Amazing work and job very well done. Our house awnings and front porch were covered in spiders / spider webs. The paint looked duller with obvious dust all over. The windows were very spotty all around. In 5 hours, the two guys they sent did a deep power wash and all the windows in and out. Our house looks absolutely incredible again. Excellent communication, price, and service. I messaged several companies about a simple 2nd story window washing and screen replacement job and they responded through the app within 2 hours. They were able to give me a quote and set everything up over the Yelp messaging app. A bunch of other companies wanted to schedule a phone or in person appointments just for a quote and I appreciate that Juan (owner) made communication efficient and easy! This is BY FAR the worst company I have ever used! I told them I wanted to schedule a cleaning quarterly and they started sending guys every month without contacting me to confirm or even set up a date or time. When they began showing up without me scheduling anything, I sent them away and canceled their services all together. Then, they showed up again the next month! I sent them away again and emailed the company once more reminding them that I did not want their business. Now they are sending me invoices for the work they didn't do the times they showed up and we're sent away!!!! I can't believe how incredibly unprofessional this company is! I have been using Juan and his team for many years now. At first I was shocked to see that SB Pacific had no Yelp! reviews, but as I think about it, it's because they concentrate on doing a great job on carpets and windows at a fair price, more so than marketing. They do the carpets at both the Granada Theatre and Santa Barbara Maritime Museum. That should tell you all you need to know: two beautiful venues that see a ton of heavy traffic. I was a manager at both facilities and always appreciated the fine work, price and service. I now have them keep my van clean for my new tour business. I have never used them for windows, but I am confident they are awesome at that as well based on my years of experience with them. read more
