Colgate cleaned our carpets recently they did an awesome job. They were super professional and easy going. I couldn't leave the house with my baby and dogs and they totally understood and worked around us. Our neighbor across the street harassed them for where they parked and they were polite to her ridiculousness. She also posted a negative review about them based on where they parked on the street. She NEVER even used them to clean her carpet. Our driveway is very steep so they parked in front of our house (where my daughter parks everyday but she was at school when they were here) they neighbor complained they were too close to the mailbox but I watched the mailman pull the mail truck right in front of their van NEVER even having to get out of his truck. Also she gave a one star rating to the Lompoc Post Office so I'm pretty sure she just wanted something to complain about. The Colgate team was thorough and fantastic! We had resisted getting our carpets cleaned for years (ok, decades), and I was sure that they were done. The Colgate team came in and said that the quality of the carpet was such that they could restore it. Let me just say that I was not that thrilled about showing anyone what my teenagers and their friends had done upstairs, but after John and his crew came in, the carpets looked fresh and super clean! Almost like new (and considering I thought they were done, that's saying something). I've known John for 20 years, and I would highly recommend their service. I have used Colgate Carpet Cleaners now 3 times. Once for my entire home, empty, when we first moved in. The next time my home with furniture in it. They moved everything. Cleaned my very heavy couch and love seat immaculate, and the 3rd time they cleaned just the heavy traffic areas. I have 4 dogs and a cream color couch and carpeting. They cleaned my carpet and couch every time to perfection. Their prices are slightly higher but they do a tremendous job. Everything looks and smells clean and fresh. They were wonderful to work with! I made the mistake of installing off-white carpet in two bedrooms and it looked awful after a year. They made it look like new. Also a rug in our living room on hardwood floors. They took great care with our home, laying towels on the wood flooring and plastic protection on the corners of the doorways so their hoses wouldn't mar the walls.
