Monday afternoon our water heater started leaking from the top - I called to leave a message, and Ricci called me back within 10 minutes. I described the problem, he knew right away what may be causing it, and scheduled us for first thing Tuesday morning. Ricci was on time, and I found him to be incredibly professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and talked me through the problem and the warranty. He broke down the price of everything - what the warranty covered, what it didn't, before we agreed to any action. He was able to replace the water heater that same day! When my husband was concerned about the age of the new water heater, Ricci went the extra mile to find the production date from the manufacturer itself, to alleviate any concerns that this had been sitting in a warehouse for years.
