The crew that comes to my home is extremely consistent and always goes above and beyond. Because of my experience, two of my neighbors are now using their services as well. If something out of the ordinary comes up, they address it immediately and thoroughly. For example, when we had extra dogs staying in the home and there was hair everywhere from a visitor who stayed with us for two weeks, they handled it without any issue at all. Yelp had some good reviews, but we turned for advice to a friend we trust. she suggested All Valley Solar and Window Cleaning. We spoke with Jesse, the owner, who visited and gave us an estimate of $200 for the exterior windows/screens and $180 for the solar panels. Five days later, Jesse and an assistant arrived for the job. The assistant...a guy in his 20s...started on the windows and screens while Jesse handled panels on the roof. After finishing the panels, Jesse helped with the other guy...then carefully wiped the trim around the windows and doors. They moved all the outdoor furniture before starting and returned it to the proper place when done. Everything took about 3 hours which was probably a bit longer than usual since I'm sure they wanted to impress a first time customer. We're now on a schedule for Jesse and a helper to come every 4 months...with work on the exterior windows once or twice a year.
