After spending more than a year searching for the right RV, I visited the Camping World location in La Mirada and spoke with Landre, a sales representative, about the specific model I was interested in purchasing. Landre took his time with me and listen to all of my questions and wants and Landre was able to locate the exact RV I wanted at another Camping World location in Florida and, together with the management team, clearly explained the process for completing an out-of-state purchase. Corey, the manager, also took the time to discuss the purchase with me in detail. I especially appreciated that the entire process was handled professionally and without any pressure to buy. A few days later, I traveled to the Florida location, where I was warmly welcomed and assisted throughout the remainder of the process. I completed a walkthrough and test drive of the RV to ensure it was the right choice for me. Although I do not recall the name of the representative who assisted me in Florida, she was awesome and also very helpful, courteous, and professional. Overall, my experience with Camping World was excellent from beginning to end. Based on the quality of service, clear communication, and professional support I received, I would confidently recommend Camping World to anyone considering the purchase of an RV.

The 1-star rating comes from my experience at the gun counter to receive my certificate. I waited close to 45 minutes despite the store being almost empty. And during this 45-minute wait, one of the employees behind the gun counter flagged me and another gentleman multiple times while handling a 9mm pistol! This is unacceptable, especially since it was an employee. NEVER point a firearm at anything or anyone you are not willing to destroy, and it does not matter if it was accidental. One of the 4 basic safety rules of handling firearms and a Turner's employee working the gun counter broke that rule. If a manager of Turner's is reading this, please reach out to me. I found that Sticky Bumps sells the exact wax for $1.95 a bar on their website whereas Origins sells it for $4.00 in their shop. So his MSRP line is crap.
