Excellent service from JCH Plumbing in Buellton! I called yesterday after discovering a leak under my kitchen sink. Within about 15 minutes, Javier, the owner, was at my home to check out the problem. He quickly determined that the faucet had developed an internal leak and needed to be replaced. I purchased a new faucet and called Javier back this morning to let him know I had it. Within about 30 minutes, two of his workers arrived to install it. They were professional, efficient, careful with their work, and did an excellent job. The new faucet was installed properly, everything was cleaned up, and the problem is completely solved. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find a company that responds this quickly, communicates well, shows up when promised, and provides quality workmanship. J C Plumbing did all of that. I highly recommend Javier and J C Plumbing for their outstanding customer service, fast response, professionalism, and quality work. I will definitely call them again whenever I need a plumber. read more

JCH did an amazing job helping us fix a leak under our sink, installing an automatic water water valve shutoff and installing new appliances (dishwasher, washer and dryer, fridge and oven which also required extra electrical work to support a higher voltage). Javier is super friendly and was always very quick to respond. We will be using him for any future plumbing needs! Highly recommend! read more

These folks are the best!!!! Javier has saved us a couple of times during emergency with our plumbing. Two days ago, a hose broke at four am and flooded our bathroom which seeped to the floors below our townhome. We called several local companies as we didn't know what to do along with Javier. We called Javier and he texted us right away with instructions on how to shut off our valve. That worked! As he promised, he also came to our place at 8:30ish to check up and did a couple of repairs as well. This company is reliable and we know we can count on. We are doing additional business with him with plumbing related stuff. read more

Also our estimate was exactly what we paid. read more

Javier with JCH Plumbing is outstanding. He came out quickly and identified the problems with my kitchen faucet and water filter (two separate issues). He fixed both problems and adjusted the temperature on my bathtub faucet in 1/2 hour. He showed me what the problem was, why it was happening, and was super friendly and informative. This is my fourth time receiving top notch plumbing services from Javier. Other times were a bathtub installation, emergency hot water heater replacement, and fixing a bathtub faucet. I believe I wrote a review for the bathtub installation also. For the hot water heater replacement about 1.5 yrs ago, he showed up the afternoon I called with a new water heater and installed it in 2 hours, hauling away the old one and hooking up the overflow properly, which hadn't been done on the prior water heater. He also hauled away my old water softener during the same visit. His prices are also very competitive. Javier is my go-to plumber. I highly recommend JCH Plumbing for all plumbing projects. read more

Javier and his team were awesome! I called JCH plumbing to come out and fix my hot water heater that had gone out. Javier came out right away, took a look at everything told me what I needed to do to get it fixed who to call because it was under warranty gave me a heads up on the process that it would take and also noticed a pipe that was leaking inside my wall which I had no idea. I was able to get that fixed immediately! His team actually came out and worked in the rain because we had a big storm was coming and water was leaking through the wall into the back bathroom and bedroom of the house. They made quick work fixing the pipe in the wall which connected to the Spicket outside the wall. An excellent job done in the rain! ! I called his team out again to fix my sink which was clogged and they did another excellent job. They are courteous, they explain what they're doing why are they're doing it they ask if I need this done or don't want this done they are thoughtful, arriving, on time and they do not leave a mess. They get the job done in a very timely manner. Faster than I thought they would. They told me follow up instructions that I needed to do because I had mold.I recommend them highly. read more

We've hired JC Plumbing twice to do work on our house. Javier is prompt and nice to work with. Most recently we hired him to install new toilets in a home we purchased. He coordinated about 5 guys to come out and the work was done quickly. He discarded the old toilets and all of the packaging. His guys cleaned up and the rate was affordable. Javier was a plumbing lifesaver. I called him when our hot water heater decided to finally stop working. Despite calling him later in the day, he agreed to come by the next morning between his other appointments. He was prompt, courteous, and quoted a very reasonable estimate (I called other plumbers and his price was not the absolute cheapest, but it was very fair and I got a much better first impression of him too). In fact, I was so impressed with the care in his work that I decided it was time I stop putting off that kitchen sink upgrade I had secretly been wanting for over a year. He helped me find a great price on my dream sink and faucet and had it installed in no time. Bonus: he kept the work area very neat and cleaned up thoroughly afterward, which is always appreciated. It's reassuring to know that if anything unexpected happens again in the future that requires a plumber Javier will be reliable and honest with us! That peace of mind is definitely worth something. read more

Exceptional service and kind hearted business. When I decided to reach out to JC Plumbing I didn't expect the level of customer care they provided to me. When on the phone I was warmly greeted and then voiced my concern about getting my faucet fixed/replaced. She was kind enough to get in touch with Javier and he was at my place later THAT SAME DAY! (Note that I live in Santa Maria and he was coming from Buellton). My kitchen faucet was not working and I needed it fixed or replaced, being a stay home mom I use my faucet/sink frequently. After looking at the sink he was extremely knowledgeable about the best kind of faucets and possible problems I could be having. He asked if he could try and fix it before I spend a whole lot for a new one. Few minutes later and the FAUCET WAS WORKING! I couldn't be happier!! He continued to inform me on how to prevent future issues from happening and how to care for a faucet like the one I had. I just moved here and do not know anything about plumbing or who to call so now whenever I have plumbing problems I am 100% calling JC plumbing and you should too! If I could give more than 5 starts I would. read more
