I have a really thick 8x10 Berber shag rug that my littlest pup "loves". I had several ppl refer this company to me. I requested a quote and received a response within minutes. The quote was very reasonable. My appointment was set for Thursday morn. I was a bit skeptical about the cleaning process tho. I thought I would take the rug to them but was informed that it would be done in my driveway. The two gentlemen came and took the rug outside to clean in my driveway. They were here for all of 15-20 minutes, cleaning this heavily soiled rug. I was shocked! I was reassured that the cleaning and products used would get the smell and stains out. Part of that was right. 3 days post cleaning, I smell nothing but urine and dampness/mildew. No, my pup has not urinated on it. My floors are completely wet underneath the rug. My initial thought was that I'd take it to them, get it cleaned and it would stay with them until dried. Although I appreciate the pricing, I'm just not pleased. read more
