Rubi is amazing! She helped out with a move out clean. She is professional, thorough, and her and her team are so kind. Although I only used her twice. I will miss her and her kind soul and she does an amazing and thorough move out clean. *Pro Tip* she is mainly based out of Santa Barbara and Carpinteria but she does have Ventura/Ventura County Days where she comes out that way! read more

Super happy to have found Rubi's! We have used her services semi-regularly over the past several months. Super easy and flexible scheduling and payment via text/phone and punctual with a team of 2-3 for our medium size house. Rubi is communicative and congenial; work gets done quickly but thoroughly, with great attention to detail in every way. They even change our duvets and wash the bedding while here. Highly recommended! read more

I cannot thank Rubi enough. She and her team do miracles. I booked her a month early knowing the place is not in the greatest condition and when I walked in, I was horrified. But Rubi saved my day. She and her team worked so hard, always wore the smile, and did a complete make over. I am saving her info and will call her back every time I need her. read more

I hate to leave negative reviews but sometimes they are warranted. And if that's what it takes for a business to improve based on constructive feedback, so be it. While walking my dog I saw two gals cleaning a neighbor's house. I've been seeking out a reliable, affordable cleaning company for some time. I requested a business card and Yelped the business to find that they have stellar reviews. I put the Yelp Projects feature to work in order to see what they would quote. Rubi responded in a timely, friendly fashion and said she was more than happy to visit our home to provide a more exact price. All was good up until that point... We set an afternoon visit to my home when she would be in the area. That morning I sent a message confirming and never received a response. I was home, waited until sunset, and no one showed up. I was a bit aggravated so I sent a secondary message saying that I wouldn't necessarily want to have them clean my home if they aren't reliable. Rubi eventually replied apologizing that one of their customers added on additional cleaning that evening. We communicated in Spanish to make sure there was no miscommunication or confusion. I mentioned that she could have let me know but we planned a backup date. Fast forward another four days when Rubi said that she would be happy to pass by. Again, I sent a reminder via Yelp messages to confirm her visit. However, yet again, she no showed without a call or warning. It is worth mentioning that she had my cell number and address to easily reach out. With all this said, I don't plan on using their services. Giving 2 stars that states "could have been better" is fitting. Also a second star is included for Rubi being nice when we did communicate. Bottom line, the communication is lacking and I'd far that when we would have our first day of cleaning that no one would show. read more

They came out and cleaned my condo post-construction. I did not supervise. I asked them to dust out cabinets in garage and of course everywhere else in the house. Some of the cabinets in the garage were still filthy and some of the furniture in the house was still dusty. Maybe they are good...but apparently, you have to supervise them or some of the cleaners will slack off. read more

I needed help for a commercial clean. Rubi responded quickly and did exactly what I requested. Thank you!!!

Rubi and her amazing cleaning team have been with us through two different homes, and we couldn't be more grateful for their hard work! Every time they come, they leave our house absolutely spotless. Not only are they thorough and detail-oriented, but they're also incredibly friendly and kind. We have a full house with animals, and they are always so patient and careful--not to mention making sure our cat doesn't sneak outside! It's such a relief knowing we can trust them completely. I always look forward to the days they come because I know our home will be sparkling clean. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and kind cleaning team, look no further than Rubi and her crew. Highly recommend! read more

Wow these cleaners are amazing. They found my dad's long- lost car keys and the house was sparkling clean. They are super thorough.

We have been using Rubi's service for almost a year now and I have to say they are without doubt the best cleaners I have ever used. Rubi is lovely and highly efficient as are her crew, who always arrive on time and then do an excellent job of cleaning our place and putting things back. If ever they've been late, which is a rarity, Rubi always texts to let me know. I am so very grateful to have found Rubi and her truly wonderful crew who continue to keep our place clean and beautiful. I highly/happily/wholeheartedly recommend her company. read more

The ladies from Rubi's cleaned my house today and did an outstanding job! Not only did they take care of everything I requested, they finished in less than the estimated time. The price was very reasonable and I am happy to recommend this company! read more

When I started with her, Ruby had a few homes to clean in Ojai. Yet she drove in and cleaned my house with her team. Now she has more clients, and she comes to my house every two weeks. I loved the fact that she gets every corner, they clean the windows, they clean the front patio and the back patio. With many trees on the property, it gets very dirty here. My dog goes in and out and drags dirt in all the time. The team is thorough, reliable and meticulous. They are usually in and out within a short time, each tackling different areas methodically. Rubi has a van full of supplies and uses her own products. I want people to know how much I appreciate their hard work coz they're really hard workers. If you need regular cleaning, move out cleaning or deep cleaning you won't be disappointed! read more

We were looking for a new cleaning company because the one we had wasn't up to our standards. We decided to try Rubi's and we are very happy with our choice. So far Rubi has always been at our home with her other staff members to clean and we have had only positive outcomes. Her and her crew are kind to our animals, respectful of our mask rule with our new baby, and professional in their cleaning and work ethic. Our house looks and feels clean when they are done. We are extremely grateful to have found her company. read more

Rubi was incredible. We work with Veterans who have been challenged with their housing. This client is legally blind and Rubi tore his house apart to clean it thoroughly. She's a rock star! read more

Best deep clean we've ever had! Rubi is fantastic! Professional, kind, and outstanding clean on our Ojai home!

Rubi was on time and did a great job cleaning the portions of our large home that we asked her to clean. She did the master bathroom, a half bath, a walk-in closet, kitchen, small TV room, small office, and entrance hall in 2 hours as we requested. No dusting was requested. The kitchen, office and master bath had tile floors, the rest was hardwood with scatter rugs. She spent nearly half of the time in the bath rooms and master, so time got short for the rest. Although we clearly pointed out that all tile in the master was un-sealed marble, and supplied non-staining/etching cleaning materials, it did appear that some staining/etching of the marble occurred near the master toilet. [Didn't notice until she left, so we didn't have a chance to question her on the chemicals used.] read more

Superb quality cleaning. Efficient and thorough. Cleaned every corner carefully and exceeded my expectations. So happy! Thank you so much.

Amazing! Rubi is the best! She had a cancellation and was able to come out the same day. We had a difficult cleaning situation and she didn't even flinch and reassured me that she would take care of it. Highly recommend Rubi! read more

Rubi was amazing. She did a move out clean for my studio apartment and I can honestly say it looked better when I moved out than when I moved in! She was prompt, thorough and fast. Thank you so much! I will call you first from now on when I need cleaning help! read more

Very nice, thorough, and fast. Perfect service within my budget. I am hiring them to clean every two weeks.

Rubi did a great job she was responsive and detail oriented! I like that she charged by the hour instead of a flat rate because I have a studio apartment and the flat rates seemed really high for the size of the apartment. read more
