I'm heartbroken to make this review, I have been a customer for a few years since my son plays soccer we get all his gear here. Have only been here on the weekend and the guys are grate knowledgeable and patient. Since I drop $200+ in cleats every 3 months, I come often. This last time they didn't have the size so they ordered it for me from their Torrance store, they came in the week so had my parents pick them up for me the lady on the phone was rude but I assumed she was busy. My parents got there and she had them waiting for a long time telling them repeatedly that she didn't know what he was saying all in a rude manner, I had to call her and tell her I had just spoken to her about the shoes. She continued to be rude to my parents and my child. Charged them and practically tossed the shoes at them. I understand retail is a tough job I understand people are not always nice. But in all honesty it's BS. So in less words go in the weekends when the boys are there they go above and beyond to help. read more

A soccer store in North Orange County that actually has a decent selection of goalkeeper gloves and jerseys is nice to have! Inside you will find (almost) everything you could want when it comes to soccer gear. From $300 boots, to all the new jerseys from all the top teams around the world. We have been here twice to get numbers put on jerseys as well as to get our team logo put on. Each of these items cost $4 a piece which is quite cheap compared to other places. If we had one suggestion it would be to carry other goalkeeper companies such as West Coast Goalkeeping, and Aviata. Not all goalkeepers are fans of Nike and Adidas gloves. read more

If you told me a few years ago I would be rating this place a one star I would've called you crazy but wow, really goes to show what having the wrong people around can cause to a place. I used to love coming here when a guy Jose worked here. Always showed the utmost respect towards everyone and genuinely enjoyed his job and people. However recently the management here has been atrocious. This place used to be very passionate about the craft of football but it has plummeted drastically. This place has seemed to lose a lot of it's passion and commitment towards the customers and it just isn't the same anymore. After thinking of which store to go to, I chose xtreme soccer because of the convenient location. As soon as I walked in, I was acknowledged by Jose, the young man working the front. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the wide cleat selection. He helped me grab a couple of pairs to try on and was very patient. I used to really like this store a couple years back when an employee named Jose was still there, but now they have a rude lady as manager who does nothing to help customers, every time I walk in she's in the back room and the floor is unattended. I ordered some jerseys off them and the initial ETA was a week to 2 weeks, that turned to a month and no update from her like she said she would, I had to call in every week asking for an update and it was the same thing every time. eventually after a month of not receiving what I paid in full for I came in for a refund and she could not care less, not a single sorry for the inconvenience or anything, I walked in asking for a refund she came out from the back room as usual walked back in and sent another worker to refund me. I used to go to this store all the time, but now I'll never show my face there if that's how management treats their customers. read more
