I was looking for guidance on how to receive a price adjustment. The parts employee was not professional, seemed bothered and ultimately hung up on me. I am not typically a complainer, however felt it was important to share my experience/concern with Camping World Management. Store manager Candy, along with her supervisors were absolutely wonderful, attentive, ethical, professional and addressed my concerns related to my customer service experience. I returned to the store shortly after to exchange it for the same item in a different size. From the moment I approached the register, the cashier (ID #013191, no name provided) had an unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude. Her demeanor alone made the experience uncomfortable. When she processed the exchange, I was told I had to pay a price difference because the sale had ended. I understand policies, but this was a direct exchange for the exact same item--just a different size. A little flexibility or customer consideration would have gone a long way. She offered to ask a manager who was standing just a few feet away, but he completely ignored the situation and walked off without acknowledging us. That lack of support and accountability was extremely frustrating. At that point, I chose to request a full refund. I refuse to spend money at a business that lacks basic customer service and proper employee training--from cashier to management. It's especially disappointing considering my husband pays for a premium membership, only to receive this level of service. Overall, this experience felt dismissive, unprofessional, and not customer-focused. I hope the company takes steps to improve both staff training and customer care.

The 1-star rating comes from my experience at the gun counter to receive my certificate. I waited close to 45 minutes despite the store being almost empty. And during this 45-minute wait, one of the employees behind the gun counter flagged me and another gentleman multiple times while handling a 9mm pistol! This is unacceptable, especially since it was an employee. NEVER point a firearm at anything or anyone you are not willing to destroy, and it does not matter if it was accidental. One of the 4 basic safety rules of handling firearms and a Turner's employee working the gun counter broke that rule. If a manager of Turner's is reading this, please reach out to me. I would love to identify this employee for you.

I found that Sticky Bumps sells the exact wax for $1.95 a bar on their website whereas Origins sells it for $4.00 in their shop. So his MSRP line is crap. Surf wax should never be more than $1.00 to $1.50 at most for specialty waxes, Bottom Line.
