These folks are the best!!!! Javier has saved us a couple of times during emergency with our plumbing. Two days ago, a hose broke at four am and flooded our bathroom which seeped to the floors below our townhome. We called several local companies as we didn't know what to do along with Javier. We called Javier and he texted us right away with instructions on how to shut off our valve. That worked! Javier with JCH Plumbing is outstanding. He came out quickly and identified the problems with my kitchen faucet and water filter (two separate issues). He fixed both problems and adjusted the temperature on my bathtub faucet in 1/2 hour. He showed me what the problem was, why it was happening, and was super friendly and informative. This is my fourth time receiving top notch plumbing services from Javier. Other times were a bathtub installation, emergency hot water heater replacement, and fixing a bathtub faucet. I believe I wrote a review for the bathtub installation also. For the hot water heater replacement about 1.5 yrs ago, he showed up the afternoon I called with a new water heater and installed it in 2 hours, hauling away the old one and hooking up the overflow properly, which hadn't been done on the prior water heater. He also hauled away my old water softener during the same visit. His prices are also very competitive. Javier is my go-to plumber. Javier and his team were awesome! I called JCH plumbing to come out and fix my hot water heater that had gone out. Javier came out right away, took a look at everything told me what I needed to do to get it fixed who to call because it was under warranty gave me a heads up on the process that it would take and also noticed a pipe that was leaking inside my wall which I had no idea. I was able to get that fixed immediately! His team actually came out and worked in the rain because we had a big storm was coming and water was leaking through the wall into the back bathroom and bedroom of the house. They made quick work fixing the pipe in the wall which connected to the Spicket outside the wall. An excellent job done in the rain! ! I called his team out again to fix my sink which was clogged and they did another excellent job. They are courteous, they explain what they're doing why are they're doing it they ask if I need this done or don't want this done they are thoughtful, arriving, on time and they do not leave a mess. Exceptional service and kind hearted business. When I decided to reach out to JC Plumbing I didn't expect the level of customer care they provided to me. When on the phone I was warmly greeted and then voiced my concern about getting my faucet fixed/replaced. She was kind enough to get in touch with Javier and he was at my place later THAT SAME DAY! (Note that I live in Santa Maria and he was coming from Buellton). My kitchen faucet was not working and I needed it fixed or replaced, being a stay home mom I use my faucet/sink frequently. After looking at the sink he was extremely knowledgeable about the best kind of faucets and possible problems I could be having. He asked if he could try and fix it before I spend a whole lot for a new one. Few minutes later and the FAUCET WAS WORKING! I couldn't be happier!! He continued to inform me on how to prevent future issues from happening and how to care for a faucet like the one I had. If Yelp had a 10 star review I would be giving it right now. We are first time home buyers, and were so overwhelmed by everything. I made several calls just to get bids, and no one would give us the time of day; they were too busy. Even though Javier was extremely busy he was extremely responsive to my phone calls, and text. When we discussed what we wanted done, he walked us through the process and made us feel extremely comfortable. Within 24 hours I had a quote from him, and the very next day he started the job. His crew even came in on Saturday to work so that my family and I had hot water to take showers. His team were courteous, punctual, professional, and do an outstanding job! I have heard horror stories of people receiving bids and 1/2 way through get told its going to be more expensive or they just stop, and you have to chase them down to finish the project. Javier stuck to his initial quote, and stuck to his timeline, and like I said he and his crew were earning every bit of it.
