzyme rinse to remove the reminisce of a pet that once lived here, and 24 hours later I'm picking up tons of dog hair with my feet from the still-damp carpet and my house smells like wet dog. Had him clean the carpets in an empty bedroom to prepare for a roommate to move in today, and was embarrassed to find he hadn't cleaned the inside of the closet, which had rodent droppings from a mouse my old roommate was unknowingly harboring about a year ago.
