We requested their highest level cleaning service; what a Disaster that was!! "Rubi" came with four women; she charged us $750.00!!! My husband said, Fine! square feet total = 2500 square feet! When they "finished" I was upstairs; my husband walked around with Rubi for five minutes, it turned out; paid "Rubi" $750.00!!!!!! and they left. They came out and cleaned my condo post-construction. I did not supervise. I asked them to dust out cabinets in garage and of course everywhere else in the house. Some of the cabinets in the garage were still filthy and some of the furniture in the house was still dusty. Maybe they are good...but apparently, you have to supervise them or some of the cleaners will slack off. read more

I hate to leave negative reviews but sometimes they are warranted. And if that's what it takes for a business to improve based on constructive feedback, so be it. While walking my dog I saw two gals cleaning a neighbor's house. I've been seeking out a reliable, affordable cleaning company for some time. I requested a business card and Yelped the business to find that they have stellar reviews. I put the Yelp Projects feature to work in order to see what they would quote. Rubi responded in a timely, friendly fashion and said she was more than happy to visit our home to provide a more exact price. All was good up until that point... We set an afternoon visit to my home when she would be in the area. That morning I sent a message confirming and never received a response. I was home, waited until sunset, and no one showed up. I was a bit aggravated so I sent a secondary message saying that I wouldn't necessarily want to have them clean my home if they aren't reliable. Rubi eventually replied apologizing that one of their customers added on additional cleaning that evening. We communicated in Spanish to make sure there was no miscommunication or confusion. I mentioned that she could have let me know but we planned a backup date. Fast forward another four days when Rubi said that she would be happy to pass by. Again, I sent a reminder via Yelp messages to confirm her visit. However, yet again, she no showed without a call or warning. It is worth mentioning that she had my cell number and address to easily reach out. With all this said, I don't plan on using their services. Giving 2 stars that states "could have been better" is fitting. Also a second star is included for Rubi being nice when we did communicate. Bottom line, the communication is lacking and I'd far that when we would have our first day of cleaning that no one would show. read more

When I started with her, Ruby had a few homes to clean in Ojai. Yet she drove in and cleaned my house with her team. Now she has more clients, and she comes to my house every two weeks. I loved the fact that she gets every corner, they clean the windows, they clean the front patio and the back patio. With many trees on the property, it gets very dirty here. My dog goes in and out and drags dirt in all the time. The team is thorough, reliable and meticulous. They are usually in and out within a short time, each tackling different areas methodically. Rubi was on time and did a great job cleaning the portions of our large home that we asked her to clean. She did the master bathroom, a half bath, a walk-in closet, kitchen, small TV room, small office, and entrance hall in 2 hours as we requested. No dusting was requested. The kitchen, office and master bath had tile floors, the rest was hardwood with scatter rugs. She spent nearly half of the time in the bath rooms and master, so time got short for the rest. Although we clearly pointed out that all tile in the master was un-sealed marble, and supplied non-staining/etching cleaning materials, it did appear that some staining/etching of the marble occurred near the master toilet. [Didn't notice until she left, so we didn't have a chance to question her on the chemicals used.] read more
