Had water damage used them for mitigation. Once they found out that insurance was involved the cost doubled. Me unknowingly thinking that insurance was paying direct just went with it until the insurance fell through. Lookng through the charges there was a lot of fraudulent services added to the cost that I then had to pay out of pocket. In addition, thier admin told me an owner would contact me to review the charges i felt were incorrect. This never happened and though told multiple times they allowed late fees adding hundreds more for me to pay out of pocket. This place does dirty business and charges more for the equipment use, then the equipment is worth to buy outright. Do not recommend and am opening a BBB report. read more

We're very grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage. read more

Makenna and her team are amazing! Not only did they help me through the entire insurance assessment and adjustment process but they did a fantastic job on my kitchen repair and remodel. They also had to deal with a contentious grouchy roommate of mine while I was at work who tried to make their jobs more difficult throughout the entire process. She even went so far as to try and write a bad review about them and trash me in the process! Her team was very professional and handled the situation perfectly well. I would hire them in a heartbeat. My photos show the damage that was repaired, the before and after shots as well. They gave me a whole new kitchen and I love it! read more

The coordination of the vanity and fixtures is spot on. Everyone who visited our home was respectful and helpful. The entire team was friendly and exceptional to work with. So thankful For these guys ! Recently purchased a new home only to find a skunk was dry walled into our home ! When the wall was opened up and we found the deceased skunk the smell was beyond what anyone could fathom. The skunk had been living / nesting in our wall and under the bathtub for over 4 months and the heat wave was its doom. When it died it released its scent and saturated the dry wall as well as the underneath of the tub and carpet. We had 2 other companies out prior that could not remove the smell, only mask it. Then we were sent Jose. Jose came and treated and cleaned the area every day often twice a day. He never became discouraged , he just continued to seek new solutions and was determined that he could get the job done properly. Jose was always on time and in great communication. Jose went above and beyond to make sure the smell was completely removed and continued to check in even after work hours. We are so thankful for the problem solving and dedication Jose showed. The wall is closed up and carpets are spotless and brand new again. Can't say enough about the professional attitude and hard work Jose displayed. read more

Oliveira's is one of the best company's I've had the pleasure of working with in a very long time. They got the call from our plumber regarding our hot water heater giving out and flooding one of our bedrooms. They were here in a heartbeat and began the restoration for my garage and bedroom. They followed up each day with every man having their particular part to play. This company understands what customer service is. From Jessica and Veronica in the office to the coordinated efforts of the teams in the field. They were polite, knowledgeable and sometimes humorous. What a great example of how a company should operate. With precision, knowledge and kindness. Thank you to all of you at Oliveira's Restoration. You deserve a round of applause. read more

The work I requested was top-notch and high quality. I will continue to use them and refer them to my friends.

Had a kitchen drainpipe break under the crawl space of the house. Found out this happened when my plumber was under to replace the galvanized plumbing to find 4 inches of water spread out under the house. Had a real bad smell and had to have been over several weeks of the kitchen sink water draining directly on the ground. Natural concerns were about bacteria and breeding mold. I had Oliveira's handle the mess which took men in space suites, vacuum pump and removing tainted soil from under the house. Then they spread what was needed to kill any bacteria. Fortunately, there was no mold growth. They handled the job quick. I have used them before and was always happy with results. Once the soil is dry my plumber can do the job of replacing the galvanized piping to the new pex piping. When in doubt give Steven a shout out. He and the team went into action for getting a good result and all is safe now. We own a couple of properties here in town and it is important to us to make sure our properties are safe for the families that live in them. read more

We recently needed restoration services due to a pipe leaking in our wall. To put it bluntly, dealing with Olivera's Restoration was more stressful than water gushing out our wall! We would book appointments and they would no-show. In additon, days they were not scheduled to be at our home, they would show up at 8AM and expect us to be available and able to be home all day. Because of this 'we blow off appointments and show up whenever convenient for us' mentality, we had to take more than two weeks off work combined for a job that should have been completed in less than a week. In addition, they left a huge mess everyday they were here and did nothing to assist with the clean-up. If given the option to go elsewhere, do so! read more

Very honest, respectful, and thorough clean up. I requested a second opinion because I was displeased from the company my insurance sent.

Fast and reasonably priced service. Had my carpet repaired through them (destructive puppy) and they were able to quickly schedule someone to come by to look at it and repair it within a few days. Denise was very honest in the pricing and when they spent less time then was quoted, they prorated the quoted amount. A+ for fast, honest, and great quality work read more

Watch their billing VERY closely. This home restoration company over charged me $766.44 that I was able to prove. Their excessive charges on the last bill was only what I caught. I'll never know the total that I over paid during the billing periods. I don't have a problem with their work as it was ok. This is how they do it. They tie their estimate to the Insurance Co's. written estimate and did not provide me with a written estimate of their own. They word this as, "Work based off insurance estimate". Therefore when they don't perform some tasks that the insurance has included, they still bill for it and receive payment from the homeowner. Their correspondence over 3 months was abysmal and sporadic . Be Very careful and question your bills. read more

Not impressed! Remade our cabinets wrong and then gave me attitude for asking them to fix it. They repainted our cabinets on the cheap and the paint started peeling after just a month. The paint also didn't match. They used a satin instead of semi-gloss. Thanks guys! read more

I had this company in for a very minor water seepage due to a tankless water heater leak. Access was easy and required little work on their part. I signed the contract for the job, but it seemed like a normal contract - make sure everything was dry and back in shape. They left their dehumidifiers and fans for several days. I was very accommodating about the time frame. It was not explained to me that putting the baseboards back on was NOT included in the contract. And when I first called and told them about the baseboards being left off, they acted apologetic and said they would send someone. I did receive several calls from one of their workers but we couldn't find an agreeable time and then a couple of weeks went by and when I called again, I got the "not included in the contract" story. read more

Their restoration service is a nightmare to use. I asked them for an estimate to dry a small patch of wet carpet. They assured me they would call in a couple hours with the estimate. Instead they went ahead with the work and billed me over $700 I called and emailed many times to discuss the problem. They promised me call backs which never came and did not respond to my emails. Finally, I wrote a certified letter to the President to enumerate my complaints and threaten a small claims court action. That worked; they called me and reduced the charge from $700 to $180. I certainly would not use their restoration service again. Bill H read more

Took over a week to get my estimate and I only got the info after calling back myself to ask for it. The lady who answered the phone seemed less than happy to be there and had no idea which of their employees came to do my estimate. Apparently, it seems they aren't very organized. She finally figured it out and told me I would receive a text from the guy soon. He finally texted and then emailed the info and said to contact him with any questions. I asked him to call me to go over things and he never did. Five days later and I receive another email from their "project coordinator" asking how the job is going. Ummmm, guess they don't have record that they never started the job. I decided to call and ask to speak to the owner, but was transferred to a man who said he was the "mitigator." I explained my whole situation and how I felt that their company communication is very poor. I let them know I wasn't comfortable spending $1,000 with a company that had that type of customer service and that they may want to address that issue. I was told that he would share that info with their employees. Nothing else....that was it. He didn't offer to have me come down to their office to review the estimate with me or anything. My business was not a priority. Be careful who you choose to spend your money with. They won't be getting any of mine. read more

I hate to give bad reviews to any local company, but I feel the need to warn people to keep these guys out of your house. A pipe broke in our wall, and we were forced out for a few weeks while it was restored, since it was our only bathroom and our kitchen that was taken out. Our place was trashed. Carpets thrashed (even though part of the job was to clean the carpets since they had gotten wet and the workers tracked that on farther than it had originally reached), there was some sort of plaster left on our front porch and somehow even our fridge, stove and counter tops. We found places where they didn't feel the need to close the wall back up, but we took it upon ourselves to deal with since we didn't want them back in our place. We contacted them twice about removing the lock box on our door and giving us the key back, but eventually gave up and took apart the door handle and gave up on getting the key out. I didn't originally post a review since I figured this didn't reflect the actually company owner just the workers, but after my last attempt to go in and ask about the lock box, when a possible owner, or some older gentleman seeming to be in charge, bolted over to yell about my parking (in a completely legal spot that he can't control, but could have kindly asked that I didn't park), I realized it is just the way of the company to not care how they represent their company. I'll be calling around for other options if I ever need restoration or flooring done again. read more

Oliveira's Came to my house review the water leak, installed their system to dry the carpet it was in my house for 3 to 4 weeks. Next thing you know 1 months later i am told they got this other company to prepare and remove the wall damages, then Oliveiras came to my house moved and boxed pretty much all my kitchen and left, THEY NEVER SAID I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGE FOR THEM MOVING MY THINGS IF I, would have been aware i could have done that myself, so the other company could do their job. Oliverias company never called to give an estimate for the repair they needed to do, we kept calling them to see when they could go out there, we left msg their only answer was someone will call you back later never happen. WE got tired of waiting.. NEXT thing you know they send a bill for boxing our things, moving them and putting their drying machine for almost 2,000 dollars wow really... . Bad customer service, but yeah they are sending their invoice to our insurance so they can get paid. REALLY BAD Service. read more
