Jonathan takes the time to return all inquiries extremely quickly, provides realistic time estimates and sticks to his original quote. Our windows were extremely dirty, some difficult areas had caked dirt on the window sill and even the screens were rather messy. 3 of the most polite professionals showed up and carefully washed my 9 windows (including a French door and sills AND screens.) His bid was competitive but I can't say enough about their work ethic. I expected my windows to shine and sparkle but in addition to that, my screens are sparkly! He even scraped some paint off of the glass from when my place was painted. I just had 805 window cleaning over to do the task of cleaning the ash of my entire house- windows, stucco, flag stone patio, Spanish front entry tiles and they even cleaned the old and crusty mold off the roof tiles. My house looks brand new!! I didn't really believe one company can do all this work and do it all well. The owner made sure I was happy and he went through everything and re did the flag stone and scrub it and re power washed until it looked perfect.
