This is the fifth time that Irene and Mark have done a superb in-house job on our carpets! Previously, I'd used other cleaners in the area and didn't know how much better it could be done until I saw the results of The Carpet Guy. Personable, skilled professionals from start to finish. Please don't be misled nor ripped off by the others! read more

I have a small loveseat that has endured years of 20-something-year-olds and their pets. It was FILTHY to the point of heading to the landfill. I decided to give an upholstery cleaner a shot and landed on The Carpet Guy based on reviews (never go with sponsored results on Yelp). Ian came out and restored the loveseat to its former glory. He was friendly, professional, and charged me a fair price. Will definitely use The Carpet Guy again! read more

My parents have had the same white carpet for decades. They were loyal customers of Colemans for years, but they are on a fixed income and only wanted their living room cleaned. Coleman refused and said they would only do the whole house. I reached out to The Carpet Guy and not only did they have a very reasonable minimum, Mark was so nice and did an unbelievable job cleaning my parent's carpet! It's unfortunate that Coleman's lost a loyal customer from this experience- but we are so happy to have discovered The Carpet Guy, we will definitely be using them again! read more

Theses guys are great! Totally affordable. And they do above and beyond fantastic work. Been using them for over a year now. And they are always really friendly and helpful. I've used a few other carpet cleaners companies before I found these guys. They were so overpriced...didn't do 1/2 as good quality...and some were extremely unprofessional and rude. Gossiping how bad my carpets were in Spanish...while I was right there. read more

Great service! My appointment was 3 weeks out (probably due to the holidays) but the wait was worth it. Carpet looks good as new now! Pricing was also very affordable! Thank you! read more

I'm late in finally reviewing this company on Yelp for a carpet cleaning job they did for me a year or so ago. It doesn't deter from how easy they were to work with, how thorough the job they did was, or how reasonable their pricing was, especially compared to other companies. They provided a quote to me based on the area size and once they finished the 2 bedrooms and hall, they told me I still could do another small area if I had something that was needed. I had they clean a small are of carpet in another room that had gotten stained with dirt from a plant tray spilling over. This is the kind of customer service you don't typically find in the larger companies. I recommend them to anyone that needs their carpets cleaned. read more

Professional, friendly, thorough service. Affordable rate. Family owned. We will have Ian back!

Another fabulous experience with the carpet guys. I love this father-son team. They work hard. They bring wonderful energy and are always fair with their pricing. They talk to me about what worked and what might need a little time while it dries. I always feel like they go the extra effort, always doubting the eyes and crossing their tease- however, I think this is done for everyone read more

We were very pleased with the work Ian and his dad Mark did on our carpets. They're very thorough, very punctual on the arrival time, and very pleasant to work with. Since they charge by the square foot cleaned instead of by the room, their price is especially good if you just need to have your traffic areas cleaned. We highly recommend them! read more

Our sofa looks brand new! It was such a pleasure to meet Mark. He was punctual, professional, careful with our home, and friendly. Couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend this business! read more

We had some very dirty rugs, couches and chairs, and Ian did an absolutely phenomenal job. I had thought the chairs in particular were beyond saving, and he made them look like new. The price was extremely competitive. I cannot recommend the Carpet Guy highly enough. read more

Wonderful family owned and run business. Best carpet cleaners I have found. Honest, affordable and on time.

I called "The Carpet Guy" after finding them on Yelp. Irene was terrific on the phone. She fit us into their busy schedule because we were about to leave town. Communication was perfect and friendly. While waiting, I even got a call from Mark and his son who were on their way, and asked if they could show up a bit earlier than scheduled... a welcome request. They cleaned our carpet... and cleaned up, paid with Venmo, had a great conversation, frictionless. I'm certain we will use them again! read more

Kind people, impeccable work. I used The Carpet Guy when moving out of my last apartment, and would recommend to anyone.

The Carpet Guy is a total winner! We've employed this service many times and have been very, very pleased. Their service can be available at short notice, and their meticulous care has kept our ancient carpeting looking remarkably fresh. Really, to see the operator carefully eyeballing areas that need extra attention is most rewarding. Five out of five! read more

This review is only based on the amazing customer service provided by Irene during the scheduling phase (I ended up needing to cancel). She is incredibly responsive, friendly, and super accommodating. She answered all my questions promptly, replied quickly, and was so friendly! I have never had such a positive and easy experience scheduling any service, ever! We had a specific date & timeframe in mind, and Irene worked hard to accommodate our preferences to ensure we were satisfied, and was understanding when I needed to cancel. I can see why they have so many positive reviews; it definitely looks like the quality of their cleaning matches up to their top tier customer service! read more

We are thrilled with the results of our carpet cleaning that was long overdue! Ian worked so hard and performed miraculous improvement in our old wall to wall carpeting, plus one area rug. He clearly knows his products and methods and has a delightful, energetic personality as a bonus. He's extremely conscientious, thorough, and detail oriented. I also really enjoyed my initial phone calls with Irene as I set up our appointment. Her friendly, warm responses were very clear about their charges (which were very fair), methods, and desire to please her clients. They're definitely now our go-to carpet cleaners...and we won't wait so long between cleanings now. read more

The Carpet Guy never disappoints. Whether it's Mark and Irene or Mark and Ian it's always done right. They're really good at what they do and extremely pleasant while doing it. What more could you ask for ! read more

Give them a call, you won't regret it. They do an AMAZING job. My carpets were just plain nasty. We have toddlers and bought cheap carpeting to get us through these messy, destructive years. And our carpets were gross. Large stains everywhere. The carpet guy came and GOT THEM ALL OUT. Our carpets look and feel new again. And they are soooo reasonably priced. It cost us about $150 for four GOOD sized bedrooms that needed some deep cleaning work. If you are like me, a little sceptical of someone without a website that has reviews from all over, let me ease your mind. This will be the best decision you make about your carpets, or I'll buy you lunch :). Just call them and you'll already be happier - they couldn't be a nicer more easy-to-talk-to couple, and they are the ones who come and do all the work. They are the business and they CARE about the job they do. I could go on and on, but you get the point. Call today! read more

They were great. On time and did a great job and a good price. I would refer them to friends and family.

I needed two rooms cleaned after moving. They did a fantastic job and the carpet looked better than when I moved in. So after 2 years and a dog living there with me they were able to get all the marks out. I called a few weeks before needing the cleaning and they were able to get me in. They are busy so I would suggest calling ahead to get the time and date you need. By far the best price and service I could have found. read more

Amazing. My couch looks brand new! Irene & Mark were such a breath of fresh air - positive & professional.

They worked hard, the carpets look brand new and the price was very reasonable for the job. Thanks, Mark and Ian.

I found this excellent family-owned business through other 5-star Yelp reviews and hired them to clean my sectional couch. They responded to my request immediately and scheduled the service within a few days. Mark showed up with his son Ian and did a phenomenal job restoring my couch to pristine condition. It truly looks amazing! They were friendly and efficient, and I will absolutely hire them again for similar work. Thank you other Yelpers for your reviews - they truly helped me find the right company for the job! read more

Mark and Irene are such a kind and warmhearted couple. Their work and spirit are both fantastic! They cleaned under all the furniture and put real care into putting the furniture back to where it was. We had several bad stains on our carpets, however they were able to remove all of them. We didn't know our 15 year old carpets could look brand new again! read more
